Thanks! These cars are just as fun to drive! They may lack power, but are reliable and fun on track. I haven't been able to find videos of other people modifying their Yaris so I figured I would document what I do to my car.
@@arvin_arn I’m not too worried about finding parts, since I’m planning on staying in HS class for a while. Just gonna do a rear sway, wheels, tires, and an axle back for now. I really like the sound of the DC Sports, and it’s cheaper than the TRD axle back, so I’m glad I saw this video. Does it drone too much?
@@jacobjung3814 I haven't had issues with the DC Sports exhaust other than it being a bit too loud for cabin noise. I ended up getting a silencer from DC Sports to help bring the noise down. Other than that it sounds great!!

It's a replica of the TRD Sportvio lip kit that is sold with the Toyota Vios TRD edition everywhere else but the USA. new here on ur channel. I need to ask something about front strut bar, does it really sway or just go crazy even little movement when on high speed? like 140kmh+? i just installed mine and thats what i had experienced tho i dont have the anti roll bar or the rear subframe or rear strut bar. yaris or vios on what we called here in philippines.
I've never had that problem since i've installed mine. Normally if my car wanders while driving, it's mainly due to bad alignment and correcting it usually solves it for me.

does your belta strut bar makes funny noice/sound after u installed it? or depending on road condition? turning steering wise do u have some clucking noise? maybe once or few times?
Question did you really feel a difference with the rear sway bar I hear mixed comments that it doesn't make a difference some say it does I would really appreciate some feed back I'm thinking of buying a TRD rear sway bar for my 07 rear hatch Yaris.... Thanks
When you break it down to its simplest form, a sway bar is meant to aid in transfering the load from side to side in a corner. For most people who use the Yaris as a daily driver, many won't notice the difference in handling with the added sway bar, mainly because they don't subject their car to such high forces. Now for me, I got it because I attend autocross races and needed to reduce the body roll throughout the course. It helps to keep the rear planted while navigating the course, thus improving my lap times. Now it all comes down to personal preference whether or not you decide to get it. If you use your car as a daily and don't really push your car to its limits, I wouldn't get it. The effects of the sway bar are negligible at normal commute speeds. Now if you like to push the car a little or even take it to the track, then I would recommend it. Hope this helps in your decision 😁👍

it's not too obnoxious when driving on the highway at normal speeds, but inside cabin noise can be a problem. I actually installed a silencer and and it reduced the sound a little
Lots of searching. Due to the difficulty of getting parts for the Yaris, let alone shipping to Hawaii, I have to look everywhere (including international) to find parts. Its hard but lots of times rewarding when you get new parts!!
