Crazy prices but for NYC but it's a ton of space & a great layout. It's not as sunny as I would like but I LOVE the courtyard & the circular floor plan. I live six months abroad and always let (rent) an large flat (apartment) so my adult children (and grandkids) can visit me whenever I’m away. I still own the house l shared with my Late Husband. Letting overseas is way cheaper than staying at a hotel or Air B&B. I love America and still love New York but it’s not exactly what it use to be. I don’t remember the last time l was in Manhattan and wasn’t fearful of getting mugged! I hope you enjoy your Summer Mary, have a lovely day. 😊
P.S. The price of rents in New York shock the hell out of me lately! I definitely think it has to do with the some of the landlords trying to recoup some of their money they lost during the Covid pandemic. Other are just downright greedy! I only wish my darling husband was still with me to share in the fun and excitement of exploring different countries. England (and Ireland) have so much history with so many places to see.

This apartment is definitely a winner for me (that is, if I lived in NYC and could easily afford $3750/month). Great neighborhood. Love the upper east side and the layout and size of the apartment are amazing. Nice size kitchen with adequate counter space (by NYC standards of course). My only two complaints: 1)No in unit laundry and no mention of there being laundry in the building. 2) That larger “backyard” is a bit creepy. I don’t like the fact that that would be my view when I look out the window. But you can’t have everything. Sometimes you have to compromise. Otherwise, I could see myself calling this home.

It would be nice if the price of these places was clearly listed in the description. Instead it's hidden in the video...somewhere.

Everything about this place is fantastic! Only one draw back is no in unit laundry ? But that wrap around patio is a game changer

Compared to other units in this price range that you and Charles have shown us, this is a good deal. A spacious living/kitchen area, good-sized bedroom, and all recently renovated. It's first floor, not basement, and though the natural light is very limited, there are lots of windows. The private "patio" (air shaft) could have some limited use, though the "back yard" is a little scary and would prompt me to ask for security screens. I didn't see laundry anywhere. :-(. The circular layout could be quite convenient. Given the location, this one will rent quickly.
