maybe you have an idea to change the intake manifold? large throttle valve is great, but still small diameter of the manifold. Did you measure the power on a dyno??

When I was replacing my bolt joints earlier this year I has just remove the bolt that runs throught the K Frame/Subframe for the center mount bolting to the transmissions, then push or pull the lower end for then engine/transmission then remove the bolt with my the other hand. Did the same thing when installing the control arm it back. Also Thank for the video, most inportantly the web links

You could have poured boiling water on the throttle body before turning the pipes , aluminium will expand more than the steel pipes . This is also good for freeing seized brake pistons in callipers .🙂

really helpful, I tried wrapping my hood yesterday and it was so so difficult, I always kept having so manny bubbles in the middle and i just couldn't get it glassed... I tried glassing it on the middle of the hood and working outwards from there but that didn't work out any advice?

i put 2zr throttle body in my 1nz , i already installed 1zz throttle but my rpm went very high in cold start , 1nz is the best engine ever 230kmh in stock 1nz part installed 1)vvti rs 1nz 2)Mazda Maf sensor (ZL01 model) 3)Intake manifold 1nz rs (short than normal 1nz) 4)Fuel Injector RS/TRD from 1nz or you can put camry injector

Its odd…logically the difference these things make should be positive, and it shouldnt need a tune either🤔 Ive had my eye on these forever, might see if maybe i can find another aftermarket lightweight pulley with no underdrive///same size as oem, and then hit up NST for the others. shorter shafting for the stabilizer links would do the job. those supplied to you might measure 38 cm from end to end(my reference points was the bolts) if thats the measurement you get, it could possibly be for the stock height. shorter shaft would be the right way.

Hello, I have a Toyota Avensis T25 1.6 2008 Manual 5 Speed 3ZZ-FE. Today I made a swap Throttle Body from Toyota Avensis T25 1.8 2008 1ZZ-FE. I also changed the hose from 1.8 because the hose from 1.6 didn't fit on the 1ZZ Throttle Body. I disconnected the negative battery when I did the process than put it back again when finished. The car was revving up and down to learn the 1ZZ Throttle Body, but now it idle at 1000 rpm. Before was idling at 650/700 rpm. What could it be? Thank you.
