- The team meets Noriko and gang, Ed and Rain join as supporters, Spike gets a new attack which pays homage to the OP of Cowboy Bebop while the King of Braves arrives to help Judau regain his mojo. If Van has more than 20 combined kills at the end of the stage while GaoGaiGar takes out at least 3 enemies, a secret stage will be unlocked after this stage.

This SRW T stage walkthrough video was completely recorded (Hauppauge HD PVR2), played and edited (Camtasia Studios) by me, the video footage was recorded from the PS4 version of the game.
Noriko saving Judau is an incredible reference to Gunbuster itself. Early on in the series, Noriko tries boarding a mech to engage the space kaiju along with a male pilot who motivated and supported her despite having just met. Once deployed, she fell under anxiety until he saved her, at the cost of his life. His voice actor had played Judau.
Spike, Judau does grow up to be a responsible (and a fucking badass) adult. Hell, he still be piloting the ZZ even when its High Mega Cannon can barely fire.
AT LONG LAST THE KING OF BRAVES HAS FINALLY ARRIVED! FUELLED BY THE COURAGE OF NORIKO AND JUDAU, GAOGAIGAR RETURNS TO DESTROY ZONDERS WHATEVER FORM SHOWS UP!
Noriko's still before her starting line at this time though. But definitely getting there. Judau though, he really managed to get a hold of himself thanks to the events of this stage. Glad to see him growing some backbone despite the "death" of Liena and Ple

And thus, the Top Squadron (at least in the T continuity) was formed.

To be fair though, the aliens that the Top Squadron is supposed to fight (space monsters) are on an entirely different level than the ones the heroes fought. And Mazingers and GGG arent really the best when it comes to mass pest control
@@LeMisterRai It's true. Aside from Gunbuster, the Super Robots' fighting style is more suited for one on one battles, while the Gundams and other Real Robots are simply too puny to be a threat to the SMs.

The King of Braves makes his grand return, the return of the prodigal daughter of Super Robots, and the Cowboy Bebop intro becomes a deadly weapon.

You're the one to talk about dangerous dress codes, Allenby. Who is the girl that fights with skin-tight spandex and has a magical girl-esque transformation again? Guilt goes for both Gunbuster *and* G Gundam!
Zonder taking form of grunts of all the other series again...in the name of NO PILOT again. You know, I kinda wished they'd used the Zonder Arc alongside the Primeval Arc instead of giving GaoGaiGar the BX treatment again.
Still, glad to see the hotblooded Guy and wow, Noriko before she actually became as brave as Guy
1. Seeing the Top Squadron this early in the game is very heartening. Let's see if Coach survives long enough to see the whole thing through. Jung being in the saddle again is a welcome bit too.

"Most powerful cyborg in history." Surely there's been an SRW with both Guy and Rom Stol by now, yes? I wonder if this statement would still stand with him around. And Rain as a Support only, eh? Shame, but at least her title is amusing along with Domon: "Clear and serene like water, deeper than the sea."
And that Bebop opening homage is easily one of the best attacks in SRW by far. Couldn't have asked for more out of the Bebop crew. Just wish a couple more rockets and the beam gun could have been present, but what's surprising is it not being the strongest attack. By the way, in case anyone is wondering how a ship like Jet's can pull mechs, do keep in mind that it's a little over 21m long (longer than most Gundams are tall, so it's a lot beefier than it looks) and originally meant for fishing alien sea creatures just as the Bebop itself was once just a fishing ship; It's got the power to haul when a harpoon and beefy quad thrusters are its most notable features.
Noriko is basically awed and swooned by Guy's presence.
Saizo's, Sagiri's and Guy's voice actors were in Samurai Warriors
And Guy's VA voiced Link in the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time
Yup. Yukimura and Masamune almost clashed in the anime. Their Sengoku Basara counterparts are rivals and different actors, but this is spot on.
Don't worry Noriko, you'll get your time to shine.
