Easy Golden Syrup for making Mooncakes

  • 🍒Ingredients:
    • 500g brown sugar
    • 500g granulated sugar
    • 800g hot water
    • 1 fresh lemon (about 20g lemon juice)
    I highly recommend using a Candy Thermometer during the
    time of cooking, as it’s a very good and exact way to check if
    the syrup is ready or not. And remember not to let the
    temperature higher than 115 degree C
    (should be around 113-114 degree C ).

      được nha bạn, nhưng màu sẽ không đẹp bằng ah nên mình hay dùng thêm đường vàng ah
