    This was great! These short burners are great for squeezing in when you don’t have much for time!! 💗💪🏻 This one was awesome! Loved the moves and how they hit every group of muscles!! Thank you!! 😘

    💪💪👍 This workout is a great addition to any 30 minute workout. Today, my Zoom ladies and I did a 25 minute cardio video and added this 10-minute arm workout to seal the deal! Woot Woot - Thanks Sydney! Love your instruction and encouragement! 🙌

    Your workouts are great for guys too! I have tried A LOT of different routines, weights, gyms etc. I cut down from all the heavy weights and intense workouts. Now I just do Sydney's workouts supplemented by light yoga and I have honestly never felt or looked better. Fit, Healthy, Sculpted and happy!

    Getting back into fitness so short intense arms was good. Tried to match Sydney weights to push myself, and di except the first move where I stuck at 15lb. Feeling pumped now Thanks
