Sooo expensive, but I really love the space. It's an honest to God apartment with large bedrooms, full kitchen & living space. Also, it's great to see painters rolling the paint on with rollers. Too many painters use airbrushes, and the coverage just isn't the same. Loving these larger apartment tours!
Stephen Colbert is the best late night comedian and show and his jokes are very funny and informative which is not an easy thing to do this days. He gets better every time.
I'm sorry but Coal Bear is the worst late night talk show host ever. Not funny at all. Have you seen the show? Jimmy Kimmel paid me to say that. Or was it Fallon. But it's still true. Cash Jordan should and could replace any of the three and Corden, who is quitting. Jordan is funny .....they only look for applause not laughs. What they should get is......... applesauce. And step aside for King Jordan. We all know Cash is King.
This is for sure one of the nicest apartments you’ve ever shown! So much room for my cats, plants and books! I love the local area too 🥰 Another great video Cash 💜🏴 love from Scotland
Omg i love Gristedes. Their corned beef and pastrami sandwhiches are to die for. I moved to NYC from Detroit and thats one place where i went when i first moved to new york
100% in agreement with your Stephan Colbert comment!! "The longer he stays around, the less funny he gets...It's too bad"!! Loved him in "The Daily show" and "The Colbert Report". ....it's been downhill since. Thanks for taking us around NY apartments. I was born and raised there, and can't believe the prices these days!!!
I can’t stop watching your videos even though I have no intention of moving back to NYC. They always remind me of when people would ask if my 650 sq ft apt was big and I would say “if you live here, it’s big; if you don’t live here, it’s small”
Nope I am an native NY’er and these new buildings going up with under 700 sq ft are small got to find you a nice pre war apt building with large rooms that can fit a king size bed to rent or buy.
I'm stuck in this weird spot, I got my new place in town last year and yet I'm still watching everyday... I'm like an android that sits in wait and can't power up for the day until Cashes video drops! Need power, neeeeeed power.
I love the light and brightness of this place. I love the old fashioned elevator! In unit laundry. 3 bathrooms. The deck (not much privacy, but still not useable by anyone else. I like this place. It's close to areas of NY I'd want to be close to. You could work from home and not go crazy. Very nice.
It is really nice to see you Cash and other real estate agents work together to get the message out that these apartments are available. It is totally rare down in Sydney Australia it is like competition or something amongst the real estate agents.
I would love to see this apartment when it is furnished. I bet it would be incredible. And all for the low, low monthly payment of just $10,000 per month! 😆
Very elegant, fully-equipped apartment, but the high $9,800 per month rent is a deal-killer for many. At that price per month, it would be a better decision to buy a condo elsewhere.
Wild. I just stayed at Dream this weekend and that whole block I patronized. Premier Deli, Serafina, the corner, PHD. I can't suggest that area enough. It's perfectly above Times Square where you can avoid the real crazy crowds and still get amazing food and a reasonable walk to Central Park. I hadn't stayed in midtown for a while, but I forgot how consistently good the food is. You can easily get lost in the tourist traps, but great spots still exist, even if sometimes they still are considered tourist traps. Angelos is absolutely worth it. The baked ziti is insane.
Charles always has high end places. I agree with you about Laurence Fishburne, Cash. He is a fabulous actor and makes everything he’s in even better. Gotta disagree about Stephen Colbert, though. I love his show. A little island of sanity and fun in a sea of chaos!
This place is nice but the price is way too high. You’re better off getting a 2 or 1 bed for the same price in Brooklyn. (3400$ per person is the price for the expensive apartment)
This was such a fun video for a really great place! That neighborhood is so underrated! Even though it's expensive, you're super close to everything and it's a less congested area between Times Square and Columbus Circle. The Three Monkeys Bar is one of the best! There's a jazz club near by called Flutes. And you're only 6 blocks south from Central Park.
An apartment that would actually be big enough for the family to visit, maybe a little too comfortably. LoL I like the space and that working fireplace. When I see Charles I know the apartment is good.
LOVE THIS!!! $10K/month is A LOT of money but look at all of the space and character!!! I would LOVE to know the history of this apartment and building.
10 K a month is so expensive, omg. It does have 3 bedrooms,so all 3 people would pay 3,300 or so per month. That doesn't even include bills. The upside is it is big and the upper patio is really nice. I am glad to live in the Atlanta area where you could get a huge place for that price. Nice place though.
The elegant staircase and that amazing, WORKING fireplace are like beautiful ghosts of another century, another world, another New York...one I wish I could visit. Wish I'd seen this apartment before the renovation...but I'm so grateful they kept the staircase and fireplace, unmolested. Just gorgeous. I guess for three couples this place wouldn't be unreasonable pricewise, LOL. Just under $1700 apiece...hmmm.
Hey Cash, nice apartment & very spacious. Great neighborhood to. I just wish the building had some amenities. For the price it should. It should be a condo instead of rent. TFS & Have A Great Week❤️!!!
Well, I may live in Las Vegas, but your videos have literally inspired me to visit NYC at the end of the month. If I decide to move there, I'll know who to call! 😜
Oh Cash, I watch every episode but your comment re Colbert was not good. He’s hilarious and doesn’t repeat the same Starbucks, Dunkin Donut, McDonalds joke everyday,
Very nice place! Big, and very close to shopping etc. The outdoor area is massive. It's really great and I'm not saying it's not worth the money. But if you are spending that much why not buy something? Looking good Charles! Nice video Cash 😁
This is a great apartment. I love the street, entry, the natural light… and I don’t love the price, but I think for the area/space/condition, it’s good for NYC.
Great apartment to be a peeping tom!!! LOL! Love the apartment, and the roof top space. Hate the price:((((( Perfect for a family, and not many NY apartments are!!
In some countries in Europe you rent a place and you must provide your washmachine, kitchen stove, etc... And also there are no common place where you wash you cloths in the buildings
2:11 Stephen Colbert, the longer he's around the less funny he gets. Cash the smartest man in NYC. Maybe someday we will see Late Show with Cash Jordan...🤣 As a matter fact, it's not too crazy of an idea... Guys! make this go viral!
At that price, you gotta make like some serious dough... BUT that being written, the place is amaziiiing. The light is so good and the rooms so good. My dishwasher is fancier and bigger than theirs! LOL!
That deck has to have the most ‘New York’ view of any apartment I can recall you showing. Unfortunately, I don’t make the 7 figures needed to properly enjoy it, lol..
When I first moved into my building, the elevator was manual and the doorman had to come off the desk to take people up. Thankfully switched to automatic a couple of years later. I didn’t know Gristede’s was still in business. Talk about old school.
It's definitely a higher-end apartment with laundry and rooftop deck, but even split three ways the rent is out of reach for many. However, if rented by three couples, six incomes should be able to handle it nicely. There does seem to be space for six people to watch TV or have dinner, and the closet space looks good.
The place is huge but 3 couples? F outta here lol squeezing 3 people in there would be OK. Not 6 no way. People living there are making a minimum of $120k+ a year.
Sooo expensive, but I really love the space. It's an honest to God apartment with large bedrooms, full kitchen & living space. Also, it's great to see painters rolling the paint on with rollers. I would love to see a follow up how people decorate/utilize the spaces
Me too!
A very nice apartment. Cash and Charles appearing in each others' videos will always bring more views.

Looks like Charles has lost weight. Glad to see him again. An incredible apartment!! Thanks, Cash!
Where’s his bike tho I was digging it
Full baths* *For people under 3ft7!
What a weird comment. Why is the first thing you address is his weight haha
@@blakelaster3811 I agree lol people are very out of touch and strange
This is for sure one of the nicest apartments you’ve ever shown!
So much room for my cats, plants and books!
I love the local area too 🥰
Another great video Cash 💜🏴 love from Scotland
I was thinking the same about a place for cats.
I can't stand looking at other apartments on video after this one!
Who else thought "No! Bad Luck! when Cash went under the ladder? Great apartment for someone who is loaded. It's pretty!
Omg i love Gristedes. Their corned beef and pastrami sandwhiches are to die for. I moved to NYC from Detroit and thats one place where i went when i first moved to new york

Thanks!
I love this unit. I've been really liking them lately.
That's a really nice apartment. That rent is also not unheard of. I've met a few women that paid 10k for their apartment in the NYC
No, no - that IS unheard-of.
@@terryv nah he's right, in NYC not a shocker for that many rooms.

By the time you add HOA fees probably cheaper to rent it.
Happy sunny Sunday! 😁😁🌞🌞
Heartily disagree about your Colbert comment, but I still love you.
cash love your video. and when them guys said. trying to steal my like. had me laughing.
Don’t walk under the ladder!! 😂🤣 great video as always!

INCREDIBLE APARTMENT.
Cash with the squating skills!
😂😂😂
This is Gonna B so Good CJ🔥🔥🔥👍….
WOW........nice & 3 room mates..roof deck AWESOME
Cash, every time you show a non-street window view from an apartment, I always think of the Hitchcock movie Rear Window.
Now that's a new york apt👌🏾
this a family apt... if both parents work it be do able... very nice really.... i love the elevators
Excellent as usual 🥳👍🌷
Love all the space. Finally an apartment that's big enough! I see you're still riding that cute bike. 😍

$3266.67 per person, is still a little steep for me, but it is a nice place. Great video, as always, Cash.

Aaaww Yes! That's gorgeous! And huge 😀 And that deck? To die for! Thanks again for all your work you put in to your videos..at the top!
Very nice apartment. I love the location.
I would bet that realtors would pay for you to create videos of their properties, especially in Japan regarding rentals targeting tourists.
Been watching you with my coffee and my daughter. I love it Beautiful space..
3/4 bath!!! Some of us could not live without a tub man. So that makes a huge difference.

Yes I'm a bank and can throw 9k a month on rent! LMAO! That's 7k more than I get.
Beautiful 3b, 2 floor apartment! 🌆🗽❤️ Summer is upon us! 🌞🔥
Did I miss the sink sprayer?
I miss the city, moved out west to Spokane WA and I'll tell you I've never missed public transportation more than the day I lost it

$10k a month, you may as well just buy the place and pay a mortgage at that point. It is like a little house though.
It's for rent. You cannot buy it. And it's NYC...obviously more expensive than living in rural areas for example. Come on dude, use some common sense.
Sure, just buy that $25 mill dollar building.... 😂.
