Well the mechanics fix would of been to cut a slot on the bolt then unscrew with a flathead screwdriver. Then spend the whopping $0.30 on a washer. The issue with that printed part(I'm all for them fyi) is the layers meet at the greatest point of stress. I bet the smaller part breaks soonish. Printed laying down would be much stronger
