  • What a way to ruin a diet, eh? Lots of cheeses, noodles, cream of this and cream of that. Resolutions were made to be recycled so let's go ahead and save the planet now. This is a great weeknight meal to feed a lot of mouths and it's easy to switch up to be whatever flavors you want. Whether be cajun or super savory, it's all in your hands with this easy recipe.

    Grocery List:
    3 - 4 lbs chicken meat, skin discarded after boiling
    1 lb spaghetti noodles
    2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
    8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
    1/2 cup pepper jack
    1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
    1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 tbsp Ms. Dash southwest chipotle seasoning
    1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 10 oz can cream of mushroom
    1 10 oz can cream of chicken
    2 cups reserved boiled chicken water
    Salt & Pepper to taste
