For a Momma's boy, this may be the case, but for many other men, they just get lazy in a relationship. There are many issues in relationships that have nothing to do with their relationship with their mothers. Many people, men and women, think a relationship is coasting along smoothly and don't put any work into it. Love is a verb, not a state of being. It requires excellent communication from both of you, as well as each person putting forth an individual effort to build intimacy (not sex, that's not the same thing). The tips in this video are intended to jolt a guy into recognizing that putting your relationship on autopilot won't get the job done. He needs to be an active participant, as do you.
Then I would say it's time to build new bridges. Nothing is impossible if you believe in yourself and you build your confidence. The amount of time in the relationship is irrelevant to your ability to get out of it. Then you're good to get out. That's not communicating. I'm sorry you've experienced this. Take a step back and rebuild your confidence before you try again :) Best wishes to you.
I'm sorry Carol that you've found yourself with someone like that. It sounds like you are more invested than he is. If he isn't willing to fight for you while you're in the relationship, then it's time to go. You deserve someone who wants to work on a relationship with you. Love is a verb and you're capable of finding a guy who realizes that :) Best wishes on your search for a great guy!
Great tips, there's so many tips techniques and tricks that it's sometimes hard to know where to start. But it's not rocket science to get your man shivering with ecstasy just by changing the way you talk. As simple as this sounds, maybe try escalating it a step at a time, go’ogle something like Words of Desire by Celestine Dessike to sneakily crawl into his mind and let it build on from that.
Telling some men how you feel does not matter. Kind calm voice or irritated yells, does not make a difference. Once a woman is sick and tired of being sick and tired then you leave. That will get his attention. Trust me! I am a woman speaking from experience. He wants me back but I DO NOT want him! Cry me a river 😂
I think it goes back to mommy. Men take their partners for granted like they figured mom will never leave.

What if he knows you can't walk away after investing 18 years and burning all bridges, and just won't stop being an a-hole when his ego is triggered?
