The True Gospel of Grace! (Good news)✨
[1 Corinthians 15:1-4]🎉
Jesus Christ shed His blood for ALL of our sins past, present, and future.
He was buried, resurrected and rose again on the third day, according to the scriptures.
We are saved by Grace through Faith in Jesus Christ Alone, not of our works, so nobody can boast!
It is Amazing Grace, something we did not and cannot earn, and something we do
not deserve.
God gave His only begotten son, (uniquely born of God, eternally existing before His human birth) that whosoever (anyone) believes in Him, shall not perish, but have eternal life.
How to be saved?
1. Admit you are a sinner, in need of the saviour, Jesus Christ.
2. The moment you put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ alone to save you from
death, you are sealed until the day of redemption. You are protected, cannot lose
your salvation, justified by the blood of Christ, and Rapture Ready!
(which is going to happen at any moment!)
3. Your Faith is counted for righteousness! The Holy Spirit will indwell in you, lead you, guide you, minister to you, encourage you, speak to you, teach you and change you - if you let Him!
TODAY is the day of Salvation!
Trust Jesus Christ Today!
Amen and God bless❤️
I recommend everyone to find the book titled Unlocking Carnivore Potential ; it goes deep into all of this, and it changed my life
i was looking for that book for a long time and finally find it on your channel and buy it. Thank you so much man
Currently healing from life long eczema, and fully recovered from asthma and allergies from a carnivore diet… praise God🙏
Praise the Lord for your resilience and finally finding something that works! May I ask when your eczema started? My son went through severe absolutely nightmarish eczema for about a year, he is great now thank God but I cannot imagine what it must have been like for you, so many years!
Here’s my experience. You have to reintroduce the foods that you have removed to see what you react to so that you can figure out what you can eat. Meat should still be a big factor but I can now eat lots of foods I removed. It’s an elimination diet to figure things out.
does it impact cholesterol?
@@stuartist My cholesterol went down when I switched to meat, eggs, cheese,.... When drastically reduced the carbohydrates in short. (perhaps your body decides to use the stored fat instead of depending on the sugars.)

Peterson was the catalyst for me thinking about starting Carnivore. 9 months now, down to comfy weight, no alcohol, no carbs, no cravings and more importantly for me, no counting. Just eating as much as I want. This way of eating works.
Same for me. I needed some additional kick though, since I was almost healthy anyway. I still like this WOE.
Spot on 👌
Sounds absolutely miserable
@@James_36 indeed, the diseases get so miserable they vanish.
Same here. 50% because he has so much credibility as a human being, and 50% because he has absolutely no stake in it. He wasn’t pushing any kind of book or subscription.
My grandmother had a brother that for most of his life he only ate red meat. He was an energetic and strong person, even when he was in his 70's and 80's. He also outlived most of his siblings, some of them considerably younger than him.
Everyone thought he was crazy, turns out he was right all along.
No he wasn’t, that’s like the grandparents who chainsmoke but still live till 90. Doesn’t follow. This is just an anecdote. N
Imagine thinking vegetables are bad for you.
@@HRHsissie The stuff that's soaking up pesticides for their entire growth is good for you? Weird.
@@rahn45 improve your reading comprehension maybe, that’s not my argument.
@@HRHsissie I think you misunderstood the comment. He's not arguing carnivore is good because of what he did but what he did was right because of what we know now. At this point, the keto/carnivore has pretty compelling data to suggest he was right.
There is no data on that it’s another fad.
I started Carnivore for many reasons on 12th December 2019. 4 years later, I haven't looked back. Depression gone. Epilepsy - seizures now fully under control and no more meds! No more panic attacks or anxiety attacks, gum disease is gone, skin tags are all gone, 70lb fat loss, no more brain fog, what seems like unlimited energy, great skin and hair, I'm genuinely happy!! I feel awesome every day!!! And most importantly, I feel closer to Father God than I ever did in my life!! And all because I changed my diet?? I wish my parents had known about this when I was a child suffering from epilepsy. My life could have been so much different.... but alas.. I know about Carnivore now. Thank God for that.
Also, all my life I thought I was bisexual. There was a confusion about my sexuality. I dated women a lot. Fast forward to Carnivore, I had to address why I felt so sick in my life. So I did that and those feelings went away too!! 😮 !! I no longer feel that way about women. And this leads me to believe that the amount of rubbish we eat - even those of us coming from a diet that we thought was healthy (I was coming from a bodybuilder's diet - 6 small plant-based meals a day) is crashing our hormones to the point where some of us don't know who we are anymore, and this is not good. In my eyes, this is very bad, and a lot of this is targeted towards children's diets, we see now, some of our more sensitive children and babies and youngsters and young adults going through things that aren't normal and we're all wondering why.. especially with the extra added vaccines. We are being poisoned.
We all need to get back to meat-based diets - Carnivore being the absolute. We all need to get the word out so we can all get our health back. Take our health back.
That's incredible. I guess once you start going in the right direction a lot of other unexpected blessings come your way. Makes me wonder if a lazy persons Carnivore diet would work okay. 'Mostly Meat'. Might as well give it a try!
Awesome story!!! Spread this to other channels on meat etc. People need to hear this! ❤❤
@Mercurie3 definitely give it a try. It can't hurt - just read the ingredients list on the packages though so you have an idea of what you're eating. It's so important.. I call that dirty carnivore. It's a billion times better than any standard diet.
@@bwnco I will. Bless up xxxx
@@No_Frills_Carnivore I'm gonna do it. Thanks God bless
I started carnivore with my gf. It’s only been a few weeks but so far…down 10lbs, no indigestion or acid reflux which was a daily thing for me 🙏🏻
I cured Lupus, Fibromyalgia & anixety with the carnivore diet. It changed my life.
I would like to know what exactly you did..because lupus is issue😢
How long did it take to notice improvement?
I thought I cured Lupus, but it came back. I'm still on carnivore, because I know it will help with the inflammation.
Did you lose weight?
No response lol. I think it’s a bunch of bullshit.
Proof that social media can be used for good! Great job to you both for convening!
The carnivore diet (also called a zero carb diet) is a high-protein fad diet in which only animal products such as meat, eggs, and dairy are consumed.
The carnivore diet is associated with pseudoscientific health claims.
If you hit a wall with eating meat just accept the fact you’re actually not hungry and fast happily.
100% people are so used to thinking they should be hungry and eating all the time.
This is exactly the case for me. When I am eating and it stops tasting good, I stop eating. Even if it means I only got a few bites. My body is saying that it doesn't need it. I can almost always stomach bacon, though. So I'll have a couple of strips when I don't eat a lot.
I lost 40 pounds in 6 months with carnivore diet but that’s meaningless compared to how I felt. But I got lazy and ate back to old my ways. I haven’t gained much weight back but my depression has came right back. I should eat this way again.
You can do it. Keep your goal in mind
thx for your insight
Diets almost never work because they’re not maintainable in the long run. Just make sure to get a balanced diet, have a caloric limit and exercise
@@jamesnovick4919 you sound like all the other broken nutritionist robots. You just said diets don’t work yet say eat a balanced diet which is another type of diet that may not work. Define your terms exactly of what a balanced diet is. Calories? I can eat 1500 calories of twinkies and I will lose weight but I’ll feel like crap and be hungry.
@@roshinvarghese6879 my fault when I said diet I don’t mean as in eat a specific type of this food and cut out this food. Such as cutting out carbs or only eating meat. I mean eat a balanced diet as in combination of foods. So the idea is that there are no bad foods only bad food combinations. If you eat 1500 calories of Twinkie’s then that’s a bad food combination and you’ll be tired. But if you eat 1500 or 2000 calories worth of a balanced “diet” then you’ll be fine and not feel bad. You can eat ice cream or whatever so long as you generally stay close to your calories range. Humans were made to eat protein’s, fats and carbs. They all perform different actions for the body. So sorry for the confusion but that’s what I meant
Carnivore diet is not really about protein as such, it is about fat and the metabolism running on ketones and exo and endogenous fat storage. Also, Jordan misleads people that brain can run on protein as a fuel instead of carnohydrates. Not really, brain can run only on two things: carbohydrates or ketones. Jordan would be right saying that brain does prefer ketones as a fuel. Keto diet is currently being tested on animals as a treatment for cancer as well. Why? Cancer cells like all cells need energy. Healthy cells get energy from respiration (oxidative phosporylarion). But cancer cells have damaged mitochondria and cannot respire, so they get energy from anearobic process: fermentation. And cancer cells can ferment two things glutamine and glucose. What is glucose? Carbohydrates.
So to stop cancer you need to get rid of two fuels for cancer: 1) carbohydrates - ideally keto diet or fasting 2) glutamine - this one is tough because all cells need glutamine, so you need to follow a protocol of inhibiting glutamine for both healthy and cancer cells and the returning to normal glutamine levels. It is dangerous when done wrongly. Currently, there is no easy way to inhibit glutamine. If you can do that, you can improve survival rate of cancer patients.
My mother has glioblastoma, most agressive brain cancer, diagnosed since September 23 after epileptic seizure. We have decided to try keto diet in addition to chemo and radio therapy. There is no cure for glioblastomas.
If you can, pray for us.
Have you listened to Professor Thomas Seyfried? He has done some excellent work on cancer treatment with metabolic therapies.
Glutamine needs to be balanced aggressively with Glycine, Leucine, Lysine, Cysteine & Essential Aminos. Glycine & Cysteine are critical.
I just prayed for your mom.
@@PearlMoehling Whoever and whenever you are, thank you
I second Thomas Seyfried, I would strongly recommend watching his videos on RUclips before going ahead with chemotherapy and radiation. Also Dr. Ken Barry is really good as well. All the best to you all!!

I started carnivore diet on june 24th of 2023. I really miss some foods, but I feel so much better right now!
The Inuit in Canada have always lived off a fully carnivorous diet and they're still around .....
But they have short lifespans on their traditional diet. And now they eat as much junk and processed food as everywhere else.
@@sherrymacaroni5916 Not true, you're confusing lifespan with average age of death. In societies with high infant mortality, the average age of death is always lower. The inuit had the same lifespan as western society and no heart disease, until they started eating our food.
@@sportysbusinesswhile what you say is true , we can’t really disconnect the life expectancy of the Inuits from nutrition simply because of a higher child mortality rate - because nutrition affects this rate as well. Folate for example is well established as a critical factor influencing the development of NTDs.
I'm off of dialysis because of the carnivore diet.
In 2019 ANCA Vasculitis knocked out my kidneys and I was on dialysis for years.

Thanks to Jordan Peterson I've been carnivore for 12 months, my life has done a 180 for the better, I don't have any issues with dairy
I’ve been carnivore almost 8mths. I started for gut issues and have cured other lifelong issues I thought were “just me”. As my husband and I dive deeper into the Bible in the last few years, I’m realizing my new lifestyle coincides with what people were eating in biblical times….”and they sat down to meat”
As a retired healthcare professional, I was practicing what I preached- ate low fat high fiber for years and was exhausted. I eventually went plant based thinking that would help me feel better- I got worse. For a while, I was in disbelief because I was going against all that my education taught me. My doctor even warned me against it at my well check visit. I’m here today, feeling better than I have in years
Hi Cynthia, I’m not bashing on carnivore or Christianity, I’m a Christian myself. But the word “meat” in the Bible, presumably KJV, simply means dinner. There are plenty of examples of people eating bread, fruit and porridge. If carnivore works for you, that’s great. God bless!
Meat aversion is temporary. In my case, it very much felt like a feature of carbohydrate withdrawal. Your addiction is fighting to survive. Then one morning, the meat aversion was utterly gone and I became ravenously hungry for fatty beef. That was nearly 7 months ago. Not looking back.
My 18-month-old son was diagnosed with dermatitis herpetiform in 1966. It was horrid and the only thing the doctor (Mayo Clinic-related) could do was limit my son to only rice and jello water--no wheat in any form-- and gamaglobulin shots. It disappeared in about two years. His unforgettable final words to me were to watch this carefully if it comes back as it could lead to heart attack, diabetes, or schizophrenia. The rash never returned and I tried to maintain the diet, but as he grew older I moved to a more "balanced" one. My son is now 58 and has suffered unimaginably from severe paranoid and catatonic schizophrenia since his diagnosis at age 16. I have ALWAYS maintained it was gluten-related and my statements have been scoffed at with audible chuckles when I have brought this to the doctor's attention. I have done research on the subject as best a layman can, and will die knowing that his condition is diet related. However, as a non-compliant adult, he eats what he wants. Thank you Dr. Peterson for being a voice of common sense in a truly non-sensible world that we have created.
😢 I'm sorry to hear that. I hope he finds healing in this life and you for your heart.
Ou body chemistries are so fragile and sensitive to what we eat and our environment.
Doctors receive NO meaningful training about proper diet. Therefore, they shouldn’t open their mouths about what they don’t understand.
For the record, dietitians also receive NO meaningful training in diet, so we really are on our own in the wilderness.
I applaud you for sharing your story and I understand completely, God bless you and I will pray for your son.
It's real. Dr. Chris Palmer is one who talks about curing schizophrenia with a ketogenic diet.
DH is celiac disease. It's called the celiac rash and he must maintain a gluten free diet ? Did your doctor not inform you of this ?
Almost 50 days in. Loving it so far!
I’m carnivore too and I miss all the yummy food I used to eat, but I just have to keep on reminding myself how all that yummy food makes me feel horrible. It really affects my mental health when I have sugar and carbs, I can’t function and feel crazy.
Thanks to Jordan's info on carnivore diet. My wife I both started January 1 2024 , as of today, she has lost 30lbs and I have lost 27 lbs. We are 50 and 52 respectively. More importantly, we look 25 years younger, feel 25 years younger. All our pain and inflammation is gone so we can exercise again. Also, we are like rabbits again!!!! I would tell anyone to do this!
You can also lose weight in a healthy way.
Seven weeks in for me. Lost nearly 20 pounds. I don't feel nearly as tired all the time and my asthma and allergies are 95% better.
Hey steve(: do you take dairy
Not much, some heavy cream, some cheese.
@steveburke3 nice! Thanks for the feedback. I've been taking raw milk, kefir and cottage cheese(: I love the probiotics in them
I love your sartorial elegance Dr. Jordan!
5 years mostly carnivore and loving it. It can be restrictive and occasionally when I eat out I stray and then regret it for days as the IBS and arthritis kick back in. If I really want a treat to share with friends and family, I have occasionally made biscuits and ice cream with minimal honey instead of sugar, and low allergen foods such as coconut cream instead of milk and chickpeas instead of wheat flour. But I always feel better when sticking to just meat, butter and eggs.
Getting sick of meat in the beginning happened to me, I've seen it happen to other people too, you just need to push through and it goes away in a couple of weeks.
I found that it was because I was eating too much, it was my body's way of telling me to fast. Once I learned that, I'd fast for 24-48 hours then be ready to eat meat again.
@@sportysbusiness Im 100% carnivore i eat in a 6 hour window each day 12noon & 6pm ( fast 18 hours ) im never hungry and will never be diabetic, im 67 but feel & look 25

I saw Jordan in person a week ago, it was great! ❤
It was nice to see Dr. Peterson a little bit more relaxed here than in the other clips, talking about his own life experiences rather than these big worldwide issues. I like PWA for the human side of it. Matt at his best makes you feel like you're part of a conversation with an actual person, not just an ambassador for a particular idea. I have the feeling that he was having a hard time here with Jordan Peterson, who can be very intimidating, but he did his best to channel his inner laidback Australian and I hope he gets his guest to let his guard down a bit more too as the interview progresses. I look forward to watching the whole thing.
Carnivore is my baseline diet now upon the Peterson’s and Fradd’s recommendation. I do break it quite often to add veggies and the occasional sugar treat but as long as I come back to meat and fasting my health stays in check. It’s been great, I feel about 10 years younger and all the cumulative health issues have disappeared. Bread is the worst for me, my gastro system HATES bread.
Tortillas are better for me, when I want a treat away from Carnivore. But I'm sticking to strictly dirty Carnivore for a while. Trying to get that 22 year old body I had.

My daugter in law is healed from lupus on carnivore lifestyle

I looked at his toes which were obviously in horrible shape, super thick fungus ridden. After 6 weeks the new toe nail bed is beautiful and healthy with zero fungus. He can’t wait till his old toenails are completely gone and the new health toenails are grown in as they looked when he was in his 20s…
Another customer of mine has been on carnivore for 8 weeks and is completely off her insulin. She is in her 80s and her home health nurse was curious about her miraculous improvements in health. She said that for the last 8 weeks she has only eaten beef 🥩 and her nurse said I’m concerned for your health. I don’t think that is healthy and you need to be eating a balanced diet. Don’t want to go overboard on it, but check out Dr Robert Kiltz’s “carnivore” ice cream recipe. If you are simply set on eating ice cream, that recipe would be way better than typical ice cream
I started my carnivore journey 30 days ago and lost 8 lbs without feeling hungry.
I have more energy, improved mental clarity and overall my health goals to exercise more seem attainable.
I feel highly motivated to 60 more days of the carnivore lifestyle after which I will introduce 5-10% unprocessed carbs back into my diet to see what I can tolerate.
Do you have to eat organic/ grass fed or can you just eat regular beef
It can help heal people with horrible health problems but it’s not the only way to eat healthy . Many people with autoimmune it is very helpful.
It might not be the only way to eat healthy for some, but for others (including myself) it absolutely is the only way to eat healthy. I don't tolerate anything else. If I add back vegetables I get a return of symptoms, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, severe abdominal bloating, water retention, fatigue, lack of focus, skin issues, and the list goes on and on. I'm literally only healthy when I eat only meat, fish, and eggs. And there are lots of people out there with very similar stories.
I agree. I do not eat any grains and I limit veges and fruits. The rest is meats, eggs, fish, poultry, evoo, avacado oil and ghee. I even enjoy an occasional piece of very dark chocolate. My IBS is almost completely gone. It's trial and error, not a one-size-its-fits-all approach.
Maybe not the only way, depending on the person, but from what I understand, the most optimal way. And it's OK to not want to be optimal. Like the guy in the video said.
I can’t believe chatolic fall to this

I've been on and off of carnivore for a while now. Right now I am mainly carnivore, however I cheat more than I would like too.
Before the diet, I had joint pain, no energy and AWFUL acne, as well as random side pains. Since going on the diet, almost completely gone.
Since I was about 16 or so I grunted every time I got out of a chair, my knees would buckle and even to my fingers I would feel tight. Some days I could BARELY get out of bed, I was so tired. And my face was constantly red with acne. Oh and the anxiety! I still deal with it, but it so much better now!
Going carnivore is one of the best things I have done!
Can you stick to it for 3 months? I found that after 3 months I no longer craved any plant.
I will try my hardest. With my current living it will be hard to only eat meat, but I think I might be able too. Thank you for you insight! The first week I did carnivore I stuck to it, and it was great. I am hoping to recreate that.
Oh, do you eat eggs as well? I've seen a number of people on carnivore eat eggs. I raise egg layer chickens so that would be great! God bless you!
You mention that you're on a carnivore diet and suddenly everyone around you turns into a nutrition expert.
Goes both ways. The primary concern is metabolic health. This can be achieved by being aware of the microbiome and eating whole foods. The major issue is the chemicals that screw with digestive enzymes.
My journey to carnivorous started from fasting as I’m allergic to tree-pollen every fcking spring til end of June when grass begins to pollinate, so when I just smell this pollen’s in the air I immediately start my fast for 72 or 96 hours and it turns the symptoms totally off, like my inner immunity takes over and further I go symptoms free! Been fasting this way already 20 years instead medicating! This season my fast helped me to go carnivore like in snap, would suggest this.
His disciple and dedication is insane
Start by getting rid of white carbs and highly processed/any packaged foods. See how good you feel. Get 3 good servings of meat (preferably beef or lamb) per day.
really dont need 3 meals a day, eat when you're hungry until you're satiated and make sure to drink enough (so that you're not mistaking thirst for hunger). if that's 3 meals a day for you, great, most days for me is just one meal, occasionally 2.
Sure, I did that when I cut out gluten and seed oils. Was still suffering. Then I cut out all other grains. Still suffering. Then I cut out beans, high carb vegetables, and fruit and went keto. Still suffering, but suffering slightly less. It wasn't until I switched to carnivore and cut out all plants that my suffering ended. We're all different and our dietary needs will be different. What works for one won't work for all.
@@broutefoin I started intermittent fasting for 16 hrs., but I have lost all the weight I need to without being too thin and I feel metabolically efficient so I now eat 3 meals(12 hr. fast), otherwise I tend not to eat enough protein in a day, which is crucial for me as a woman of 63 years. I eat to satiety.
Only 1 week on the carnivore diet. I also eat cheese and eggs. But I noticed today something that perplexed me. When I was a child I would have very prominently red cheeks. If I would be in cold or do physical activities, my cheeks would flush super hard. Down the line I lost this and it felt to me like something ain't right that this happened. Only 7 days in, I was outside in just a shirt and climbed 2 floors of stairs and when I came back home I looked in the mirror and there were my red cheeks back. I have no idea what this means but man I didn't see them in a loooooong while. I wonder what it means
I was curious so I tried it for a week or so - some real benefits. Focus / energy level were a little more consistent throughout the day. I don't have any chronic health issues though, so wasn't worth sticking to. It did make me realize how beneficial cutting out sugar is, and because you're more satiated, the transition is a bit easier than going cold turkey. It's not for everyone, but may really help in transitioning away from junk / sweets
I tried eating carnivore and only lasted a day. I eat paleo now and feel that's the best diet for me. Everyone is different and everyone will thrive on a different diet.
Lost 35 lbs in 2 months on carnivore. I used to feel so bloated and sick after eating that I would lay down and fall asleep after dinner every day. That never happens eating meat. It only happens if I eat carbs.
Often you can reintroduce some foods. Carnivore is very useful as an elimination diet. After trying about 6 to 7x over the last year to reintroduce oats I know I can never eat them again. But I am eating arugula, carrots, pumpkin, some seeds, small amounts of fruit, sheep feta, a few other plants and recently sourdough and been ok. Its leaky gut that seems the real issue. Meat based is best.
Exactly. The thing is, you don't have to reintroduce anything if you don't want to. After three months of carnivore I realized I don't really crave any plants so I mostly dropped my original plan to reintroduce stuff. 😃
I totally agree. I had issues eating almost entirely meat and do better with some plants. If I could eat only meat, I would.
what about the animals being fed corn? Or the price?
I’d be grateful to know what *type* of meat, as in, standard supermarket steak, or specialist, grass fed, organic, expensive meat? I suspect the hormones in mass produced streaks are rife. Any hints or thoughts on this?
100% grass fed grass finished beef. That’s typically what people go for when they are on carnivore diets. Totally a plus if it’s organic but best to start somewhere.
I think it's key that carnivore works for who it works; and doesn't for who it doesn't! Find what works for you. (No easy task.)
I'm wondering if any other food can be slowly introduced, enjoyed and no issues for some people.
As someone who had a lot of autoimmune issues. Including really bad exzema, food triggered anxiety, and very irritable stomach. Carnivore calmed the symptoms but I’ve learned that the initial problem was some other forms of stress that caused the initial issue. You can heal from that and don’t have to be carnivore your whole life. I went from only tolerating meat to slowly over 4 years can eat a normal diet of some fruits some nuts, rice beans etc. initially in 2019 I could barely have any carbs without getting immflamation and rashes. I don’t think staying carnivore is tge way to go. I think you need to try and really change lifestyle factors and then slowly bring back normal foods and keep it very clean and healthy. The issue is the gut gets damaged somehow and has to heal. Early to bed. Low stress, keeping a clean conscience etc. it sounds esoteric but I’ve personally experienced the slow healing and I had very bad symptoms for years. Our modern lifestyles reek havoc on the gut.
Agreed - I think there are dimishing returns at some point. Still life changing.
This is exactly correct. For me it's been over a year of trial and error and realising it all stemmed from leaky gut from extreme stress. As I'm healing my life and gut I've reintroduced plant foods. It's also revealed to me an extreme intolerance to oats that was likely causing me alot of issues for a long time. Without carnivore I never would of worked it out.
My food list of what I can eat is slowly growing. I think we need to be honest that people with healthy guts do good eating plants. And grateful for high nutrient and healing meat for those of us who really need alot of it.
The Bible directs us to eat both so that's been my goal.
Why would I go back to eating poisons if I don't have to though? Check "Anthony Chaffee The plants are trying to kill you" for explanation.
I agree with this approach! The nutritionist Mary Ruddick explains this really well but the goal is to be healthy and not restricted (free to choose the healthy food, not forced by symptoms)
In this point Chaffee isn't right. Seems he believes Sally Norton's BS.
I used to work for manufacturing plant where statistics was King.
And we would so investigative tests which were controlled but highly anecdotal by public understanding. But they were considered by the industry indicative of what to spend the money on investigating.
In fact, we weren't allowed to study anything based off a theory unless there were some preliminary anecdotal tests done first to prove concept of investigation.
How about the dangers of hight cholesterol from just eating meat? I already have high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes and I'm curious about trying carnivor diet but afraid of the risk of heart attack and stroke.
good question. this means potentially that your BAD cholesterol is high. bad cholesterol is a manifestation of excess carbs and sugars and usually occurs due in an environment of an imbalanced ratio of Omega-3s and Omega-6s, which is normally 1:1. Saturated fats from animal sources increase the LDL cholesterol derived from VLDL which is GOOD. A high number is great. If your cholesterol level is derived from SLDL (not VLDL) you will have plaques, likely a higher abdominal circumference, and various metabolic and/or immune responses. I also recommend Dr Anthony Chaffee for more precise and concise information regarding Carnivore and Health.
I’m not fully carnivore, but any veg I do have is very fermented. The microorganisms eat the carbs, and change the plant matter into something that my body can more easily assimilate and use
Carnivore for a little over 3 weeks and my depression is gone. It’s a miracle
My body definitely craves a lot of meat, especially when I’m pregnant. However, I disagree with the statement that we don’t need fiber, at least as a blanket statement. Perhaps some don’t. My chiropractor has had me on fiber to help manage my endometriosis for three years, and I haven’t had the problems I used to regarding that disease (and I haven’t done the carnivore diet, so that hasn’t been a factor in the improvement. I am however interested in trying the carnivore diet, especially since I know Cameron has suffered from endometriosis as well, and she is doing so well).
Diverse eating long term is preferable in my opinion but prob helps body through a short term diet like a month or 2
Two of my fav people
I'm day 344 of Carnivore. It has transformed my life for the better. Plus I'm 86 pounds down. I now have a 6 pack, as a 51 year old guy this is very cool :)
Your going to have to change your handle to sizzlesizzle now. 😂
Will carnivorous eating reverse hypothyroidism? My doctors are saying no and that I would need to take a pill everyday till I die
I've done short periods of full carnivore but I doubt I would ever do it long term. I've never noticed any benefit over keto.
I still eat a little cheese in my omelette, but if I go above that amount I start to stall. So far down about 20lbs in 7 weeks. Tons of energy, walking 5 miles a day, soon to be 7miles. So very satisfied with carnivore diet and will continue until my goals are met.
Same here. Not as severe, but the more carnivore I get the better my health is.
Ive gone off carnivore twice for a couple of months in the last 3 years. Depression comes back. All my joint pain etc.
Ill take a restricted diet over a restricted everything else in life any day.
Been carnivore for 4 months. Cured my daily intestinal pain and lost 40 lbs. I can't give up coffee (3cups/day) black with 4 drips organic stevia. Hoping its use has no ill effects.
if you got tired of mean it means you were eating enough and just had to not over eat it. when it stops tasting good its your body saying you have had enough and can cut back. Dr Anthony Chaffe talks about this alot
Does anyone have issues with cholesterol on carnivore? I like how I feel mentally when I have a lot of animal protein, but I’m concerned with heart issues. Or does cholesterol go down when you cut out the carbs and added sugars?
Look at the Inuit population. in their traditional diet, all they eat is fat and protein. Their cholesterol is fine. However, if your primary fuel source is fat, you will likely have more fat in your blood, but you will not have high glucose. This needs to be reinterpreted as not being unhealthy by our medical professionals.
Cholesterol has no real link to heart disease. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30198808/
Eating predominantly red meat increases the likelihood of developing colon cancer and heart disease. It can also increase cholesterol.
Not at all. My Dr. says I have the blood pressure of a teenager and I’m 63.
Advanced lipid panel can show the good/bad cholesterol levels.
There are tons of carnivore videos on Utube. Been doing it for a year now and it totally works, and I've never looked back.
After much research, I started the keto/carnivore diet in February (with a few exceptions when we have guests). I have lost 20 lbs so far and I'm looking to loose 15 more. But I had other issues. I can now make a fist with my right hand, whereas before I could not because of arthritis. It is hard to hold a calf when you can't make a fist. My irritated bowel syndrome is decreasing to almost nothing. Of course I feel better and more energetic. Just putting on my spurs (with that gut in the way) compressed my diaphragm and I would feel out of breath. My chores are easier to do and my blood pressure has dropped 10 mb. If you don't loose weight for your wife...do it for your horse!
Carnivore does heal. Personally I eat a very healthy Mediterranean diet with vegetables fruits fish and meat 🥩. All whole food from Gods creation. I also love red wine, a little pasta and bread. I couldn’t do carnivore it’s quite restrictive but it does heal! God bless us everyone!! ❤
This better be a 6 hr conversation with all these shorts coming out
Dr. Paul Saladino quit "Carnivore" after long term keto caused him to experience serious muscle cramping and nutrient deficiencies due to lack of insulin signaling. He now eats carbs from a small group of unprocessed foods, including some plants. I hope Dr. Peterson does not run into the same problems, and am glad he doesn't struggle with crippling pain from autoimmune issues.
I'm pretty sure if he hasnt experienced that in 7 years he should be pretty good.
Saladino did carnivore completely wrong. Too much focus on organ meat. Way too little fat intake. Plus he is too active. Carnivore is a natural diet so your activity level should be natural too. Not surfing 5hrs plus workout like saladino does.
@@SteveSteve7590-di2dn He still does organ meat by the way lol. And he did a lot of butter and added fats back then too. Also, even the animals we call carnivores eat the digested contents of their prey's stomachs (their herbivore prey) - even THEY aren't actually carnivores.
@@leemanwrong I hope so. Seems like almost any diet pattern someone can pick from has both pros and cons.
Saladino also aged himself like 10 years since he started eating tons of fruit and honey. I respect his intellectual curiosity to try to find a solution to his issues, but I think he made the wrong choice. The vast majority of people doing carnivore have no need for fruit or honey.
I have my 1 year carniversary soon. I don't even have any food allergies. I just do it because it allows me to always be satiated while being lean, it gives me more energy, and some other little perks.
What does a Catholic on this diet eat on Fridays during Lent?
Fasting is one option
Bread and water fast
That’s my problem
As an Orthodox I have more than 200 days without meat a year
@kathrynsuch A Carnivore wouldn't eat Bread!
Fish is part of carnivore, as well as eggs.
I first heard about this diet in 2017-2018, around the keto craze… everyone thought i was crazy… feels good to be right. same thing with ice baths now everyone has one………...
Ngl I feel best with meat too but only when I add cooked carbs otherwise I get really dizzy. I tried high fat only meat before. I still got the same dizziness. As soon as I cook potatoes or have rice I’m fine. I wonder why it didn’t work for me. I don’t like organs at all ngl so maybe that’s why. Anyways anyone have recommendations on what I maybe did wrong? Or anyone experienced this?
I balance out eating beef by eating
salmon eggs chicken turkey bacon & cheese.
But make no mistake, beef is King!
Is carnivore diet the best for nueropathy ?
Keto 28 yrs the Carnivore 5 yrs this June. Lion over last yr and a half.
How do you eat carnivore on a budget? If I can't afford steaks. Are there any simple cheaper ways of eating carnivore?
What about vitamin c?
Just about over 3 months in, and a crippling gout has dissappeared. Its amazing.
I was surprised how ALL the sugar cravings went away. I love knowing what to make for dinner.
So what about when it doesn’t work?
