The essence, the core of Sanatan Dharma is seeking the Ultimate Truth who is God. It clearly talks about how us in this body-mind state are nothing but a part of Maya unless we disintegrate and vanquish them to the Reality, The Brahman. That is when we become One with God in mystical terms. No matter how hard we try we can't build our utopia in this world. We can only SEEK and GET the TRUTH. For those who haven't started using their inner vision yet: Sadhguru is an enlightened being. He doesn't need to read the scriptures. He is the scripture. He can write scriptures. He can talk scriptures. He sees all the truths the scriptures try to reveal. He talks like this to help people break out of the belief that the truth of ones' own nature can be found outside of oneself (only in books, scriptues, scientific studies, etc.). Reading enlightening words can be immensely beneficial and helpful on the way, but it's not the source of enlightenment. The source is within each person 🙏 So even if you don't read - can't read, don't have books, can't see, etc., you can still become enlightened by turning inward ❤

It’s funny that how you all believe he was enlightened by a stick from a holy man, which is a myth/history. You read his characteristics, his quality lecture to enjoy the nectar of Yoga. Why do you not simply do yoga and remove the Sadhguru from your life? That’s his point.
I think I understand his perspective. He strongly believes in himself and has higher consciousness he knows the ebrgies within him he isn't saying vedas upanishads and geeta and ramayanam are waste of time he's simply saying he took another route to gain knowledge . He has never read these books but he has knowledge of them in him . There r many people who read them but doesn't know what they actually mean . Those people have half half knowledge but this person learns everything on his own from within himself . Krishna himself says I am u and u r me so what is the wrong in his way of approach . We see God and learn about him from books and he learns from himself and nature . He just took other route in discovering the true essence of life energies and all . And his path is not in this life time only . I am sure this person started and continued his journey from many past lifetimes . It is the most hardest and also more realistic approach he took to understand and feel God. He just observes everything .

Let me say this. I am a kingdom seeker but I grew up Christian. I never really read the Bible but I’m very spiritual. Everything and I mean everything the spirit has ever revealed to me has been backed up in the Bible. Truth is not something you can read your way to. You have to feel it because you are a spirit being. There are tools to help you and I’m definitely not taking that away from anyone but what I am saying if your all knowledge and no spirit you will never find the path. But you can be all spirit and lack knowledge but you will be led to the path. If you have never experienced the spirit within I can’t explain it to you. You have to search it out within yourself.

For those who haven't started using their inner vision yet: Sadhguru is an enlightened being. He doesn't need to read the scriptures. He is the scripture. He can write scriptures. He can talk scriptures. He sees all the truths the scriptures try to reveal.
He talks like this to help people break out of the belief that the truth of ones' own nature can be found outside of oneself (only in books, scriptues, scientific studies, etc.). Reading enlightening words can be immensely beneficial and helpful on the way, but it's not the source of enlightenment. The source is within each person 🙏 So even if you don't read - can't read, don't have books, can't see, etc., you can still become enlightened by turning inward ❤

I'm not a follower of sadhguru. I follow advaita Vedanta
There's two ways to take this
- sadhguru doesn't study the Vedas so he doesn't know anything and his experience means nothing
- sadhguru has not read anything but by experience alone , he has come to the conclusion of non-duality and learning through unlearning , hence proving advaita Vedanta to be true

I think I understand his perspective. He strongly believes in himself and has higher consciousness he knows the ebrgies within him he isn't saying vedas upanishads and geeta and ramayanam are waste of time he's simply saying he took another route to gain knowledge . He has never read these books but he has knowledge of them in him . There r many people who read them but doesn't know what they actually mean . Those people have half half knowledge but this person learns everything on his own from within himself . Krishna himself says I am u and u r me so what is the wrong in his way of approach . We see God and learn about him from books and he learns from himself and nature . He just took other route in discovering the true essence of life energies and all . And his path is not in this life time only . I am sure this person started and continued his journey from many past lifetimes . It is the most hardest and also more realistic approach he took to understand and feel God. He just observes everything .

Let me say this. I am a kingdom seeker but I grew up Christian. I never really read the Bible but I’m very spiritual. Everything and I mean everything the spirit has ever revealed to me has been backed up in the Bible. Truth is not something you can read your way to. You have to feel it because you are a spirit being. There are tools to help you and I’m definitely not taking that away from anyone but what I am saying if your all knowledge and no spirit you will never find the path. But you can be all spirit and lack knowledge but you will be led to the path. If you have never experienced the spirit within I can’t explain it to you. You have to search it out within yourself.

Religions are important in everyone's life because they bind you and give you limits. Study your religion thoroughly to check if it goes against your mindset or not. if it seems logical to you,if it is complete and authentic then you should follow it's teaching because it will benefit you if not in this life then surely in the after life.
I chose islam after studying many.
Honestly i did my research on islam and there was always a scientific or logical reasoning behind everything.
Even the craziest things that people say about muslims ,are either wrong or have unexpectedly nice meaning when read in whole and understanding.
