    I have to say he saved one life. He saved me from self destructive thoughts. Now I am laughing at my ignorance and carrying on with my day like the struggle was past.
    This feels exactly like shattering all the glass walls of my chamber in which I was suffocating and was being tortured. I cannot explain the feeling of this blis and recovery.
    Peace 🕊️
    Beautiful.
    Thankyou for reminding me to love myself and accept myself as whole.

    • @yt.abhibhav
      @yt.abhibhav 2 года назад +4

      With your query I can understand your situation. If I have to give you a number I would say it took me a few weeks to accept what I had done and the fact that it's in my nature. I pledge to work on it and try not to do the same thing that caused the whole situation. I would also recommend you to confess the truth to those who might are effected because of your actions. It can be an ugly after that but It will exempt you from the curse of guilt and will help you recover within days.
      Peace and power to you 🕊️

      In my case the deep rooted urge may not apparently different since from very young age I found no interest whatever like rest of people around me I had from my very childhood to understand what this thing called the universe is in its dee p hidden purpose which must as well be to purpose of all This could not be learnt from anywhere outside of me I knew the secret could only be discovered within myself because man was supreme_a really wonderous beyond all powers of human conception but being too young it all looked quite enigmatic Inspite of all this I was sure I must be an integral part of this whole How could there be a separate I That could make no sense_I ' a separate something cut off from the rest which is somehow a logical absurdity and my whole sense of logic rebelled against it Neither could there comes death Any one else may think as he will Existence is_t to me a fact and not death How dare one think otherwise It was evident that death could not be for the simple reason that life is I wonder how any one can conceive light and dark together They exist but not in opposition to one another Sir think for yourselves Could life be such an ugly something If so who's fault is it ? Surely one's own

    • @joginderanand7618

      Sir I don't presume to be impudent if I may dare the audacity to add to think in terms of finality may have no place where LIFE comes in I don't know how one reacts to it all

      Again may beg to offer: bliss is not a sensation which anyhow is a conditioning All the same if sensation is not immediately taken over by thought it doesn't leave a mark Hope this answers

    This is probably one of the best videos of letting go I have come across. He did not just elaborate how to let go of guilt and it could apply pretty much to anything in life. Deep and full of wisdom. Our mind was unconsciously conditioned from the moment we came to the world and only when the moment we realised all these we actually have the access to a different path. Love~

    Just goto 30:30. Stay with whatever happens. Never resolve. The very totality of stay, or being with any phenomenon, results in its complete flowering and this disappearance. Freedom is disappearance of all inflictions from root and the root is identification strengthened by escape because of thought. Staying absolutely with phenomenon in now breaks thought, breaks identification and thus all the conditioning. That's attention - a clarity without center.

    • @corpuscallosum4479
      @corpuscallosum4479 8 лет назад +13

      Very well put, but the hard part is stay in that freedom. What you describe is a flash of lightning. When that clarity, luminosity, fluidity and omniscience shine through effortlessly/ontinuously, then we're awakened. Most of us are still learning and practicing is even harder in this dichotomous, actions-powered world.

    Guild does not arise out of itself. It arises out of love. A men who has no love inside, no feeling of guild arises when he kills somebody. Love is the feeling of connection, relationship and so on. It comes out of knowledge, that everthing is connected maybe. It comes out of seeing this connection and out of a emotional connection. Love is much more than a feeling and out of it arises sometimes things they not feel good like a guide to keep you in harmony with everthing you connected. So better we understand this so better we can hear and understand what love try to say, and life a better way inside us and outside for everything and everyone. LOVE

    Admire Krishnamurtis work. My brain is conditioned. I have to repeatedly watch and listens to his teachings for i have been repeatedly imposed on how i have to view and act into this world. His investigations on how we behave. Sex, relationships, tribalisms, feelings. How our thoughts were formed. How we punish others and ourselves. The imbeded teachings of societies, philosophies most importantly on top the root how i conduct myself into this planet. My Religious beliefs. The cognitive behind them. Krisnamutis have greatly helped me reprogram myself into a healthy perspective. A better new platform in living into this beautiful world that we live in.

      Also how , from which perspective he sees a word= fascinating. I never thought so clearly or heard it from anyone at all.. that the definition of a problem is...that some= thrown on u.. forced on u.. though = true. Ramana said it a bit akin. He said...awareness or this consciousness just came over u. And Zen out of this background storys are made.. like...u forgot urself or u was never aware bevor and all this stuff or a God created u or the Archons or whatever.... Since we not accept the simple...we create high complexity stuff ...we call world and zen we struggle with this complexity itself.

    Great Insight provided to dissolve the issue ! Stay with the fact and you are not different from the fact .The fact is you are guilt or guilt is in you.It means you are not different from guilt at all. You are the guilt itself. Do not create any entity in you which can be separate observer.
    The approach to problem is insightful and psychological one ! Great and profound approach!!!

      @@sandygarg Well everybody has the right to write things down, for me it helps. Even Krishnamurti doesn´t know everything or maybe there he referred to writing without a thought, "writing down because of writing down." Writing down is just as meditative or even more than just listening. It is an individual thing, whatever works is the key 🙂

    If we see guilt as a fact and accept it, such a lovely thing .Now looking at every moment of life from here , it's like taking responsibility of all your actions and if anything happens,accept it think as What needs to be done and move on ,take it as a fact not to feel guilty of it..acceptence of your own actions...be responsible...take a Charge of your oven life...superb...

    Guilt is an attachment of ego, negatively. But regret sometimes is healthy, so as not to fall into that physical, emotional or mental hole again. Only by forgive but not forget can humanity stops future holocaust, genocides, wars happen repetitiously. So it can propel and evolve in this time-space realm. Thanks K and friends.

    This is the real education , to understand this we don't have to go to universities or schools but use our brains not our minds, stop saying I know, listen to everything without contradicting or prejudices than we understand and able to see the truth. The moment we understand this, than there is no sorrow or anxiety. Life is so simple but we humans make life so complex and go to gurus spiritual leaders follow different religions etc etc....⁸ to understand this simple, sweet and beautiful life.

    I love Krishnamurti. Yet I have a number of disagreements with him. He frequently uses the term "responsibility". In my view, the term is still a form of conditioning; it emerges out of a developed ego, a sense of self, or self-consciousness, even though there may be clear benefits of responsibility. Where the self is not, there is neither responsibility nor irresponsibility, yet the action is always appropriate. We see some of what I mean happening in nature: there is no sense of responsibility in nature, yet flowers unfold in all their beauty. People can relish their perfume, but flowers don't intend to spread their perfume; they simply are what they are. I don't mean to suggest we can be like nature (in the literal sense) because we have human brains after all. I'm simply suggesting that "responsibility" is still a refined form of ego.

    • @leonordin3052
      @leonordin3052 3 года назад

      + language is conditioning:) but it is a great help communicating, to those that still have a self. To those that doesn't it is just a play of shiva that keeps us alive, before we also let that go, and join earth.
      Responsibility could also be considered the last thing keeping many gurus alive, not that they are responsible or not but that deep inside of them something wants to stay true to what is true (this is difficult to understand) and that is the responsibility. If you get what I am getting at. Which when the responsibility is completed, you are also completed and ceaced to be, as in the literal sense, have crossed the lines of no return and joined eternity.

    • @Forceoflove
      @Forceoflove Год назад

      Self responsibility I believe is what he is referring to all conditions within us are self created so to solve is also responsible , it’s not an outer or inner it’s a manifestation of that which is happening. Since at this level of awareness there is actually no separate doer

      I think what responsibility according to him means all humans deep down inside know what it means to be responsible human. We follow conditioned thoughts desires and fears and that sense of responsibility we ignore all the time which become the reason of our suffering in this world where every single atom is connected to each other. When we understand the connectedness among all naturally it become our responsibility to act righteously

    " Parents create guilt. That is the greatest sin against humanity. To create guilt in a child is criminal because once the guilt is created, the child will never be free of it. Unless he is very intelligent it will be impossible for him to get rid of it; something of it will remain around him like a hangover.
    Your politicians, priests, parents, they all are guilt-creators, because that is the only way that you can be controlled and manipulated. A very simple, but very cunning trick to manipulate you. They have condemned you, because if you are accepted, not condemned -- loved, appreciated, and if it is relayed to you from everywhere that you are okay -- then it will be difficult to control you. How to control a person who is absolutely okay? The very problem doesn`t arise.
    Guilt simply says that you are a sinner. And the feeling of shame simply shows you that you need not be a sinner, that you are meant to be a saint. If you are a sinner it is only because of your unconsciousness; you are not a sinner because the society follows a certain morality and you are not following it.
    This has to be your first lesson in sannyas: accept yourself, love yourself, drop all guilt, don`t divide yourself. There is nothing higher, nothing lower; all of you is divine. The lowest is as divine as the highest.
    Guilt is imposed by others on you. It is a strategy of the priests to exploit. It is a conspiracy between the priest and the politician to keep humanity in deep slavery forever. They create guilt in you, they create great fear of sin. They condemn you, they make you afraid, they poison your very roots with the idea of guilt. They destroy all possibilities of laughter, joy, celebration. Their condemnation is such that to laugh seems to be a sin, to be joyous means you are worldly.
    Sin is a technique of the pseudo-religions. A true religion has no need of the concept at all. The pseudo-religion cannot live without the concept of sin, because sin is the technique of creating guilt in people.
    To create guilt, all that you need is a very simple thing: start calling mistakes, errors -- sins. They are simply mistakes, human. Now, if somebody commits a mistake in mathematics -- two plus two, and he concludes it makes five -- you don`t say he has committed a sin. He is unalert, he is not paying attention to what he is doing. He is unprepared, he has not done his homework. He is certainly committing a mistake, but a mistake is not a sin. It can be corrected. A mistake does not make him feel guilty. At the most it makes him feel foolish.
    Encounter every situation with your total consciousness, without any guilt. Enjoy music, enjoy food, enjoy love -- enjoy everything that is natural.
    Blessed are those who have known meditation. Only those few people are the blessed people; others are simply groping in darkness. Meditation gives you an inner light, and then wherever you are there is light and whatsoever you do, you do in full light and clarity. Hence there is never any guilt, no repentance, no looking back. Whatsoever one does, one feels that`s the only thing that can be done. It is always right.
    If you really want to drop the guilt you will have to drop your parental voices within, the priestly voices within. You will have to get rid of your parents and your conditioning. Life has been in such a trap up to now that even a small child starts feeling guilty. We have not yet been able to develop an education which can help people to grow without feeling guilty. And unless that education happens man will remain ill, ill at ease.
    Charity is to unburden you from your guilt, so you say, `I am doing something: I going to open a hospital, going to open a college. I give money to this charity fund, to that trust....` You feel a little happier. The world has lived in poverty, the world has lived in scarcity, ninety-nine percent of people have lived a poor life, almost starving and dying, and only one percent of people have lived with richness, with money -- they have always felt guilty. To help them, the religions developed the idea of charity. It is to rid them of their guilt.
    One wants to be admired because one has no respect for oneself. We are brought up with guilt feelings deeply rooted in us. From the very beginning we are condemned by the parents, by the teachers, by the priests, by the politicians, by the whole establishment. A single note is continuously repeated to every child: that `Whatsoever you are doing is not right. You are doing what should not be done and you are not doing what should be done.` Every child is given directly and indirectly the impression that he is not really wanted, that his parents are tired, that he is being somehow tolerated, that he is a nuisance.
    Just enjoy life with no barrier, with no guilt, with no inhibition. If you can enjoy life with no guilt and no inhibition, a great compassion for your parents will arise in you. Now you will not be able to see how this can function.... No child is ever able to forgive his parents unless he becomes guiltless, because parents mean guilt. They have created the guilt, the basic guilt: do this, don`t do that; be like this and don`t be like that. They were the first creative elements, but they were also destructive. They helped the child to grow, they loved the child, but they had their own minds and conditionings and they tried to impose those conditionings on the child. So every child hates the parents."

    Having listened to and read K. for more years than I care to remember it seems K. is saying guilt (and all the other emotional sensations) are an effect of brain activity. Guilt, for example, is an effect of having done something to another person or thing the memory sensation of it affects further brain activity to effect escape, alteration of what has been. Brain activity alone cannot alter brain content - its activity to do so is guilt sensation. But of course as an escape it might be possible to say sorry or make amends. This is not a substitute for understanding brain activity is the source of guilt sensation.

    Damn!!... I have just laughing so hard right now the moment I have seen his point!😅
    Because of the education and culture conditioning, we have been taught to not see it or to miss this point...
    "Tat Tvam Asi" - "You are that!"
    You are that "quality" of your life at the present moment, wether you are angry, happy, greedy, lusty, lonely and envy,"you're that quality", and because culture conditioned us that is bad to be greedy or lusty or envious, we divide that quality ours...suddely there is an observer that says "oh shit I'm being envy, I have been taught that this is bad, I should do something to not make me feel envy"...that's why we feel there is conflict... the quality of our life becomes not "fully whole" but now is divided

    We feel guilty because God is perfect and we're not, because down deep we know what's right and what's not, but we don't listen to our inner selves, and we behave, but when we feel guilty in front of negative people, then we give our power away, we feel inferior, unworthy, that's why there is guilt.
