attention is where most people fail even if they want to give complete attention to anything. Mastering the monkey mind is a real challenge that's what people keep searching
We understand the concept logically, but once we live in totality and with complete attention, the life will become totally different and that state can't be explainable. Had a chance of listening to my late father who was fully interested in JKs teachings and is to deliver talks on his teachings. JK greatest philosopher and given a great message to the whole world.
It's tragic how many people have seen their lives destroyed by the habit of chattering. If only there were more support and compassion for the habitual chatterers in society. A start would be to reduce the stigma associated with chattering, and the myth that chattering is a sign of a weak character or moral contemptibility. My heart goes out to the chatterers.
