I agree. Sometimes the best thing to do after getting kicked out of someone’s life is just get yourself back up, dust yourself off and walk away without looking back 😊
Good advice. I’m now happily remarried for many years. But when my first husband left me and did a lot of nasty things afterward, I told him someday he would be sorry. Thirty+ years later, he’s still alone. Nothing has worked out for him, including another failed marriage. So much for the grass being greener elsewhere.
You are SO right. My ex had me jumping through hoops for 4 years: he was estranged from his wife, £30k in debt, terrified to divorce for fear of losing his massive Civil Service pension but because I was smitten, I just went with the flow. Then something happened (bailiffs? house being repossessed?) but he never told me: he just abandoned me the day after my dad died - disappeared without a word. They say ‘the best revenge is success’ and it is.
It's difficult when u have children from the narcissistic Even though narcissistic does not care about the children too but it's so difficult to move on from marriage after a certain age
That is great advice. Like that old saying, "Living well is the best revenge". One of my older brothers gave me a great lesson years ago when his longtime girlfriend broke up with him. She said many cruel and petty things to him, like "I don't like the way you dress, I don't like the way you chew, etc." I was angry about it for him. But he told me to relax, "Never take in all that mean stuff people say to you; they are just trying to make a firm breakup in their mind, that's them, not you." And, he said, "Now I'll have more time for my research, I want to publish two more papers, and the brothers are talking about a fishing trip, so we'll be heading north..." He was already looking at the positives to having more time to himself. Such a great, well-adjusted guy. I've always remembered his example.
The best thing that happened to me was getting dumped by someone I cared about. For the first time I stepped back and looked at myself and what I needed to be before I even got in another relationship. Walking away, using that time to self reflect and keeping your peace is golden.
@@SaveTheMessenger a bit of an overshare but I was dumped exactly 4 years ago & I went into a very dark place that forced me to rethink not just how I engaged in my romantic relationships but also relationships in general. This was why when I stumbled upon your channel I stuck around because I’m already doing the things you talk about and I like that I’m part of a community that is committed to mindfulness and spiritual growth which is what I believe your channel ultimately is about from my perspective.

At 68 years of age, I have gone through many disappointments in love. Your advice has been instrumental in giving me the perspective I need to enjoy the castle I have built. The scarcity mindset is gone, and I love every minute of my new life. I am off the dating app as it was destroying my self confidence and will move forward into a bright new future. Thank you so much for your help Ismael. Sending much love and light to all on this journey of discovery of self. Bless! ✨🙏💓
I’m truly touched to hear that my advice has made a difference in your life. Your resilience and commitment to embracing abundance are inspiring, especially after all you’ve been through. Stepping away from things that no longer serve you, like the dating apps, and focusing on the life you’ve built is a powerful move.

I’m 70 and got involved with a younger man. He’s currently living with an older woman that told me he’s leaving. He hasn’t left her. All lies. I walked away
So true The best revenge for his betrayal and abrupt abandonment of you Is silence, indifference, moving on and letting go The best revenge is to focus on building your own castle and your life When you are building up your castle and your life, you have no time for unimportant people He had had his golden chance with you but chosen to brew it by subordinating himself to other temptations or better catches Pain is unavoidable But suffering is a matter of choice When you build up your castle of self-love, self-worth, self-respect, no one else can take it away from you You finally get it, right ❤
Great video! Sadly, my two-year relationship ended a month ago. The person I thought was the love of my life decided to leave, and I’m still deeply in love with him. I can’t stop thinking about him, and despite all my efforts to win him back, nothing has worked. I feel so frustrated and can’t imagine being with anyone else. No matter what I do, he’s always on my mind, and I miss him terribly.
Letting go of someone you love is incredibly hard. I went through a similar experience when my twelve-year relationship ended. I couldn't bear to lose him, so I did everything I could to rekindle our relationship. Eventually, I sought the help of a spiritual counselor, who guided us back together.
Mashallah your timing is perfect, I'm actually doing this. I'm being silent. If I say mean things to him, I'll sound desperate. Nd haha I hv too much pride for being desperate. Him n I are over before we even started. My silence always makes him desperate. Empty words he says a lot.
I love your channel. I'm in my 60's and have reached the point where I'm first, where I can be in a relationship for all the right reasons. I won't be mistreated, am able to move on, while not hanging on for a morsel of hope or more abuse. How I wish I'd found your channel about 40 years ago!
so true . The fe3ling of revenge comes from th3 sense of scarcity. I felt bad abt the breakup until I was unemployed. th moment I got the job I forgot all the pain. I cd pamper myself , buy anything i wanted. and the moment I realised that I'm blessed and guarded, I felt no longer bad.
I am starting to be silent toward toxic people in my life. I no longer tell them how they make me feel. I just focus on my life now. Now that I no longer care, my toxic family is trying to get a hold of me. I guess silence speaks louder than words. These people always look down on me and treat me like I am a poor loser. It's okay because I choose to walk away from them all. I realized I was too nice and giving always putting others esp my family first. But now, they won't be getting my help and benefits anymore. It makes me sad sometimes...thinking about how they used to treat me but I prefer my peace nowadays.
I don't want revenge. He has some mental issues and addiction he's trying to overcome. Yes, he hurt me deeply and I will always love him. I pray for his healing and recovery. I do hope to one day for us to make peace. ❣️
build your own castle, a place u feel safe and untouchable not to prove to him or anyone else but because you need a place where u are safe and are in control
