Wow what a super unique layout, with huge potential. The central courtyard is awesome, would be absolutely gorgeous with the right plants in there. Love it, probably one of the coolest places I've seen featured on your channel.

Thought of Charles as you were riding your bike and there he is. Love this apt, especially the kitchen. I've always known those walkthrough baths as "jack and jill" bathrooms, but I'm old.
jack and jill have bedrooms both sides, this just has 2 doors so can get to from bed room or main area, not have walk all way around.. i was confused at first where the bath was and how many bed rooms was .. thought at first was two bedrooms, one u had walk thru bath to get to.. then thought was between the two bedrooms on back side.. but nope only one bedroom lol

Yay! Charles! He’s a great guy. That’s a unique apartment! Beautiful, but basement doesn’t seem like it would be that great. I wonder if it got flooded last year.
I really like this apartment. I don't mind it is on first floor because it is not below street level and if I remember correctly that part of town is not known for flooding. In the courtyard I would probably have pots with tomato, pepper and herb plants for cooking. That is a good price in a great neighborhood. Maybe because it is not in the "in" neighborhood is why it is that price. A great apartment for someone.

Price is reasonable for the size and location of the unit. Love the outdoor space. I was disappointed, however, that there's no laundry or w/d hookup in the unit, though.
@@ericalampley480, if I'm paying nearly $3800/month for rent, then I certainly don't want to have to pay MORE money to wash my laundry (or have someone else do it for me). I know not everyone feels this way, but after living in apartments for 10+ years and having to deal with communal laundry rooms, I'm so done with that. In-unit laundry is the way to go (for me)!
