      Hi there, why don't you simply thank God the Almighty Himself, instead of His servant and prophet Jesus, may the peace and blessings of God be upon him

    • @Galatians-2verse20
      @Galatians-2verse20 18 дней назад +3

      @kennethnelson5430 to say peace and blessings be apon Jesus would not only be irrelevant it would be highly inappropriate. Why do I say so? Well because Jesus is the "Prince of Peace" Jesus is the one who gives peace. Jesus said in John 14:27
      "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid"
      Jesus does not need our peace. We need His peace so when Muslims say " peace and blessings be apon Jesus " they are actually insulting Jesus. You can say " peace be apon Mohammed" because he was just a man. Not only was Mohammed just a man he didn't even know if he would make it to heaven especially since he died the death of a false prophet. Here are the Muslim sources for Mohammed dying the death of a false prophet.
      The Quran says,
      And if he (Muhammad SAW) had forged a false saying concerning Us (Allah), We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), And then certainly should have cut off his life artery (Aorta), (Quran 69:44-46, Muhsin Khan)
      Sometime after Muhammad ate poisoned meat and was dying he exclaimed,
      ….Narrated ‘Aisha: The Prophet in his ailment in which he died, used to say, “O ‘Aisha! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar, and at this time, I feel as if my aorta is being cut from that poison.” (Sahih Bukhari 5:59:713)
      So according to Islamic sources Mohammed most definitely needed peace of others but unlike Mohammed, Jesus was the Word of God that became flesh "The Prince of Peace"

Adding olove oil to the creams as well. I got a hand cream bought from the rack as a present. It is nil nourishing. Only good smelling. I added coconut and olive oil to it. Only a table spoon full of each on 300 ml cream. Now it's the most lovely cream ever. I use it on my hands, face and body. Now I know why it's doing so well on my skin. You've just explained it. My memory has bettered as I'm 73 years of age and now I will use these oils very truthful.

I know the coconut oil is very good for the brain. Nutritionist, Dr. Amy Berg, in her book explains that "the brain loves ketones" and that's why coconut oil is good for those with dementia and Alzheimer's.. as well as helping those with epilepsy that she did mention. I prefer the older format/versions of her videos. She is truly a treasure of information and well educated....

      • Chia Seeds: Low in lectins and generally safe for most people.

    Unfortunately several suggestion here are not based on any evidence. For example Flaxseed oil is rich in ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), a type of omega-3 fatty acid primarily found in plants. The body can convert ALA into DHA and EPA, but this conversion process is inefficient. Only a small percentage (typically less than 10%) of ALA gets converted into DHA and EPA, making flaxseed oil a less effective source of DHA. So a good brand of fish oil is much better than flaxseed oil. While DHA is sensitive to heat, light, and oxygen, high-quality fish oil supplements are carefully processed and packaged to minimize these risks. If you select reputable brands and store the oil properly, the DHA content should remain intact.

    My husband thinks that fats cause cholesterol. What causes cholesterol? I am in Canada.

    • @KeyHealthChannel
      @KeyHealthChannel  14 дней назад +1

      HIGH CHOLESTEROL CAUSES:
      1. Diet
      Saturated and Trans Fats: Consuming foods high in saturated fats (found in red meat, full-fat dairy products, and certain oils) and trans fats (found in many PROCESSED foods, baked goods, and fried foods) can raise LDL cholesterol levels.
      SUGAR and Refined Carbohydrates: Diets with sugar and refined carbohydrates can lead to increased triglyceride levels, which can also negatively affect cholesterol levels.
      2. Lack of Physical Activity
      3. Obesity
      4. Smoking
      5. Alcohol Consumption
      MY SOLUTION is I only buy single ingredient foods. Nothing processed. I read the labels and if it has more than ONE ingredient, I don't buy it. SUGAR and the SUBSTITUTES are bad! They are processed.

    What about high cholesterol taking so much coconut oil?

    • @KeyHealthChannel
      @KeyHealthChannel  22 дня назад +1

      Coconut oil does not contain cholesterol because it is a plant-based oil. Cholesterol is only found in animal products like meat, dairy, and eggs. However, coconut oil is high in saturated fat, which has been traditionally associated with raising LDL (bad) cholesterol levels in the blood.
      ### Key Points:
      - **No Cholesterol Content**: Coconut oil is cholesterol-free because it is derived from coconuts, not animals.
      - **High Saturated Fat**: Coconut oil contains about 82% saturated fat. Saturated fats can raise both LDL (bad) and HDL (good) cholesterol levels in the bloodstream.
      - **Impact on Blood Cholesterol**: The effect of coconut oil on overall cholesterol levels is complex. Some studies suggest that while it may raise HDL (good) cholesterol, it can also raise LDL (bad) cholesterol. The net effect on heart health is still debated among researchers.

    I'm surprised she didn't mention Purslane as a top source of Omega 3, higher than any other plant. It also contains EPA which is not found in other plants.

    • @KeyHealthChannel
      @KeyHealthChannel  14 дней назад

      Purslane is one of the richest sources of plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, particularly ALA. It offers a unique combination of omega-3s, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, making it a highly nutritious addition to the diet. While it may not surpass flaxseeds or chia seeds in ALA content, it provides a broader range of nutrients and can be easily incorporated into salads, soups, and other dishes.
      Flaxseeds are the richest source of plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, particularly ALA. Including flaxseeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and walnuts in your diet can help ensure you're getting adequate omega-3s, especially if you follow a plant-based diet.
      Flaxseeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, walnuts, and perilla oil all contain significantly higher amounts of ALA than purslane. When it comes to EPA and DHA, which are found in marine sources, plant-based ALA sources like these can contribute to their levels, but purslane does not provide these omega-3 fatty acids.

    • @MichaelSmith-ne4oy
      @MichaelSmith-ne4oy 7 дней назад

      @@KeyHealthChannel Actually purslane does contain small amounts of EPA which flax seed does not. As for ALA levels I was comparing purslane to other leafy greens and if you account the other nutrients it contains far more of them overall than flax seed.
      Purslane is the richest source of gamma-linolenic acid (LNA, 18 : 3 w3) (4 mg/g fresh weight) of any green leafy vegetable. It also contains a small amount of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA. 20 : 5 w3) (0.01 mg/g fresh weight) [21]. Subsequently, purslane contained 18 : 3 w3 20 : 5 w3 and 22  :  6 w3 (docosahexaenoic acid, DHA) as well as 22 : 5 w3 (docosapentaenoic acid, DPA) [22].
