Thank you. I enjoy watching your journey. Thanks for sharing😀
I don't comment alot on the videos but I just want to tell you folks how much I appreciate all the content you have put out and are still putting out. I also love how real yall are. This is your life and your story and I am so glad that you do not let others make you feel like you have to conform (or apologize) to what they think your life should be or what you do. Keep, keeping it real!
❤️❤️❤️
He is smart, not afraid to bring in professionals on the important things, some people try to do everything themselves and it doesnt turn out so good.
Those ICF blocks have come a long way in the last 25 years. Compared to conventional forms it looks like it's way easier to assemble. Looking great!
Amazing how well that went. A very satisfying video of so much done in just a short video. Can't wait til the next one.
after so much behind the scenes work its incredible to see so much done in a day.
Jamie and Jeremy, you’re strong and beautiful. You inspire many of us. God bless and keep going on your wonderful journey 🙏🌺🌞♾🌸
How exciting! Congratulations it’s getting done!
_Again, a very wise choice to use ICF blocks, quick easy and saves time, money and your back! Oh, yeah 3000 and 2 uses for Duct Tape! [ Smiling ]_
I am so excited for you. What a stunning view it will be👍🇨🇦💝
How Exciting Jeremy and Jaime! can't wait to see it finished. What a beautiful view y'all will have! I am so happy for you guys.
That is wicked cool. Thanks for sharing this guys. Can't wait to see more. :)
How awesome for you to see after all this time, thing just flying, ICF definitely the way to go. great video. It's no longer just in your head or on paper ,it happening. So happy for you ! Take a minute enjoy , soon all the trouble from before will just be gone.
Wishing you great conditions to keep this train on track !!!👍👍😀🇨🇦 Craig
As levels get done , it give you a certain " uforia" even though it is not a finished house , it has this effect. When the forms are done, when the concrete is done, when the floor, the walls, roof... It is a great feeling as it goes on. I is nice to see a HOME BUILT "HOME" .
Well done!! Oh, the memories this brought back(haha, my armpit muscle almost cringed remembering putting those clips on. Our house is almost the same size as yours. It's a LOT of clips!). We have been in our ICF house almost two years. I'm SO glad that we built this way. Enjoy the process!!
Grateful to see you all.
It is truly a labor of love...
The first brand of ICF that I ever saw, just a few years ago, was Fox Blocks. I was fascinated by the whole concept.
I also stumbled across some RUclips videos, more recently, showing ICF construction, including some people doing the work themselves. Different brands were being used, and I was wondering if there was any advantage to one brand over another.
We are tentatively planning to build our own house (more accurately, have one built to our design) but, for some reason, despite finding ICF construction interesting and advantageous and watching videos of others doing the same, it hadn't occurred to me to use ICF until watching the first of your videos in which you mentioned them. I don't know why I'd not made the obvious connection, but thanks for turning the light bulb on.
I'll be watching carefully and closely. So far, you've given the best descriptions and explanations of various aspects, including the common seam.
Excellent clear and complete presentation (as always), and I am enjoying watching your progress - but probably nowhere nearly as much as you guys are.
Very cool. Looks like you found some competent contractors. You're making it LOOK easy; of course we don't see all the pain inbetween. Hope you are all doing well.
YOU GUYS HAVE A HOUSE!! So looking forward to the pour tomorrow. Awesome!
I can only imagine how excited you are to see such a huge milestone! Looks great!
That is a thing of beauty . Competence is so appealing.
I'm just reading all the comments. Just wanted to let you know the video played fine for me. There was some pixelation in some parts. But, other than that it didn't stop at all.
Worked great for us, with no pixelation.
So glad you guys are back i prob say that too much but y'all are some of the most real deal tell it is folks ive seen in a while. Thanks for the share! Glad y'all will have a real home!
Amazing that you can build a foundation from styrofoam! So exciting to see this moving forward. I know this is fulfilling for you all!😊❤
Exciting time to see your new house being put together! So happy for the Guildbrook Farm family. 👍😍 Really appreciate the explanations of what's happening. Sytrofoam cooler....too funny! 😎😜😄 P.S. Your ICF install crew are quite the professionals....instill confidence it's being done correctly.
Looking AWESOME, you must be excited.
After all the ups and downs of this project, it is looking amazing and so quick. Very happy for you all.
This is amazing! All I've ever seen is stick built home construction, thanks for taking us along on this journey. I love it!
My cheeks hurt from smiling, which I have done through this entire video! So cool!!! Yea, you guys!!
WOW! I bet that feels good to see all this going up.
OMG, you’re finally getting the dream house built! Hallelujah! 🙏🏻🙌🎉
There is a glitch in the video for some users at 7:35 from RUclips processing. You can skip from there to 7:40 if it crashes.
I know y'all are so happy to see progress! I can't wait to see the finished house!
This is so exciting. I look forward to see the next step in this build. Thank you for sharing with all of us.
You made the right decision to go with ICF. It really looks good. Brings back so many memories.
I wish I would have been the guy to come up with this concept and patent it! What a time saver! Very satisfying to see a build come together so quickly. You two have really done your homework, not to mention the hard labor. We are really happy to see your progress! Best of everything to you!
This is my favorite video since you installed your electrical wall. You explained things well, the video segments were well crafted, and the new house looks awesome. I'm fascinated by the "brick ledge" concept. I never understood that before.
I am so happy for y'all! Thanks for sharing. What memories we all will have watching your progress.
How exciting! I'm so happy for you all!!
I know if i have been waiting for this to happen i know you all are over the moon nothing like a great plan coming together im soooooo happy for you guys

This is so exciting. I am so happy for you both. God bless you and your journey together.
So good to see how you are coming along. Thank you!
I look away for a quick minute and y’all have gone from a hole in the ground to the beginnings of a structure! YASSS👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
What we used thirteen years ago, very happy with it 🙂
WOW, this is exciting! I'm so happy that the walls are taking shape. You did a great job of researching and planning. Looking forward to seeing each step of this build. Thanks for bringing us along on your adventure.

I’m digging this. I’ve always wondered how this was done start to finish.
Ahhh yay! It's coming together so quickly now! The view is going to be amazing 😊
So happy for y'all, love watching the build stuff 🌻
I have seen these used before and it's pretty awesome and cheaper from what was told. Looks awesome so far! Can't wait for the cement to be poured. Thanks for sharing! God bless...
I'm not seeing any issues with the video playing all the way through. The build is looking good.

Wow! Can you believe it’s finally happening! How awesome!
Myy, how the times have changed. This is fantastic use of super-light and super-fast materials by professionals who know what they're doin'....... EXCELLENT! : )
Really great to see something started. No turning back now. Get to the finish.
I'm finding myself looking forward to your next video coming out. I'm really enjoying this build.👍🏻👍🏻
I found this highly interesting and super cool. I bet you guys are GIDDY!! I would be. I think this was the first time I really marveled at the VIEW you guys are going to have. WOW!! So excited for y'all!!
Looks great. I’m happy for you all!
Just love this video, you can see actual progress. That's the thing about building, lots of ground work on footings, drains and general prep, but it doesn't seem that you're achieving much because there is little visible progress. Then boom, in 2 days it's looking like a house.
Hope the temp and weather holds till you finish pouring. Good luck 👍
Ok ... This is just awesome! I'm so psyched for you guys that you've finally gotten to this stage in the build. Pouring the footers was cool, but being able to really get a feel for the walls and the space was so gratifying. You and Jaime must be starting to feel a bit of relief and excitement to finally be able to see things progressing after the earlier set backs. Thanks for sharing so much detail about the whole build process. The more I'm seeing and learning about ICF the more I'm liking it. I can't wait to see the next phase. Congratulations guys! It's finally getting super real! - All the best. ~ Theresa
Woo hoo! We have the beginnings of structure! Fascinating process.
Looks like you had a good crew. Great progress. Happy for you folks.
Wish you folks the best! Thanks for allowing us to ride along with your journey...I used this type of const 25 years ago only thing is it wasn't as perfected then, as it is today.
Cool. Playing with lego all day. Must be a nice job to have. Love seeing the progress. Thx for sharing
Good choice using Fox Blocks. We’ve done two home builds using them. One suggestion I’d make is to drive a 3/4” ridged conduit down the entire height in the hole in the corners as well as putting 1/2” OSB sheathing on the corners extending a couple feet along the wall in both directions. They say you don’t need it but we had a blow out on the bottom of a corner while vibrating it (9’ x 8” wall). Also the wire clamps are very inexpensive so use extra. Cheers!
Or maybe it’s a 1” hole on the corner blocks. I can’t remember which it is but by pounding a ridged conduit down the entire height it greatly strengthens the wall
I am in the process of building one. That is a great tip. Any others?
Video was fine for me. How exciting for you guys to be FINALLY getting going on this house build!! So very interesting we get to follow along with you. Can’t wait to see more progress and eventually the final product. OMG it’s like a weekly mini series. 🤣🤣. Thank you so much for sharing your journey!
love seeing how smart you are building. Love it.
Very nice! Back in the 80s a guy in our neighborhood started one of the first ICF companies.
They built a huge house and it was very nice but they still had not worked out lots of the details. After pouring there was concrete at the window & door openings and it took them a long time to build the forms up. It worked and it's still a beautiful house that is, no doubt, more efficient than most but this system looks much easier/faster.
They have really perfected this type of system.
Hello
Wow now that's how you build a house!!
I love it , i learn so much from you guys!!
The new house is really looking good !! Much love your way and please keep pushing a head!!!
Jeremy, things look as though they are moving along good. I guess you and Jamie are getting excited to see the progress. Keep moving things forward on this build.
This is so fantastic!! you have WALLS!!! Can't wait to see the pour.
That's really cool way to build. I've gotta show this to my dad! Thanks for sharing!
Excited for you guys. It's coming together
It's coming together pretty good!
U guys must be soooo excited Its been a while coming together Onward and upward Hope all goes well with the pour I will be watching for that video closely Then progress will begin All the best as always from Allenford, Ontario, Canada
Wow! I have never seen this form style. We had the conventional forms done in 2016 in N.H. 1,000 sq.ft. walk-in cellar with 8 ' height. We are "just" interior painting our home now. Too difficult for us to manage the cathedral ceiling by ourselves, so a local professional painter is helping us. So pleased to see your progress before winter!
Ta Daaaaa! Good for you both - I knew you could do it! Hope your back is better. Health first!
I've never seen a house built from scratch. That block technique is amazing. So far it looks like a square igloo. :) Can't wait to see the rest.
Amazing and exciting stuff to watch!! Here's too progress!!!
So happy to see this! Visual and physical evidence that you are getting closer to your goal and dream. ❤
Yes! LOOOONG way to go though.
That is an awesome way to build a house! Probably really efficient too for insulation! So impressed! Saves the trees too! 😁👍👏
Amazing how quickly this build is. Looking forward to the next video. Eveline in Scottish
Looks good you peaked my interest in fox blocks I will definitely look into them for building my home see you on the next video thanks and God bless you and your family keep the videos coming have a great day
Hey Guy's glad to see the progress you are making! And another thing..isn't that earthquake proof and hurricane proof? I'm glad you have a basement to go to! Y'all rock! Can't wait to see you guys to get in it and start living life!👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🐸🐸🐸💯💯💯💖💖
getting excited guys. congrats on the ICF walls.
It's been a long time coming - (lyrics from a song but so appropriate) for this build to move forward. Congratulations on not giving up. There were a couple of videos that were downers and full of despair. But this is such a great example of persistence paying off. Great effort - on to the good stuff. I've been with you for some time now and look forward to your sharing what comes next.
Very interesting. I'm sure it's finally starting to feel real. 😉
Looking Good! Guildbrook Farm, Happy to see things coming together for you Guys!
Where there's a will, there's a way! Nobody said it was an easy fast way, but you sure are kicking those obstacles butts hard. My respects to you.
The 'speed-up' parts are so much fun.
We eagerly await each new video !!!
Just gotta say...WOW. That is some awesome stuff!
Ohhhh that’s what icf is. That’s cool and good to know:)
I’m so happy for you both (all 4), your house is going up faster.
I can’t wait to see the next stage:)
Keep us updated, love the way you show and tell what’s going on and how’s it’s done.
For myself, when I do build (contractors) my house (hopefully less then 5 years) I’ll have to see if this icf is better/aloud in my area:)
Have a great day:)
I love the idea of the coloured LEGO block house idea.
ICF! Cool! I'm very interested in seeing this. Great choice guys
This is so cool! So appreciate y’all for sharing this!
