Couldn’t agree more. My 07 9-3 Linear is without a doubt the best car I’ve ever owned. Previously I had a 2004 Volkswagen Passat W8.
Volvo better. 5 cilinders is perfect. I have Saab, but Volvo is what i want. One problem, Volvo looks a bit bad compared to Saab. So maybe I need BMW
Yes, Nothing Beats SAAB ! But was murdered by GM ..... As owner of 2 Saab 9-3 Aero & Arc, I feel So SAD !
@@visaziniskaktusas442”Volvo looks bad” is a bit of a blanket statement. Plenty of Volvos look great (IE everything from an S60R to a C30 R-Design or a V60).

I think clip number 2 is the best because it has the most emotional power. My SAAB cars: 900 Turbo (1991), 9-5 Aero Hirsch (2002), 9-3 SportCombi 2.8 V6 (2006), 9-5 Aero Hirsch 2.3t BioPower (2011).
Saab enjoyer here, proud owner of saab 9-3 2008 1.9 tid. For 6 years now, still going strong!

No 9 is my favourite. I worked there shortly during this period when Keith Butler Wheelhouse held a speech for all emplyees. They also showed this commercial. It has some humour in it and honestly I think the ”born from jets” thing is dull. The first Saab car was launched 1947 and their first jet 1949.
I love my 9-3 Vector with only 150hp, it doesnt hang around for what it is but being a 2005 model she has very creaky interior.

Speaking as the ex Head of Marketing for a UK SAAB Dealership Group, we never had access to any of these videos, say no more for the demise of the brand...

I am a huge Saab fan but number 7. was really cringy in my opinion :O The commercials that did not have the born from jets extraordinaire blabber were better.

There is also quite a funny one with the Nobel price. Saw it while I was in ”high-school” and visited Saab. I did my practice at neighbouring Volvo and had the opportunity to look at the manufacture of Ariane main engine nozzles in the early nineties.

I didn’t see any Saabs. Did you mean 10 best GM commercials? Was expecting to at least see the Saab 9000’s driving on two wheels with the symphony playing and the conductor.
If you did not see any Saabs then you are probably blind or very old 😂 Last Saab was the Nevs 9-3 2014.
There is your proof why Saab advertising was useless. It was done by the Americans (GM) and one dimensional "born from jets" blah blah. That is not going to win new customers. No mention of quality of manufacture, one of the best safety in a crash etc. They should have let the Swedes do them. I have seen a few Swedish ads and they harped on their safety. I have owned a few and still have 2 Saabs.
they're not bad .. but they're not great .. compared to UK 80's adverts
none of these compare to UK 80's saab adverts.. you can find them on yt .. but quality is not good Sierrra Alpha Alpha Bravo
The 9-7x Advert is just annoying. It was not even built by Saab. Made in the US by GM alongside the Trailblazer on which it was based on.
I like the odd Saabs 😀 9-2X Aero also.

9-7x is a GMC suv, and has NOTHING on a Saab model 96, in the Mud, Slush,Snow nor on Ice, in Control or drivability. It's a Corporate Step Backwards in Safety. A step Backwards FROM 5 decades of DOING IT BETTER. GM Sucks...
