Hoboken, is a great walkable city, i'd say one of the best in the country, and all i gotta do is take the train to it.

No videos showing Hoboken waterfront highrises to be found. I am sure they deserve one. Instead you find tons of video showing NYC skyline from Hoboken and lots of paving blocks, railing and trees

What exactly is this park called?
I do not remember an exact name for it
I live in Bayonne small city close to Hoboken 25 minutes in light rails. I had been many times, one week ago i was there. The rents are high that an apt with a bedroom like a walking closed you pay thousands of dollars ha in old buildings from 19th century. Small , crowded, expensive housing for 100,000 thousands income up. The poor people are living in public housing, subsidized by govt. the pro good public Transportion, many restaurant expensive but many fast food 🍱. The good thing the wealth off live closed to the housing who are good people.

It is a pretty expensive place, of course. It is beautiful and quiet and very close to NYC
