ok this is a cool product & well shot video. couple things to consider, the beans are NOT barrel roasted. they are barrel aged. as in roasted then sealed in former KC barrel. Also a realistically standard coffee pot prolly holds water too hot, bleached coffee filter is probably leaching off most of esters you get in barrel aging, coffee tasting prolly best done on site or basic French press
