@@SuperLucas-jy3xb i need some help with this. Is it a backflip with an angle or other? Is it like jump while doing the 270 and going backwards (like a backflip)? Do you rotate automatically if you have the momentum from the leg and arms?

I'm 33 and dont flip any more. But in my younger days a gainer was the hardest thing for me to learn this is a good video to lose the fear of the gainer. I would hype myself up run forward and never leave the ground then when I was 16 I meet a guy who would learn every trick I had he was awesome but when I ran out of shit to teach him I went home that day in the back yard ran forward about 3 times didnt even jump but that 4th time I said F the fear and jumped landed a perfect gainer by the end of the day I had landed over 100 with no problem. I went to school the next day took the guy I was teaching away from everyone and showed him. I maybe hit 3 or 4 he seen that day. He came back the next day pulled me off to the side and he hit about 3 or 4. Landing it for me was amazing. Forcing myself to get over that fear made me feel like I could do anything. Seeing him do it was even more amazing. All my friends flipped and I was always better than them but it was for fun to them to me it was a passion that I focused. Any time I seen someone flip I'd join them and push them to see what they had while teaching them what I could do if they couldn't. I'd love to go back and focus on it even more than I did back then simply cause I know I could have been great. I once seen a guy about 215 lbs do a standing back tuck shocked the shit out of me. If you put your mind to it and force the fear away you can do anything. If you're learning be safe follow this video his technique is safe and will get one started on learn the gainer in the safe way. Had I watch this video 25 years ago I would have been able to learn it much sooner. I respect the fact that this guy is more concerned about teaching than showing off that's how I was. But I've watched a few of his videos and he's always teaching how to learn flips safely. That's awesome he's awesome. Again be safe while learning practice and be the best you can and help others who wanna learn.

Dude Your channel is awesome. I started doing this kind of stunts at a pretty old age (34) and i got myself a Metacarpophalangeal joint pain. Its been bothering for a while. I know its because im probably not strong enough and the joints endure more tension than what they where supposed to. Anyway, question. What do you do when you get joint pain that wont go away after, lets say, 2 weeks. Ice on it and endure ?

Make sure you have something althetic about you before you do this. Hardcore soccer player then sure gymnastics sure. I always did flips in soccer as a keeper for crazy saves, it gets your teammates fired up. Helps the chemistry
Tips:if u can do a back handspring ur on ur way kick and then do a back handspring side ways :tips 2: ALWAYS WAKE UP DO 10 PUSH UPS 10 SQAWTS. Hope I helped
