Serendipitously, what a time. I saw them at The Elk's Clüb in this era, I don't 'ab'use the term 'epic', use it abnormally, but it was an epic event to see that night in 23 July, year of our lord 2003!
Pulmonary Archery was a right-of-passage for Mellenial Canadian Teens. It's what got me hooked. Someone more talented than me should splice this with the house show George Strombo did.
Man these guys lived and breathed their music. This is why they were such a success. It takes time, work, dedication, focus to produce things like this and beyond.
My dude, they did. 2015, I saw them come back and play 3 behind Metallica on Reading mainstage having just reformed. Now we see them release their first album in 13 years and keep it a secret from us all. They took over the world.
I was living in Canada when this came out (I'm American), and this album blew me away. 20 years later, I still play it from time to time. The intro to this song and .44 caliber Love Letter still give me chills. Perfect opening and closing songs.
Dallas genuinely wants to give each show his best performance so you cant blame him for not running around this much these days, probably a struggle to sing after bouncing around so much on stage especially in your 40s
I left the TV on one night, fell asleep, and woke up to Mike Bullard introducing this performance. I was probably 17. It blew my mind.

@@thedevinefeminine the comment stands. But thank you.
I think he's so much more calmer now, he has loads of child like enthusiasm here but you can definitely tell hes more composed these days as an adult
It still amazes me they don't smack into each other! Wild!!!
I definitely have this on a VHS somewhere.
What an amazing band on a underrated awesome show. I went to see Open Mic live once. It was fuckin great.
