    I have super thick hair and just bought a pair of thinning shears, and I was scared to try them, but the way you just get in there and go, I have a little more confidence now. 😊

      @@lizabecomeshuman I did it, I only did like half my hair and I already notice I'm using less products and I can actually use a regular sized hair thing for my bun. It's like I lifted off 100lbs. So glad I just went for it. I'm going to be dying it soon and Im already Saving money because before I'd have to use 2 boxes of dye and I feel I can get by w one now.

      If i thin out of thick hair will i get a layers too?

    • @_ch1ka1005
      @_ch1ka1005 2 месяца назад +2

      @@hannadi839i honestly would avoid thinning out ur top layer bc it’s what ppl see and u don’t want everyone seeing the small hairs. it also depends on where and how u cut it. If u cut it like she did where she cut it from the middle and cut again towards the ends then u might find some very very small strands (not too noticeable) that are different lengths. but i can assure u you won’t get layers that will make it look like a wolf cut or smth

    I personally take this much hair off my hair just by brushing it for around a week and a half but my hair is still really thick and also my hair stylist refuses to thin out my hair that much so i really needed that.

    I’m fixing my haircut 💇‍♀️ I have very thick hair. It’s definitely easier to manage now that it’s short and it grows fast. Making necessary adjustments to make it more symmetrical and adjacent.

    Should you use thinning shears on wet hair, because hair stylist akways dry the hair before they uses the tinnig scissors.Also dont go to close to the scalp,take your hair at the ends and then fold it towards the scalp in that way you find the middle at the lenght and then thin out the hair from the middle and down the length.Cut once and slide down instead of cutting tree times.I have this from a video on You tube of an hairstylist that shows how to thin out thick hair.

    To those watching this. It's better to do this on clean, straightened hair so you can see what it looks like in a finished style. It helps by allowing you to not take too much out, plus you can see areas that have been thinned out too much.
    Also, do 2 or 3 cuts and stick to it. Do not change like the video, as it'll create uneven sections. Consistency is key.

    • @lizabecomeshuman
      @lizabecomeshuman  4 месяца назад

      i didnt notice any uneven sections, everything blended nicely, but thatnks for telling us💕

    Another tutorial I saw said you should always go in at an angle, otherwise it doesn’t grow up properly. How are you finding it since the cut? Any issues?

    • @lizabecomeshuman
      @lizabecomeshuman  Год назад

      Hi thanks for commenting:) i think the angle does not matter that much ( untill your doing some fancy decorative layers), i personally dont see any cuts(patches) at all, so no issues:)
