I love how you built in intensity as we progressed! It’s kinda sneaky lol. But, this is an amazing workout. Definitely saving this to my list of favorites. I’m not a fan of burpees, but I love how you changed them up and did something different. I’ve never done most of those moves before. Amazing job!! 💜

I couldn’t do some of the exercise completely but I’m proud I continued until the end. I know that one day I’ll be able to do this workout all the way through and still feel fresh like a lettuce 😁
Such a great warm up of exercises. It's the perfect slow build up of intensity. This had me drenched in sweat already a quarter of the way through. The relief I had at the end was real.
this is a great one. Did it right after work on friday and I think it's an amazing way to start the weekend, I feel fantastic. Quick, sweaty, no repeat, no equipment...makes it impossible to talk myself out of! Love it!
Perfect amount of push. Some of the exercises felt difficult, but like a breather after the intense exercise that came before them. Others really left my legs burning. I will be back here again

Great to see modifications that really helps to build your strength gradually, if you consider the single arm burpee allows you to gain the confidence to......perform the move ..

Loved this workout! I like how both exercises and breaks last for longer periods of time. It makes the training more intense and enjoyable for me, because I have the time to focus on the single exercise and really connect to my body while doing the exercise and feel the sweat rather to be stressed :D And also the time flies by so much faster this way! Somehow the less exercises there are, even if they last a lomnger time, the less long the training feels :) Also I loved how you builded up the intensity! At the end... oh my god :D all the jumping lunges and burpees It was perfect! I will search your channel if you have more videos in this style :)) Thank you for all your work and videos! i had a fever so i could only do the modified workouts but i still broke a sweat i feel so useless cause normally im sweating tonnes im going to use this as a reminder to always grind hard when i feel better
This was a pretty tough workout and I have been doing 20 minute HIIT workouts. I have a feeling I will be on thos workout for a while. Not only are there new exercises to combat, it is intense. Hopefully, I can do this workout four times a week. Thanks for this workout.

I love the way we start off slow and build it up gradually. So good! Great way to wake up the body.
