My husband knew a man who worked for Donald Trump. He said he was a great boss. My husband also worked on projects for Donald Trump. He said that Trump was the only developer who would talk to the workers. The other developers were “too good” to talk to the regular people. It’s obvious that he has raised his children right, and THAT is a great legacy for anyone, especially someone who could have coddled his children and turn them into useless socialites. I think he is underestimated by a lot of people.
He is known for not paying the workers. In New York people don't work for him anymore unless they get paid first. Then he defrauded everyone in trump university because he stole their money. but yeah, spread the rumor that he talks to workers.
I went to Trumps wedding to Marla Maples in the 90’s. He hired my dad to do some legal work for him in Alabama & Mississippi and has a result ended up at the Plaza Hotel for his nuptials. I was just a longhaired college student, had never met him, so I waited in a line of hundreds to congratulate him after the ceremony. The second I opened my mouth and he heard my southern accent, he knew exactly who I was and thanked me & my dad for coming and praised my dad for the work he had been doing for him down south. I was stunned! The event was as diverse as you could imagine, and everyone spoke of him glowingly. The man you see today is the same one I met back in the mid 90’s. I’ve managed to have seen him a few times since 2015 and was there in NYC on election night & his inauguration. He’s always been extremely kind and when he’s speaking to you, it feels like you are the only person in the room.
That's a truly heartwarming story. But Trump is a brilliant narcissist. He does have people skills but that doesn't mean his motives are pure. The devil knows your name too and he knows how to butter you up for the kill. That's the art of the grift, disarming everyone with your charm. Anyone who's had any dealing with narcissists on a personal level knows the first thing they do is charm you off your feet. They have a gut instinct to flatter your ego before you know what hit you. Its called "love bombing" and it's the primary way a narcissist meets all his new friends. People fall for it most of the time because we all like to have our ego stroked. But once they've hooked you, the claws eventually come out and you realize you are trapped because now you've made a deal with the devil and the devil never forgets.
Well, that sounds fair... except these days while increasingly making the rounds on RW media like Prager U and the Heritage Foundation, apparently JP mostly prefers to cherry-pick DJT's "Good" parts, no different than any other MAGA 'True Believer'. He just takes the drier and more 'academic' approach.
I feel though that his "symbolic" branch of government in UK is a bit much... Yes, Queen/King doesn't do much, but I have a question to all the Brits out there: what is the legal basis for Windsor family relinquishing power in Great Britain? Only legal basis I know of is the entirely illegal execution of King Charles by Cromwell... Mind you - I am not saying he didn't have it coming - but I can't really not see the parallel with King John and the Baron Rebellion, and yet John stayed...
@@klowen7778 JP's characterizations of Trump as a bully with a disagreeable nature who lies spontaneously struck me as neither "good" nor "flattering." Regardless, any of JP's various analyses of Trump are markedly more balanced than any produced by the mainstream media.
Met him when i was deployed with the guard during covid in 2020. He showed up, personally greeted everyone in the facility and when he asked if he could do anything for us, we complained about the food. He had BBQ catered to us later, and paid out of his pocket. I didnt like him in 2016, but he convinced me that he was best by march or april of 2017. I have seen nothing crooked or racist he has done, he obviously loves USA, and i dont think his haters ever give a good reason for the hate.
His haters are just sheeple carrying on the message of those who hand them free money food and false companionship. I don't look down on them as much as I used to. I feel bad for them that they walk through this life in blind obedience and victimhood.
@@marciamakoviecki3295well I’d say most women couldn’t either but no one ever seems to have any moral or courage or character standards for them particularly of late. Just sort of do and say whatever you want and if it’s bad we will blame it on the patriarchy or some other made up junk. But also seems like a random harsh judgment of most men. I mean we don’t know most men, could say maybe many men couldn’t. But I feel like more men would come close than women. Men get dissed a great deal right now but most soldiers fire fighters rescue workers people who risk their lives in very dangerous stuff every day or break their back doing jobs that require an immense physical drain are men. I think the standards are just so high for men to be he man that it’s very easy to fall below them. When you have no standards at all applied to you like modern women do and nothing is ever your fault or required of you character wise than exceeding those standards is incredibly easy. People don’t say women up they say man up because strength and bravery are expected from men not women or are at least dramatically more expected from men than women. And really the wokeness eating the west is kind of toxic feminist incarnate. I think that’s part of why women are so protected in that group that sort of jealous vengeful toxic feminine sprit is the source of their power. Women like minorities are also used as easily manipulated politicos props. Just say sexism or racism and they’ll fork over cash and march for whatever. Basic people have woken up dramatically more to that fact than women have. Besides black women I guess, they’re still Biden’s largest most ardent supporters I believe.
I always respect Jordan Peterson's take on things. Regarding Trump as a bully, I often say: "Trump is the kind of crazy that crazy don't mess with!" While we probably all agree that we prefer a President with a sophisticated veneer, it is hard to argue that the bullies of the world were very quiet while he was in office.
We weren't any safer with his lack of judgement and lack of conscience. But if you need an aggressive leader to make you feel like your country is strong, I'm sure Trump's sadism did the trick. If Trump wins, enjoy all that follows. If he loses, enjoy Jan 6, part 2.

I agree. Peterson is right about it being similar energy though. Trump's supporters can tell he's not trying to screw us, and with that comes a level of trust and energy given to him. It's kind of sad that that's all it takes to garner support, but it seems to be a higher bar than a lot of the other politicians can meet.
It's not the point, the British Monarchy is the symbol of the nation which means the politicians can and should get on with making law without the burden of all that "celebrity". It's not about whether the US should be a crowned republic like Britain, it's about whether it's right or healthy for 1 person to wield both the power of he executive AND the circus of celebrity and without being utterly corrupted by it all.
I was at the Presidential Prayer Breakfast, no TV, no cameras allowed. Trump was honoring people, it was about them, even when some of the people tried to honor him. He would say thank you and immediately change the focus back to them. His Scripture verses were completely memorized by him and when he prayed them it was very quiet, very subservient to the Father, God. In closing, he thanked the people for attending, he just chatted it up for quite some time asking people how they are doing. It was a completely different experience than rallies or presidential speeches, I feel as though we got a true glimpse of the man.

He never takes responsibility for any mistakes. Poor me, poor me, poor me. And he brags like a 5-year-old. How can you tolerate the endless number of ways in which he tells you he is the greatest in everything? The best in the world, ever? He once told an audience that he aced this cognitive test, that they couldn't pass it, but he did. He told his audience that none of them could match his genius --you too--and that was okay? He never gives credit to other people. He is the greatest genius of them all. You would not tolerate your children talking like that, but you think it's okay in a grown man?

96% of Trump‘s businesses are successful so that’s an a people talk about him going bankrupt on a couple of his businesses anybody that’s ever wrist has always lost on some deals. It’s called getting up and getting back on the horse and everybody this been successful has had losses so when these people talk about it and talk about him like he’s a loser. That’s even worse of a reason to vote for him. When he negotiates he doesn’t think what’s best for the people. He thinks what’s good for trump. @@GarrettBradfordTXThe problem is your definition of "attack." People disagreeing with a politician--or calling out behavior they disagree with--is not a personal attack. But Trump, on the other hand, always responds with a *personal* attack, which is solely designed to humiliate a person, not express disagreement. For example, when 2 handicapped journalists wrote op-eds against Trump, he attacked their disability. For one wheelchair-bound journalist, he actually said, "I'm getting criticized by a guy who can't even buy a pair of pants for himself."

Most Aussies can't stand such personalities , which is the type of personality American's allow to flourish , but is frowned upon in Australia , "tall poppies " are not blindly worshipped .
I guess you have to be an American to understand it because I find that 99% of all outsiders don’t understand it. NON-Americans truly believe this is about Trump and his personality but it’s not! People are so anxious to see him because they actually feel a sense of relief and peace when he’s around. He is the first and only politician in modern times who actually seems to love and want the best for America and he seems to actually understand that the citizens/voters are the ones who put politicians in office. They feel heard and their place as voters feels respected. That’s why they love Trump! He has nothing to gain and everything to lose by holding office. THAT in and of itself is incalculably refreshing and reassuring to Americans.
You cannot be Christian and endorse Trump. Americans have a huge problem, having to choose between the new woke democrat party and a defunct Republican party with no principle anymore and an narcissistic conman at its head. But the attitude of Christian praising Trump as he was a Savior is disgusting. We can never choose evil in order to do good. That's Thomas Aquinas.

Mr Peterson has a way of simplifying the obvious wich most people are not substantially suited to do. Keen insights to the mind of peoples in all places.
I didn't like or dislike Trump before 2015. I thought his tv show was a bit silly, as are most tv shows. He was the best President in my lifetime and I've never seen a man endure the constant attacks that he has. Its almost as if the attacks make him stronger. Trump was impressive for what he did as President, but more impressive to me is his toughness and resilience. That's beyond exceptional.
Idk how the rest of America doesn’t see it. If Bush/Cheney and Obama/Biden/Clintons never came close to being charged for what they did than Trump definitely shouldn’t been/and still is. It’s so obvious they been going after him since day one of him winning (even before he was elected during the campaign).

As an American. I can say I view the first lady as important. Not sure if Peterson is taking into account. That every man of power is influenced by his wife. Always. It also tells a lot of a man . The company and wife you keep.
which reminds us of biden's wife. i think she may be the really ambitious one. she certainly must know all about the corruption. she may even be in charge of a lot of it.
I think because we severed our ties completely with Britain the early Americans, mostly from British ancestry, still liked the idea of a head of state. Canada has maintained a connection with the British Empire much longer than The US. I think we Americans like the human aspect of our leaders being like us with families and personal lives. But at the same time the presidents serve a very practical role as an executive and manager of the country. So caring about the first lady and the presidents' family is a very humanizing aspect of a practical role. And first lady plays a role in diplomacy and hospitality toward leaders from other countries. The first family is the human face of an often quite complex nation. It is quite democratic actually.
That's a good point. Not an American, but I have heard that people in power have always acknowledged the first lady's importance because she generally has the president's ear last thing at night.
People that meet Trump personally, come to the same conclusion: he is a very nice, generous and humble man. I don’t understand how do you hate someone that you don’t actually know. Nobody’s perfect but God. May God bless Trump🙏❤️

Your lucky he didn’t go to jail or lose his license like the rest of his lawyers
Peterson is the first guy who I've seen do an accurate assessment of Trump. He's good and bad. Aren't we all?
In regards to the bully aspect/ability... I haven't seen him put on his "bully hat", until AFTER someone else has attacked him first.

Yours are the 2nd best comments of the day on Trump. The best was by Jordan Peterson.
Trumps haters are just weak minded people who believe what mainstream media says about everything.
A lot of people saw the actual man Trump is on Saturday. Most men couldn't even come close.

Just a few examples, he ripped off the government for millions in hotel rooms for the secret service that he insisted pay for rooms at his locations. His son in law got paid of BILLIONS by the Saudis. He has zero actual policy proposals to fix any real problems other than giving tax cuts to the wealthiest Americans.
Not even DJT could withstand the stress and pressures of 91 indictments and knowing your enemies want to jail you, and have the power to do so. The only reason he's still standing is because The Lord God Jehovah is holding him up. This battle for America is The Lords, between good and evil.

For one wheelchair-bound journalist, he actually said, "I'm getting criticized by a guy who can't even buy a pair of pants for himself."
@@abesapien9930 He fights fire with fire 🤷🏻♂️.
@@MrJesse3030 No, it's the not the same. A personal attack, like Trump does, shows a lack of character. Disagreeing with Trump, as many people do, is not a lack of character.
Massive thanks to both of you. Well done.
Even a bigger fan of the man and accomplishments of Trump.
@AnneDeo-uu9nb Yes we love him over in Australia. Trump 2024 to save not only America but the WORLD!

What most people make the mistake of is we are not worshipping Trump, we are in extreme agreement for what he stands for. The freedom for the people against government tyranny! And furthermore he is not a bully, he simply knows how to stand up against bullies and he does it well.
Trump stands for the glory of Trump, at the expense of every other thing.
Hey, the government tyranny will get a whole lot worse if Trump is re-elected. He is the worst tyrant today!
Would love to not only have Dr. Jordan Peterson interview Trump but would also love for him to be our next Prime Minister of Canada.
I think JP needs to work on himself more… I don’t see him as a strong leader at all.
And JP would do well to study more of Trump’s true and powerful leadership qualities…
Canadian here and was not a Trump fan but over the years have come to see that Trump is the man America needs a leader one that loves his country and IS for the people!
German/french/hippy/family man) black/mexican/ etc and trump shohkd vd president fir ever as ge us a gidky humble nan.
The longer we are stuck with Trudeau the better Trump looks!
I feel bad for Canadians. I can't believe how stupid their "leader" is. Hopefully, they will get rid of him soon.

Mr. Peterson I enjoy your views. You Sir are so bright and it is refreshing to listen to a Man who knows how to speak and educate. Thank you. ❤❤❤
I like his sincerity, we have to give credit or recognition to people when they deserve same. Trump despite been so upfront in his thoughts and expressions, yet very nationalistic and passionate about American people and can't be boxed.
Jordan is one of my favorite people. I respect and agree with his opinion regarding Trump. FANTASTIC
I am an Aussie and I have always loved Trump, since the eighties
Trump is entertaining as a celebrity but catastrophic as a President.
Good on ya, mate. 🫰🏽
@@kimscioloro He is the most important political figure of the century.
You are obviously attracted to that type of big , brash , loud American personality - says more about you than anything . Most Aussies can't stand such personalities , which is the type of personality American's allow to flourish , but is frowned upon in Australia , "tall poppies " are not blindly worshipped .
@@kimscioloro He was ? 😂 I recall a booming economy & no wars .... did I miss something ?
He's a conman and a very successful one too. You will at some point see the mask fall.
I'm not American and I'm pro Trump. I don't understand the hysterical lunacy of your democrats hating him, they are probably projecting their issues to him, and demonizing him. Biden has dementia and alzheimer and everyone in the world sees that. US is becoming laughing stock while Biden is the president.
Half of Americans not keen on him.
Haven't noticed the quiet calm peaceful supporters. Gave noticed the angry wound up ones
I'm an Aussie and absolutely love Trump
Always enjoy Jordan Peterson 💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Mr Peterson has a way of simplifying the obvious wich most people are not substantially suited to do. Keen insights to the mind of peoples in all places.
I didn't like or dislike Trump before 2015. I thought his tv show was a bit silly, as are most tv shows. He was the best President in my lifetime and I've never seen a man endure the constant attacks that he has. Its almost as if the attacks make him stronger. Trump was impressive for what he did as President, but more impressive to me is his toughness and resilience. That's beyond exceptional.
He has been bearing all these satanic attacks for our country, for you and me!! God Bless him!!
Jordon Peterson!...One of the best blueprints for men , young and old!
No redeeming qualities whatsoever in trump, antichrist words and actions. Im so disappointed in you
Disappointed in Peterson
@@marilynmcstay2793 Im not suprised!...
I saw Dr. Peterson in Boston recently. The man is brilliant!
After this BS trial , I’m definitely voting for Trump
Idk how the rest of America doesn’t see it. If Bush/Cheney and Obama/Biden/Clintons never came close to being charged for what they did than Trump definitely shouldn’t been/and still is.
It’s so obvious they been going after him since day one of him winning (even before he was elected during the campaign).
BS according to who? The biased publications you read?
It’s intuitively obvious to the most casual observer. The “trial” was a witchhunt, totally BS.
I’m also voting for him. Since the weaponization of the judicial system has attacked him, he’s the first candidate I’ve ever donated to as well.
@@District_57_Toastmastersbet you can’t name the “crime” he so called committed. What about due process? Do you even know what was and wasn’t allowed in the court? How do you know you’re not getting your information from biased sources? Why do you think anyone that thinks different from your is the “missed informed” one? Maybe, just maybe you’re misinformed.
Thanks Gents! Great conversation and commentary. I love Trump and his family even more now. Thanks for speaking truth , unlike legacy media. Trump was right about them too.
Trump and Peterson would be a damn good one to watch.
How has he managed his family well? Multiple divorces? What do you make of that? What about his undeniable sexually crude comments about other women, while married? What about the sexual assault allegations? I don't understand why JBP of all people stays silent on all that.
Please note : When he said, “He’s a viper”, it was in the context of Trump’s sense of humor, not a generality.
Yes. Missleading
Well said!
Ok, but Michelle Obama is a dude, and I've seen neither hide nor hair of Jill Biden this entire time.
Astonishing praise overlooked often for Trump from Peterson.
steve wnder
Peterson so enamoured by power and fame. His psychoanalysis of Trump also speaks a lot about his frame of mind.
People that meet Trump personally, come to the same conclusion: he is a very nice, generous and humble man. I don’t understand how do you hate someone that you don’t actually know. Nobody’s perfect but God.
May God bless Trump🙏❤️
Simply not true. There are no end of people who have no respect for him after working with him. If Peterson is impressed by Trump Peterson is an idiot. Peterson is impressed by psychopaths.

Humble??? The man who NEVER, EVER, admits any wrong doing?
@@MrMvidz i suppose ot depends on what area of his personality that the person making the comment made. He definately has a massive ego and has a compulsion for the spotlight.

@@lukecarmichael1588 If I had a colleague that only talked about himself, what a victim he was, how horrible and nasty anyone who questioned him was or threw other colleagues under the bus when they would disagree with him - I would find it hard to sympathize with such a person. That is what Trump does. Reporters are nasty, critics are horrible people, former staff who doesn't suck up to him are stupid. When he participates in a rally to support a governor or someone running for congress/senate, he mostly talk about himself and how great he is and what a victim he is. Surely, the GOP just like the Dems could find better candidates among 300+ million people?

Wayj too much of a coward to be directly involved in any fight.
Trump grew up working with blue collar construction workers. He knows the business from the ground up and can speak their language, but has the intellect and fortitude to deal with "bullies."
And his first three kids learned and emulated those same traits. None of Ivanka & Donald's kids have kardashian entitlement attitudes. They learned to respect hard work and passion in whatever form it comes.
@user-re5zw6jq4o ---Even as a kid, he would be with the gardener or other help, to learn how they do their jobs. He later worked with his dad's construction crews.
A local apartment manager told me that that Trump Sr. had his young son come along to help deal with his, what was it, 14,000 apartments? He'd take the measurements and Donnie would do the math in his head. Then my informant said that some people think he's a little bit Aspbergers... At that point, I asked, "Where did you hear this?!" We are in flyover country, we are nobodies. The guy shrugged, and said, "Oh, people in the trade." I thought that was very interesting. A little bit of Aspbergers might help protect him from people's opinions.

Excellent interview! I believe Jordan Peterson is a godsend and as he makes it slow entrance into the fullness of the Catholic Church he’s bringing a lot of souls with him. By the way back in the early 80s Trump even admitted on Oprah that he was a showman and that says a lot about him.
