Poppy seed cake with blackberry cream

It's blackberry season here. Taking advantage of this, I try to make as many blackberry delicacies as possible for my family. Since the colors of poppy seeds and blackberry go well together, I decided to try these two flavors in one cake. To everyone's delight, it turned out fantastically delicious. I'm glad that I was diligent and made a video about it, because this way I can share this great idea with you :)
What you need:
8 eggs
150g of flour
150g of sugar
60g of ground poppy seeds
~100g of blackberries
2,5dl of plant-based heavy cream (or classic heavy cream)
50g of powdered sugar
lemon
blackberry jam (or any jam whose taste harmonizes with the cake)
