Your silk press looks amazing as always. I’m more impressed by how even your hair is. I haven’t straightened my hair in a few years but I am afraid of the zigzag jaggy ends I’m going to have because I do my own trims when needed but since I wear my hair curly I don’t really worry about if it’s even.
I know it's a hair video but can I just say you've got such great taste in music!!! Always find myself bobbing my head then straight up dancing to your videos, ALWAYS! Just love it!
I have purchased all these products from your Amazon list , I’m doing the exaaaaact straightening routine and I’m sooooo excited 😊 … thank you so amber 🙏🏽💕
I already can’t wait for the straight to curly routine 😭👏🏾 Yoh idk if you’ll take my advice mam. But when you revert , try doing a hot oil treatment first , with castor oil , and then without rinsing the castor oil , add a egg and mayo treatment on top of the castor oil. Leave it for 1 hour or at least until the treatment is dry and hard on your hair. Then rinse with cold water and use a conditioner to seal the amazing in 🤗🤞🏾 This is really good for moisturising and repairing the broken disulfide bonds 💫
All these treatments are pretty nice for moisture. However, if you’re saying that protein in the egg is what’s gonna repair the broken disulfide bonds, it’s not. The protein molecule in an egg is too large to pass through the cuticle layer of the hair shaft. An actual protein treatment would be better off used.
I am so excited. It's been over 8 years since I last straightened my hair, so I don't have any products to do that. Christmas list ready. New year, new hair do.
Goodness, you have some HAIRZ on your head!😍 I haven't watched your channel in awhile, but I remember when you were just starting out with your natural hair growth. Amazing 🙌🏾
Amber I love your hair and OMG the thickness is unreal and it has grown so much too! Your hair is so long we couldn’t’ even see the full length. Next time can you please move up so we can get full length view. It’s not your fault Rapunzel 😂
I’m learning how to blow dry with a round brush and using the round brush straightens my hair better than just brushing downward would. I did try it on a lower heat setting (I usually put my flat iron up to 410 degrees, as I have 2C/3A hair type but I put it down to 320 degrees and it worked just as well.) I will try to go towards a lower temperature the next time.
@@ComaLies225 320F pretty low for thick texture hair, your hair set 350f was fine. Tighter curls pattern least to 375F to smooth and flat out the hair. If you straightening your hair 410f , curling your hair using heat again definitely turn down heat after straightening your hair, 410f straightening hair, curling 375f.
Sis! I haven't seen you in a while. I've been watching you for years since before you had your baby and this is the longest I've ever seen your hair and you look great.
Your hair is so long and healthy!!! 🥺❤ are you doing the same routine? Mine is super long too, but it doesn't look as cute as yours. Even wet... it gets freezy really fast, I guess its because of the new season. But I'm planning to cut it short because of that :( any suggestions?
Show you how that algorithm do!!! Less than 2days ago I Just was low-key looking into, not ONLY a blow dry cream...but I ALSO was Just looking at THAT tangle teaser comb AND THAT Dyson blow-dryer 🙅🏽♀️no lie that's crazy!!!🤯
Wow your hair looks beautiful both ways my hair is slowly but surely coming along. I'm putting more hair treatments in my hair I'm see a big difference now it looks more healthier. 🤗👍
Amberrr 😍 your hair is always so flawless 😭. I’ve been looking up silk presses so much recently & I want one really bad. This season for sure is the best time to do it, and your videos always come right on time 🤣💯. I’ve never gotten a silk press done before, but I really want a silk press straightener bc at least I could follow ur advice & come out with my hair still healthy afterwards like yours instead of going to just any hair salon artist who idk & don’t trust 🤷🏽♀️ yk. But yeah I also haven’t straightened my hair in 4 years 😂❤️ I would love to do this for my birthday, or for Christmas 🎄💕
Awesome video!😊 I think I'm going to try your technique. I've never seen that Shea Moisture product before. I have the Dyson Airwrap. I think I've been using the wrong products when using my air wrap because my hair looks smooth for a few minutes then it starts to curl up again. Do you think I can use that Shea Moisture product when using my Dyson Airwrap? (I usually use the soft smoothing brush attachment)
My hair is very fine and it's 3B-3C-4A lol yeah all three smh. My silk presses are so frizzy. I might try that product from Sheamoisture. I need more creams than oil stylers.
Hey I was just passing through the comments but have you tried a heat protectant in creme form? There’s a product I use called “Prismax Total Protection Blow Dry Cream” that works as a leave in conditioner and or a heat protectant or both. I have 2C/3A hair and I found this very helpful when my flatiron was making the top shorter hairs on my head stick up lol. I also just want to add that you should be careful when using oils as a heat protectant. Don’t get me wrong, oils do work but we should all be mindful of their smoke point which is when oil starts to smoke, discolor, and decompose. Some oils have a higher heat tolerance than others and from what I’ve been researching, oils like Argan Oil can be used up to 420 degrees Fahrenheit. Don’t know if this is helpful or not lol
Your hair literally grows overnight. Waw! Beautiful!!!

If you blowdry your hair really well with your round brush blowdryer you can going lower heat setting on your flat iron.

You've got such beautiful hair! Both curly and when styled straight ❤️
IC Fantasia is the OG heat protector! I will not give it up! I never had an issue with any heat damage when using this.
It’s got a good mix of silicones, helps dissipate the heat well among the hair reducing hot spots and moisture loss
Oh my God she is beautiful I so wish I had that thick hair
👌👌👌 Your hair looks gorg!! I'm so happy for the fall crispness so I can wear my hair out after a ponytail roller set root only press!!!

You should do the Indian healing clay mask on your hair again
would you ever try the TYMO again tho? was debating buying that.
what do y'all think if any of u have used it?
Don’t buy it it really pulls on your hair and created breakage. I personally regret buying it
