Ive been doing this slowly building over time. My strategy has been to Establish one new habit or quit one bad habit every 90 days. It's working for me. Just one change at a time and im actually getting to where i want to be.

Yep I’ve been through that. Then there will be a period of days or weeks where I “fall off the wagon” and have to get myself back on. The difference these days is instead of saying “We’ll, I blew it” and giving up I just tell myself to make the next right choice.

I'm reminded of Elijah, who at one point despaired of his life, and what he really needed was rest and food, before being encouraged to keep on in what God had called him to.
