I am from The Bay Islands of honduras with descendants from the cayman islands. We call the dish that I would like for you to make cheese fingers I haven't had it Since I was a kid and I can't replicate it. Maybe you guys can simplify the recipe for a person like me. I stumbled on the same exact dish but it was called a different name the name of the dish is colombian Tequeños. I'm guessing it came to the Islands as a part of culture diffusion. Could you please try to simplify the recipe for a person who hates to work with dough like myself.

@@Viewsontheroad I support the salteñas adding a few extras like: tucumanas, sopa de mani (peanut soup), fricase, llajwua, saice, ranga ranga,relleno de papa, arroz, postre (stuffed potatoes, rice and plantain) and for sweets, hojarascas, maizenitas, quinoa and apple pudding.
