I’m attempting to get off my SSRI after being on it for severe symptoms. We’ve recently learned about potential adverse long-term effects so I’m trying to up my consistent exercise and healthy eating habits, not of which we’re not good when I went on the meds. So much of the “American” diet and life-style in general is poison so I’m hoping and praying I can get off meds and have a healthy life for myself and my family. If you’ve read this far thank you and please say a prayer for me!

Important to note that wholistic does not mean "use supplements or diet instead of medicine." It means taking an approach that takes the whole into account. Liposuction might be a needed procedure, but it will do very little if nutrition, lifestyle, and spiritual well being aren't taken into account.
For example in architecture or city planning, a "wholistic" design would be one which takes into account as many aspects of human living as it can and makes room for those things to flourish (beauty, spiritual life, community, commerce, industry etc). This is in contrast to a design which only maximizes one aspect (like how suburbs are only for living in).

As a person dealing with eith these issues - wholistic and homeopathy are often mixed... As a once great man said " do you want to be whole?" And the answer is to pick up your mat and walk... We all need to take personal responsibility for oir health, and make that personal. Whole person healing is not new - gestalt as example.

As someone who has Schizoaffective Disorder, homeopathic/wholistic "remedies" almost lead to my death.
Lithium Carbonate and Zyprexa made me healthy.

None of my comments appear in the apple store when I buy the albums and comment (Catholic Lofi albums). So I'll say it here, great music, and thanks.

I healed myself following wholistic protocols from 15 years of chronic illness. Two of the last of those years I was bed ridden. I am now becoming a personal trainer and leading a normal life. I had two autoimmune diseases, high blood pressure to way to low blood pressure that lets to POTS, muscle wasting, I was underweight and no muscle.

Yeah, as other people have already pointed out, i think that it is "holistic" not "wholistic"

As someone who has Lupus, when someone says "wholistic" I run. Just run.
