If the Bears dont draft OL or DL and a CB with all their picks, they are doing their organization and fanbase an injustice. It's 2025. A runningback is an after thought when it comes to protection of your QB. Roschon could average 4 ypc with a good offensive line all day long. Just put all your resources too that.
The Bears need to use at least 3 of those picks on o line men. Makes no sense to get a rb and still have an o line that sucks to the point where they can't run block.
Jeanty should only be taken if Poles or whoever the GM is crushes it in free agency with the offensive line. Honestly I'd rather have lineman with a handful of seasons under their belt than the 3rd or 4th rated lineman in the draft who is going to have to go through a learning curve. If they sign good linemen in free agency then by all means draft Ashton Jeanty at 10. However if you draft Jeanty I believe you move Swift. They're too similar & I think if you have Jeanty you'll want a more traditional power back to pair him up with like Detroit has Montgomery and Gibbs. I'm sorry Roschon Johnson is not that guy, he's perfect right where he is as a sparingly used short yardage back. Jeanty and a Montgomery-like RB Duo with a rebuilt veteran heavy offensive line could be something special. But again, if they don't get line help in free agency Jeanty is a huge mistake at 10.
Trenches, Trenches, Trenches and then RB
The O-Line needs to be addressed before anything else.
Kaleb Johnson in round 2. Kaleb Johnson is a BEAST.
Cam seems more like a Bears RB
I watched Jeanty play this weekend in the college playoff game and I was not impressed. No way would I draft him in the first round.
Yes, but on day 3
Hell YES you should draft him.

If the o-line is addressed in FA, I think we need an Ashton Jeanty! Draft 2 o-line in 2nd round.
Yes if they fix OL in FA for LT, 2nd round C and G

Jenty or Scatterboo. Oline and Trenches.
This talk is what gets GMs fired. How do you run with no line? And we need both sides.
