Queen had a huge catalog of songs, and if anyone knew them, it would certainly be Freddie. Many people speculate that his favorite song was indeed the legendary crown jewel of the band - Bohemian Rhapsody. But that in reality is not true.

That Queen song (which was written by Freddie Mercury himself) is actually called 'Somebody To Love' NOT 'Find Me Somebody To Love' as you kept referring to it in the clip.
It was taken from their 1976 UK No1 LP 'A Day At The Races' and also features on their 1981 best selling compilation album 'Greatest Hits'.

I'm trying to bite my tongue, but can't help feeling offended that Lambert is even included in this video. Adam needs to be his own person, his own talent, make his own mark - not be the wanna-be stage act that insults the pure talent of Freddie Mercury. He's overstayed his welcome imo.

John Deacon is seriously underrated.
Already considered as one of the best Bassists in the world and well known for writing a lot of Queen's hits. I doubt he's that underrated, though one's gotta admire the rich, reclusive, family oriented lifestyle he lives
He a bit fascinated me as a person, but as a bass player, I've always felt he's very inspiring and a true great.
I think Jonn is also ,John join the band 1971 all 4 band members became famous at the same time.
Yep I totally agree about John Deacon everyone constantly talks up the other band members but rarely mention Deaks. He seemed like a really nice guy and a true friend of Freddies. I personally think Deaks didn't like anyone replacing his friend Freddie. He also wrote some great songs.

After Freddie died. He wanted a quite life with his family . He has 6 kids. Plenty of money still involved with that part. Brain and Roger weren't ready to stop they loved what they did. They say NO ONE CAN REPLACE FREDDIE. So I understand both sides. I think all 3 of them loved Freddie. Handle it all different. They were all 4 together for 20 years. I dont feel one loved Freddie more than the other. John might have taken it harder. John will always be known as Queen

He was part of the Soul that was Queen. All of them mattered. John Deacon left the band shortly after Freddie died because Deacon was broken by Freddie's death. They weren't lovers, but each of the men in Queen loved each other as family. Also, Freddie wasn't bisexual. He loved Mary deeply. So deeply that he left her 90% of his estate. Freddie did not enjoy sex with Mary or women. He only enjoyed sex with men. He couldn't fall in love with men. Sexually, he was gay. Emotionally, Freddie was straight. You can't put a label on that other than sad, because Polyamory wasn't a thing yet. He never found that one person he thought was out there.
Freddie would likely say he was the Queen of Queen, Darling. But we love him anyway.

No, Freddie cannot EVER be replaced! I don't know about you, but I can't listen to Adam Lambert! I've tried a few times, he sounds terrible to me! I guess I am comparing him to Freddie, but it is hard not to when I only listen to Freddie sings all of these songs! He is FAR from a talent like Freddie! There is NO comparison!
I can´t name my favorite song, it depends on my mood. But Somebody To Love and Who Wants To Live Forever are one of their best songs for me.

Your so right! Freddie Mercury changed everything about Brian's and Roger's playing. Mercury named the band Queen; he drew Queen's logo too. I doubt Roger and Brian would of been an International great band without Freddie talents, and John Deacon's Base Guitar playing, and his song writing. I Want to Break Free, Another One Bites the Dust, Friends etc...
John deacon is still a member of Queen but just stopped performing. He is involved in all financial and admin decisions about Queen as said by Brian May.

Queen has so many underrated songs! I personally love "Killer Queen" "The show must go on" and "Love of my life" but I still love all of their songs. And Freddie was a literal genius

Bohemian Rhapsody is one of my favorites. It’s hard to choose because they are all so great and at my age, they all seem to bring back memories.
My absolute favorite Queen song is "Princes of the Universe". I fell in love with it when watching the Highlander series.
My favourite song is "the march of the black queen". Choirs, choirs and more choirs, combined with heavy guitars and a lot of tempo changes!

I Love so many songs by Queen. I would have to say my favorite Queen song is "The Show Must Go On". I love the lyrics "My soul is painted like the wings of butterflies". Poetic words, written by a man with a poet's soul.

I find the later work of Queen more memorable thou. Especially Miracle and Innuendo, so I dont have my favorite Queen song. There are so many of them that I can listen to every day and every night.

For my money, Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy is the most perfect pop song ever written. I know Freddie had a special affinity for that one. Criminally underrated song

They’re all such wonderful songs , it’s hard to pick one favorite. I like their “ power “ songs , like We are the Champions, Another One Bites The Dust and We Will Rock You . But I also like the softer side of Freddie Mercury. The Miracle and Who Wants to Live Forever, it shows the softer side. That’s a hard one.
1: Under Pressure, rest are all number 2, can’t separate them, We are the Champions, Bohemian Rhapsody, Who Whats to live forever, I want it all, You’re my Best friend, We will Rock You, Princes of the Universe, Find me someone to love, the Highlander sound track was brilliant imo as an album..
Under pressure is my favorite, especially the music. If a few of the lines in the lyrics were better, I think it stands alone in most people's minds. It has a fantastic close though with Bowie's last few lines.

It added so much depth to my appreciation for its late when I found out the lyrics jump back and forth from verse to verse from his lover to his woman then back to his lover.

Freddie has said that it was "for Mary" or "Mary's song" in plenty of different interviews. He wrote it, he knows. Not us.

I think if I had to choose I would say " In the Lap of the Gods" or "Somebody to Love" because I know what that meant to Freddie and it's such an awesome tribute to Aretha Franklin who Freddie loved and admired so much! There are just too many to choose from to really say. It depends on how I feel on any given day! As long as I hear the greatest band of all time every day I'm happy!

My favorite Queen song is Radio Ga Ga. I was very fortunate to see Queen performing in Las Vegas featuring Adam Lambert. Seeing Brian May and Roger Taylor was so moving that I cried several times during the concert, but I have to say that it was Adam who was spectacular. His consummate showmanship, his professionalism, his respect for Freddie Mercury and Queen were all very apparent. However, it is his incomparable voice that made the show. No one can replace Freddie and Adam hasn't tried to. He maintains his own style and still honors Freddie and Queen. That concert was the best concert I have ever seen.
