I have made this everyday since it's been up. It's delicious and refreshing. After a three week long plateau on weight-loss, the scale has now started moving in the right direction. I love your recipes because they are tasty and easy to make. This channel is SO GOOD!
That sounds good though but the onions are not low carb unless you mince them and use very little or beans I don’t think for that matter sadly cause they make things pop
can you share more of these quick, no-cook recipes? they really help me balance my eating habits when i’m struggling with depression and lacking motivation to cook.
WOW. Made it today and it was good! I made a slight revision and loved it. Didn't have lemon juice but used white balsamic vinegar and then I also added garlic powder and a little bit of celery salt and low fat feta cheese.
I'm having this today for my lunch- been looking forward to it ever since I saw this video! I added red onions like someone in the comments suggested. Can't wait, it looks so delicious!!
I made this with chickpeas and red onions and a bit of a different dressing. It was absolutely delicious! Super quick and easy too! Thank you for the inspiration. I'll definitely be making this more often.
I did the same but roasted the chickpeas and carmelized some onions as well as adding them fresh.. I also added a little healthy mayo and it was AMAZING
Been seeing your videos pop up on my feed and watch them but this one finally made me hit subscribe. Would love more quick, easy and healthy meal ideas I can have up my sleeve.
I’ve been making a bean salad similar to this. It’s white beans, cucumber, radish, green onion and cilantro. Delicious with a dressing, I’ve added andouille sausage for more protein, and overall it’s just super satisfying and crunchy
Thank you! I'm a new when it comes to eating low carb meals. I've been a little overwhelmed trying to figure out some quick, healthy, low carb meals. I'm definitely going to try this lunch idea. I subscribed. Ty 😊🌷
@@immagrander1 Yes. The beans I change once in a while and or I use chickpeas instead, but I just mix everything and put it in a lunch box. I like that it's good cold lunch.
I made this today and it was so quick to put together and I was surprised about delicious it was! I added some red onion for crunch and i will definitely make it again
This is so good. I am pregnant and struggling with making quick and easy nutrient dense foods other than salad and smoothies. This was so good and will know be a staple in my house.
Hellooooow I remember you in a comment section from a video I watched a few years ago about neighbors from hell and you were complaining about yours. I was also in the same situation. I hope it got better for you
But low carb diets are usually between 100-150 grams of carbs per day. This whole can of beans has a little over 33 grams if you minus the fiber. So if this dish was eaten for 3 meals a day you would still be eating “low carb”
@@dianawoods6991 no need to replace just reduce the amount, the meal she has is a really big portion. I also think u can skip beans and add chopped lettuce or even a little pasta will also be delicious carbs but less protein
@@Feelgoodfoodie Thank you! The tuna we’ve been getting last few times has been mushy when before it used to be chunky… the tuna you use looks so chunky! 😋
My professor would make tuna salad with whipped avocado and would add onions and celery. It was sooooo good! Would be good with those beans whipped into the avocado too
as a college student with limited time and too much pantry food, this is looking really tempting! Any suggestions on what we can substitute for avocado?
Would you recommend the whole can of beans when serving? I normally eat a whole can of tuna, but I feel like eating an entire can of beans would be a lot? Would you recommend 1/2 the can?
Got something simple and good, kind of like a deconstructed tuna salad but not really. It's got a fewww of the same ingredients tho. 1 can of regular ( I prefer spicy ) tuna in water, or 1 of those tuna packets! Thin slices of cucumber, finely chopped celery, some dill relish, a few sprigs of parsley, and whatever kind of greens you'd normally use for a salad ( lettuce, spinach, kale, whatever ). It's really good!! And a perfect amount of protein without too many calories. No need for dressing either because the spices in the tuna. If you use regular tuna I reccomend adding spices too it. No oil tho pleeeheasee
Did you try sweet terriaki sauce with lemon juice yet? Fresh squeezed lemon or processed juice, that tang with the sweet input seasons beautifully 🙋♀️☯️
Damn this looks good but I'm allergic to avocado, is there any substitute? I know it's irreplaceable but it's nice to add something more to tuna and beans
Some fresh parsley or cilantro would be nice. Or snip fresh chives. Also spices: tumeric, cumin, smoked paprika. Beans have tons of protein, better than a sandwich on bread, for fewer carbs.

Should put walnuts in it instead of the high carb beans
