I revisit it every year or two, and have ever since it came out, and am always impressed with not only how well it holds up and what a meaningful and well-written song it is, but also how it continues to get better and better for me and seems to get more and more relevant. Back when this came out I don’t remember it making too much of a splash. We all liked it, but it seemingly took a few years for people (including many or most NOFX fans) to really recognize how great it is.
I’ve commented on a total of 5 RUclips videos in my life... I would like to personally shake your hand someday. The original song simply says it all, and in no way shape or form could I fathom a version that could do it’s justice. You my good sir have placed a whole new flavor on a historical punk-rock masterpiece! Good Work!
