    At first person tries to recall his inner world and trying different types of practices and doings , but he easily forgets inner world when busy in world affairs. Then there comes a time when he will become tired of every practices and doings, .. and his sensitivity start to increase. Then there comes a time when his sensitivity becomes so deep that he does not need to remember his inner world but he will get reminder and messages from everything around him and whatever happening inside of it. Everything drags him inside, and he becomes so deep that he starts to understand the inner language which is soundless and formless . Then there comes a time when he will become stunned, surprised by vast beauty , by unlimited joy vaster than any ocean , stillness deeper than any valley. Then he will see his face in the mirror and will be surprised that he never saw this person before and everything looks utterly new.

    I have spent a great deal of time on this subject and after years of research and self-experimentation this is my final conclusion:
    YOU CANNOT ERASE A HABIT
    Habits are programs burned into your subconscious mind forever.
    You can only create new habits and employ tools that will block the old habits.
    Classical example. ALCOHOLISM and the AA
    AA is the most successful approach in dealing with alcoholism by creating the habit of not drinking and giving the people the tools to handle their addiction.
    However, an alcoholic is only one drink away from his old habit.

    • @detrockcity3
      @detrockcity3 4 года назад +1

      That's a religious belief about one drink, not science. AA is kind of cultish.

    I can see how people, including myself, can not have the patience for this type of thing. And I can see also how here it can be hard to even on this one, it can be seem too esotetic. But for me this one is very practical and also in line with CBT principles, classical conditioning principles, and operant conditioning too. He references it, basically. What I saw in it, for a use, was for addiction. I have been wondering and asking and trying to notice the habit of the addiction...its will, if you like. A craving seems to, for some, be physical then become quickly an idea, plan, and a ruse, rationalization, lift of mood before the drug or drink, in pre-plan, but resolved to do it anticipation. Things leave the mind. Noticing that, for the addict to try to watch it, can maybe be powerful to break the chain from strong impulse and desire, right after the body crave. Not to try and stop it, but to meet sort of desire with adesire, zilch, nothing but the watching.

    Karl Popper told my Philosophy class that he was told by an American Philosophy teacher: "I would not dare to speak as simply as you do." Popper was illustrating the way "gurus" who wanted to remain respected made sure that they spoke unintelligibly, for fear of losing their power over their listeners, who assume that if they cannot understand something then the reason must be that what they are being told something terribly intelligent; too intelligent for them to understand. Krishnamurti seems to benefit from this system. He might not deliberately speak unintelligibly, but he certainly benefits from doing that: people assume he must be super intelligent.
    When I taught maths I tried to remain alert to signs that the students had misunderstood me; then I could intervene and clear things up. Krishnamurti seems unable or unwilling to do that. He gets plenty of signs that his audiences cannot understand him.

    Marvelous, he is beautiful magician.he can wipe out all your psychological disorder.
    His way of teaching is unique.he is just showing us how to see things as they are in ourselves as we are unable to see by ourselves .once we learn to actually see what's wrong in us then that very awarenesss will wipe out our suffering. The problem with almost all of us we accept readily what is told to us by authority and we never put efforts to find out by ourselves whether it is so and that's the reason we never get out of the trap that we are caught in.

    It's tragic how many people have seen their lives destroyed by the habit of chattering. If only there were more support and compassion for the habitual chatterers in society. A start would be to reduce the stigma associated with chattering, and the myth that chattering is a sign of a weak character or moral contemptibility. My heart goes out to the chatterers.
