What a fantastic combination: rifled barrel, blowback and the brilliant idea of using 9mm cartdriges for the pellets! I would be so proud if this would have been my idea. If Umarex would realise such a replika, they would have to build another factory just to satisfy the demand.😊 Greetings from Germany.
My gold-plated 92FS fires pellets from an 8 shot mag that slots into the top of the gun. There's no blow-back, but it's accurate and has more power than my BB firing 92A-1.

Hi there. quick question. From what I have picked up from a few people on a forum post, I have seen that most people stop shooting after 6 magazines (They say that it is okay up to 8 magazines but prefer to discard the CO2 bulb after only 6) .. I don't understand if they take the CO2 bulb out whilst there is still gas in there or just run it dry? .. Is it safe/bad for the gun to take the bulb out whilst still under pressure?. I have been dumping pellets into a random object until it gets super weak and then dry firing till there is almost no pop.. Seems like a waste of pellets and im sure dry firing is not so great for the gun either..
I actually have a question. I've been away from shooting for 6 years now (since moving to UK). So... I used to have Umarex/Walther CP99 from ages ago when it was released, of course the 8-drum mag and all. Now... My simple question is does the "blow-back" come with noticeable energy loss as from what I understand it's mostly a gimmick?
Well, it's not only a gimmick, it's used to load a new round into the chamber, like the real deal. But there is indeed a power loss. It's not that much tho.
I got pretty excited to see that we gonna get another replica airpistol review. Got two of tvem m92A1s myself. An awesome piece. Feels so damn good. This m92a3 also seemed to shoot a bit right-down. After watching g this review I went out and bought an M9 a3 full metal black, I have to disagree with your comment about being good quality, first time it was used it has worn the finish off the barrel where the slide travels over the barrel... Pretty poor for a fun at this price point.

The only gripe for me is the printing on the sides of the frame and slide. I would have preferred it to have been stamped into the metal and left the same colour as the gun. I love the finish and reckon it will look even better once it’s weathered a bit, my guns are for shooting, no cabinet queens in my collection. Already told the kids not to throw any cans away as I think I’m going to need a lot.

On Umarex quality, I agree that they tend to make some of the better if not best guns of this type but the lack of lubrication and the frankly disgraceful lack of case-hardening of the hammer, hammer roller and some of the other metal on metal contact points really lets them down. I have one of their legends rifles for instance and even though it's been handled gently the hammer on that is now going to need replacing as it's wearing out faster than a bar of soap in a family home.
