A thought occurs to me: If we take relative mech size and scaling into account, that energy ball used in the Buster Home Run is probably about the same size as a Stoner Sunshine... Meaning that I think we all know what a hypothetical Gunbuster/Shin Getter Team Attack should be XD

For example if you have seen the show by now they actually did the calcs behind the weapon they used in the end. Gunbuster totally held the line for me against the army of Nevanlinnas in the final battle of the dlc and onward through the final foe. Real MVP stuff.

its not a battle cry per se. she has to channel an outburst to combat the effect of hundreds upon hundreds of G shes generating in such a short time to keep herself from passing out. remember shes standing with just a harness. kazumi is sitting, pressumably with a better G force mitigating environment.

I find it really funny that gunbuster would probably already be really good purely by being physically larger than almost everything else in the game but even if it was medium sized it would still be absurd. I think both inazuma kicks and buster colliders have ignore size too for like the 2 enemies that would even matter for lol. Like ryoma probably is capable of doing more damage but gunbuster just doesn't have any real weaknesses outside of being kinda slow on the map until kazumi joins.
Well, the expert mode run was the run that finally had me use this absolute monster of a unit, and the joy of only needing to throw up a wall spirit to have the merged invader’s attack just get no sold. I’m making a note to bring them along to every run I do now afterwards
@@ariqyafifatalahputraani7 This is true but still a waste of energy. There have been turns I've been down to the wire with her enegry because she's been attacked by so many. If you let her take the hit and cancel it out it'll slowly chip into that pool. Best just to let her attack first and usually one hit them so the barrier energy cost isn't incurred. My strategy with her is just send her straight into the middle of an enmy formation and let them blow themselves up by attacking her then when my turn rolls around again full energy.
NovaShadowStorm The Getter 1 or Dragon might be more fitting as Ryoma can literally one-shot pretty much all of the generic enemies. I mostly sent him in the front and let him kill pretty much anything
So idk if I just have bad luck, but I don't think you unlock the "Noriko scream" until there are two pilots in the GunBuster. This game is blue-balling me so fucking hard right now.

also use the generator that completely replenish a unit's energy every turn and Noriko will Buster Beam and Inazuma Kick all days without even taking damage.
In X and V, I like doing that with both Mazinkaiser, Mazin Emperor G and Great MightGaine. Those guy can literally solo even bosses when they are at max level

3:00 anime in general needs more giant robot penguins. Also Noriko's scream for the Buster Collider always makes me laugh and I'm not even sure why. Also also that double axe feels like a nod to every Getter, I consider this both classy and cool.
There are just some mechs that just break the games. So far i've clocked Granzon/Neo Granzon, Zeorymer/Great Zeorymer, Genesic GaoGaiGar and of course theres also Gun Buster
The mazins are around there as well. Screw zero, even just kaiser or emperor G can just sit in the middle of an hoard of enemies and make them commit suicide by mazin.
How the hell is a Double Buster Collider used on one target? Granted, in Shin Dragon's specific case it's fairly obvious he can be ripped in two beforehand...
whats with the weird portrait art and bad voice acting. Did they really need to have the VAs try and do the same energy levels? It didn't happen. The original recordings are way better.
There are more battle dialogues so if they mixed the new recorded voices with the old voices it will sound very off. This actually occures with G Gundam and Domon sounds like he is voiced by two entirely different people.

yeah, MAX upgrade and damage parts Gunbuster, and good skills for noriko, and Super Expert mode is a breeze.

Nearing the end of my playthrough of T, it's safe to say that Gunbuster is absolutely OP and I love it!!
Max upgrades on armor+ armor enhancing parts makes it a real tank
Don't forget its 2L size and Inertial Canceller.
I fit mine with a gravity wave antenna and taught noriko counter, Gunbuster becomes an absolute monster that cant be touched and never runs dry.
Even without the full counter Gunbuster with high armor and def stats just gonna cancel attacks from generic fodders without sweat

Regular Inazuma kick is completely replaced by Super Inazuma Kick after you get Kazumi.
