    How to make oats dosa:
    1 1/2 old fashioned rolled oats
    1/4 cup chana dal
    1/2 cup urad dal
    1 tsp methi seeds
    1 1/2 cups water to grind the batter
    1 tsp sea salt.
    Instant Tomato Chutney:
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    2 whole red chilies
    curry leaves
    4 tomatoes, 2 green chilies
    1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tbsp chilli powder
    a splash of water
    1/2 tsp jaggery powder

    Thanks for tips. But when we make batter and keep it on fridge for days it gets sour soon. What to do to show down the souring process of batter

      keep it refrigerated as soon as it is fermented. Personally for me it will keep good for 4 days and even more. The mixing with hand also helps. Also, keep in the top shelf of the fridge. Hope this helps you :)

      You may want to leave out just enough for immediate use and allow it to ferment. The rest of the batter can be stored in the fridge after grinding. When you need it take some out and allow it to ferment. This way you’ll be able to stretch your batter for about a week. Also, you can also add veggie toppings with onion ginger and green chilies + cilantro and make oothappam. Very yummy!

    Why do you wash the rolled oats ? Also the soaking water is normally used for grinding, why do you rinse the soaked oats n dals ? I wash the dals well before cooking
