Building the House of People while also paying our debt to IMF (only country to achieved this) and being sanctioned at the same time is a feat of Romanian resilience. But don't worry, with all the colorati we look more and more like Paris these days.

Romania is really an amazing country to visit and live in somehow. Coming from the Philippines watching here.
It is!! Such a fantastic place. Underrated in Europe definitely.
That’s awesome you are from Philippines, though! We hope to visit eventually 🥰

Oh, You got Mexican food in Romania half a world away !? 😅😅
😂😂😂 knew we’d see you guys down here
and communist regime destroyed our architecture before communist bucharest was known as little paris after communism still known as little paris but we have communist architecture too that is ugly but they are rebuilding them thats why meny buildings are covered
sa-mi dai de veste cand se reconstruieste casa poporului😂😂😂
Reconditioning the Uranus neighborhood after the quake of '77 was not feasible. It was a dump mahala before the earthquake, more so after.
Building the House of People while also paying our debt to IMF (only country to achieved this) and being sanctioned at the same time is a feat of Romanian resilience.
But don't worry, with all the colorati we look more and more like Paris these days.
We did not know it was known as “little Paris” before communism! But we see why! Such a beautiful city, truthfully breathtaking.
We actually did enjoy visiting the palace of parliament, even if it was communist! It was just sooooo big, haha. We adored it! Hopefully yall at least keep that one 🤗
@@WyattandReyka the historical buildings left untouched by the communist regime are rehabilitated, but they are not damaged, and after that to rebuild from scratch buildings built during communism, it is impossible to achieve, there is no funding for such a thing
