Your workouts are great for guys too! I have tried A LOT of different routines, weights, gyms etc. I cut down from all the heavy weights and intense workouts. Now I just do Sydney's workouts supplemented by light yoga and I have honestly never felt or looked better. Fit, Healthy, Sculpted and happy!
