Hello Sir... This vedio is really helpful. I was trying to do full cobra pose and I did it. But I guess I compressed my lower back in the process to achieve proper pose. And now I'am having back pain for 4 days. Please tell me how can fix this pain. It hurts sometimes very bad. Also I feel the cracking of lower back evertime I lay down, it feels relaxing though. Is that normal?? Please reply🙏🙏
