the saddest track from star wars ever
+Sean Last This movie made me cry at times.

Jacob Reed Qui Gons funeral theme is a bit sad
Sean Last AKA Padme's destiny.
Demon Rantz indeed
"We all knew what was about to happen..........did we question it? Did any of us have traitorous doubts and thoughts? Maybe, but we did not show it.
No one said a word. We just followed our orders..........and when those doors opened..........we did what we were born to do.......follow orders."
-501st legion Clone Trooper, Purge of the Jedi Temple.
Star Wars: Battlefront II
Yup. Clones will be clones.
***** i dont care
Emanuel Alejandro Blanco Fight me m8
***** you know what's funny I just beat the campaign today...
The clones were born into the republic, fought with the republic, died with the republic, and were replaced with soldiers who couldn't hit the broad side of a super star destroyer and get beaten by a bunch of furry basketballs
Crossingman18 LOL BEST COMMENT EVAH
I do think, however, that the Stormtroopers are the same breed as the Clone troopers, the same ones from Kamino, copies of Jango Fett.
Necrosius717 in the expanded universe it is established that stormtroopers are reqular people, not clones only the 501st stayed clones.
Matthew Stickney Most of the EU is non-cannon anyways, so whatever.
@nick Mackenzie shrapnel and bullets know as "slugs"
Necrosius717 they aren't trust him
i don't care what anybody says this movie was heart breaking
+Jack Pewitt Exactly.I cried when I saw this for the first time. I love the entire saga, beginning to end. I enjoyed every single one of the movies, regardless of what 95% of the internet says.
+Jack Pewitt I saw this when I was maybe 8 or 9. I was depressed for so long after it.
+Judge the Persecutor The soundtrack made the prequels 2x better than they would have been.
good bc you just simply shouldnt care. its your opinion and no one can change that. not the prequel hater nor someone else lmao. what matters is that you liked episode 3 not what others liked
+Fight Apathy or Don't depressed =/= sad. Can a movie really make you depressed?
If only they listened to Fives...
yeah. it was sad that noone listened to him after all the trouble he went through gathering evidence
"The mission........the nightmares.........they're finally over."
"Im....Free....."
so sad, :'(
OrangeTroll ninety nine was the saddest deash
3:10 "Master Skywalker, there are too many of them. What are we going to do?" :(
+R JAY MOLINA [whips out lightsaber]
+George Machlis that's funny stuff right there lolol sad scene though
+R JAY MOLINA i read this with british accent lol
I typed it with a British accent x)
They should have shown the kids get cut down and thrown out window
Why can't John Williams live forever?
Elliot McGrath I wish he lived forever...
Because he made the Christmas Special
He did?!?!
He got killed by his clone troopers
Elliot McGrath why can't Jackie chan live forever
_16 years after the fall of the Empire, Boba Fett is hunting down a long lost Imperial officer who is demanded by the New Republic to be brought forth to face justice and to answer for his crimes. On his search, Boba Fett gets out of a fierce storm on a remote planet when a former clone/storm trooper invites him into a slum. The man is old, aging, and homeless, but the shack he is in is decent for what it's worth, with his old armor laying around, a boiling pot of food, a transmission unit, and a picture of the original Jedi Council:_
*Boba Fett*: What I remember about the rise of the Empire was the good news it brought forth to me. Finally, I was no longer an outlaw for trying to find the man who killed my father. I was free to pursue. Instantly after the Republic fell and the Jedi were outlawed, the newly formed Empire offered me thousands to aid them hunt down and destroy the Jedi. I was making a living killing those vermin. I was making a living getting my revenge. If only I knew Vader did my job already...
*501st Member*: That must have been something...see, what I remember about the rise of the Empire is… is how quiet it was. During the waning hours of the Clone Wars, the 501st was discreetly transferred back to Coruscant. It was a silent trip; We all knew what was about to happen, what we were about to do. Did we have any doubts? Any private traitorous thoughts? Perhaps, but no one said a word. Not on the flight to Coruscant, not when Order 66 came down, and not when we marched into the Jedi Temple. Not a word."
*Boba Fett*: ...
It's the idea for a Star Wars T.V. series canon I have in my head. I base it off of the Legends EU and want to pay tribute and homage to the original legendary universe that gave way to my idea.
Sonty because he turned it into an awesome conversation! thats why.
I knew when I saw the Comic Sans that this would be an incredibly dark video.
+Bender McDust Hockey is still the best..
Lol
That's not Comic Sans.
I like how almost on every Order 66 video there's a quoting of the clone trooper's journal from the 501st legion in Battlefront 2. That game was amazing and that mission really tugged on the heart strings. Kudos to John Williams, you legend. But also kudos to the old Lucas Arts, it's a pity you guys weren't behind the new Battlefront as well.
I gues you could say.... "John Legend"
Despite how annoying the Library part was, it was my favorite mission... Enacting the raid on the Jedi Temple made me feel like I accomplished something... Something great...
Definitely a pity they weren't behind the new Battlefront 2...
When she say ''I prefer you as a friend"
Just happened to me today. That's actually why I looked up this song. Lol.
Revan Cyrodill Kenway VII Feel the dark side...
+Revan Cyrodill Kenway VII Plenty of jedi in the sea
Orion XD true.
Legendary Emo Waifu lol
I wish they played a little bit of this in rogue one when shit at the very end started going down
Pls no, Rogue One is already sad enough x)
You were like a brother to me Anakin
i loved you :( ;~;
Father Karras Horrible dialogue lol. I always seen the jedi as well spoken people and it just seems lazy how it was written. They wasted a great moment by anakin making his idea as an argument instead of refuting his views absolute truth.
Deonta B yeah but in the clone wars the jedi create a big army for serve this is it esclave
Milan Côté what?
Deonta B in the clone wars the jedi create a army composit with clone. The clone his the slave of the republic so the jedi not respet honor code
when your side has less than 25 tickets left in battlefield and the other team starts hunting you down
jose garcia don't bring battlefield into a battlefront zone
too true, XD but yea this is a battlefront zone but I know what you mean lol.
The Battlefront equivalent is when you are on the Rebel side and the walker gets to the second checkpoint, but you are behind enemy lines and now you have to fight through lines of Stormtroopers and walkers to get back to your line.
Deadlyaztec27 basically
Deadlyaztec27 Nah, the battlefront equivalent is having no command posts and only 3 units left on your side
1:01 Yoda's cane falls down LMAO
that's a gimer stick not a cane
Ivan Baymar *It's also a cane*
I was the chosen one. It was said I'd bring balance to the movies.
JJ, what HAVE YOU DONE?
The force is stronger with him
+Hibiki Kouhai the dark side is
You were our Director George.... we loved you!
YOU WERE THE CHOSEN ONE similar tone though
YOU WERE THE CHOSEN ONE! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO DESTROY THE SITH NOT JOIN THEM! I should've knwo the Jedi were planning to take over! ANAKIN CHANCELOR PALPATINE IS EVIL! FROM MY POINT OF VIEW THE JEDI ARE EVIL! WELL THE YOU ARE LOST
- Anakin and Obi-Wan Episode III
I think I shed a tear during Order 66 it was horrible, Jedi being gunned down, betrayed purged! Damn I love star wars
Carrie Fisher will forever be missed. Rest in Peace, Princess Leia.
Anthony Fanchin she died?!?!?!?!
Anthony Fanchin oh man.....what a horrible twist of fate that i should find out about her death while listening to this...........
...but never forgotten...
Coelurosaurian Productions never
Anthony Fanchin carrie fisher was the best actor but died of a heart attack
This music started playing in my head when I heard Carrie Fisher passed away...
Oh God me too...
TheGamecube64Guy
I cried for 30 mins. And came to listen to this.
R.I.P Carrie Fisher...
Ps, she died on set during the new release of the star wars film...
This song just screams death and dispair
Master Skywalker there's too many of them, what are we going to do?
ARandomClown *CCHHHHNNNNNnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn...........*
ARandomClown Run like fuck!
I've never cried during a movie, but this was the closest I've come to it.
If only Fives had just a little more time... He could have prevented it all, Order 66, The Rise of Sideous, The Empire, Anakin's Fall... all of it...
Just a few more seconds would have done it... RIP Fives... You were so close...
What was Fives going to do that preventa Order 66?
He discovered the bio implant that every clone had inside their head that compelled them to obey order 66. He discovered the plot to wipe out the Jedi, but on his way back to coruscant from Kamino (where he discovered it) palpatine drugged him and confirmed his suspicions in private, as fives escaped he made out that fives had gone insane and attacked him without reason, then made him out to be an insane fugitive, ordering him to be captured. Fives was able to set up a meeting between Captain rex, Anakin and himself and was halfway through explaining what he had found (still drugged up so half raving as he was doing it) when he was shot by Commander fox - Palpatines personal clone commander.
He died before he could revel the whole truth, then Palpatine sows the seeds of doubt into anakin at the end to erase any suspicions he has of the truth.
ruclips.net/video/VhoiZktcetk/видео.html
Ki adi mundi's death though was the saddest in my opinion, the way he looked in utter shock and disbelief as his own galactic marines turned on him and shot him to a pulp still brings a tear to my eye to this day
+Memestreamer Inc.
Yeah.. he was ready to charge and win the fight.. then the camera pans down to the clones feet as they stop in their tracks... then... *sits in the corner crying*
The one time storm troopers have good shots
They are Clones, not stromtroopers
Same idea
maxtheduke99 they were both when it became the empire.
Matthew Stickney Then only recruits, clones are died.
Not really the same idea. Clone troopers were cloned from Jango Fett and thus were much better shots then the Stormtroopers who were often trained in a hurry.
Say what you want about the prequels but I felt the really portrayed the Jedi as heroic and selfless defenders of the Republic perfectly and this music brings a tear to my eye.
Basically all deaths were very sad. But, I think the most sad was Ki-Adi-Mundi. :(
KaseyGuardian "Come on"! *Runs full speed at droids
Mundi had a bad one, just when the clones stopped and and mundi had the saddest look in his face
+Rapid Steve Mundi was just like "G-g-guys? W-what happened?" And then they begin to fire.
He was the only Jedi shown to put up a fight against his troops upon their turn.
“Come on boys! Now’s our chance!”
“Guys?”
“What are you doing?”
*PEW PEW*
It breaks my heart to see Yoda like that...
To see that all you've worked for, all you believed in, all you fought for, be cut down in seconds by the very people who you thought brothers, who thought you brothers in turn, who bled and died for you, and for whom your kind bled and died for.
Is there a more horrifying way to end an era?
fun fact some clones refused to kill there Jedi commanders
I imagine there have been some soldiers of real life despots who refused such orders.
+Daniel Nickson yea
+Daniel Nickson damn
Legends as well as new canon.
That may be partially true. Clones were bred to follow orders without hesitation. So when they tried to kill him it was genuine. BUT they were probably able to influence around it if they realized Obiwan might have survived. When they realized that, they may not have wanted to check to see, so they didn't.
"Sir, there's no way he could have survived that fall" "Okay, move out!" and they were probably thinking "IreallyhopeyousurvivedIreallyhopeyousurvived..."
That made me sad when the clones killed all the best jedis :,C
You kidding ? That scene made me laugh for 3 minuets ... especially when windu's arm was sliced and he scream XD .... i still laugh so hard just imagining it ....
Welll, I didn't find it funny
Mabye thats cuz your a jedi and im a sith
well then, let's fight
Jack Dombroski thanks
i love starwars i get teary eyed when the song plays i know what happen in each part of the song
Gotta say this is in my opinion second saddest scene in star wars, but starkiller destroying those planets also heart breaking.
Agreed.
I completely agree. I got goosebumps at that scene.
+Alik Aleynik lol. it was the same thing as the death star
but the force unleashed isn't canon
***** yeah I agree
you were the chosen one CN! it was said you would continue series not reboot them! bring balence to childhood not leave it in darkness! Cartoon Network: "I hate you!" you were our teacher cartoon Network! we loved you!
when your TV drops and breaks you xbox and lands on your lego death star
tears be shedding...
Not sure how yours are shed, but mine are of Joy. Sadistic joy, but joy nonetheless.
If I could re-title this song, I'd name it "The Greatest Loss"
There isn't anything in the universe worse than watching your entire race, your whole species, burn, and fade away without you.......
This is why normies don't get to name things
Such a beautiful piece. So powerful and gutwrenching.
What plays in your head when a relative, or maybe just your favorite character in a series you love, dies.
Star Wars has one of the best soundtracks in a movie. Sometimes it's sad just because the music is playing while the sadness is going on.
I've been writing some books and I wrote the saddest thing in one of the books so now I listen to this song and I cry.
Master mundi's death always depresses me, and Plo koon's because they never saw it coming and still tried to fight back
if and when the world ever ends, this should be the soundtrack.
I don’t know how they did it, but this song perfectly shapes what devastation, absolute defeat, and betrayal feels like perfectly. It’s a master piece.
saddest star wars film ever.
+Aaron Just wait till force awakens
+Klaudia B oh my god.
+Klaudia B I have a bad feeling about this...
Right, second is force awakens when Han Solo was killed. Harrison Ford was 73 years old.
I get that reference XD
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ki adi Mundi , R.I.P :(
Episode 3 made me so sad....when i saw anakin became sith.....and that song.....anakin ruined everything...
You guys can hate me if you want but Revenge of the Sith is my second favorite Star Wars movie after Empire Strikes Back
DayMan, I do not blame you bro. Revenge of the Sith is my personal favorite, but nothing beats the iconic bombshell Vader dropped on Luke when he heard the words, "No...I am your father...". Everyone who first saw that movie had their minds blown!
The most saddest moment and song
I have a distinct memory of myself listening to this piece at age 13, I had just moved to a new city and was patiently awaiting for my mother outside the grocery store. To this day, no other song has made me so emotional to the point where I begin to tear up. This piece had that effect on me at such an early age. Before I even realized my true passion as a musician, I was just a regular 8th grader tearing up in his mums car outside a Ralph’s. At that time I had little idea that music had always been a dominant part of my life; I believed that I was mourning the loss of many great Jedi. Little did I know the music had its roots far deeper than I had imagined.
When people made fun of you and hurt you so bad that you let out the darkest side of your soul so bad...
YOU WERE THE CHOSEN ONE!!!
Same here, I can remember the first time I heard this and saw the scene in the movie it was pretty gut-wrenching... just the music still kind of brings back those feelings.
The amount of emotion in this movie is amazing I have only felt so much emotion in a movie when I watched endgame and infinity war
Execute order 65! Wait... s***!
Fun fact: order 65 would've made Palpatine public enemy number 1 and would overturn any of his commands including order 66. The Jedi had the ability to issue order 65, but never did.
Shayminthedoctor lmao
'When you found out the clone wars was cancelled'
This scene and the theme song made me cry. It's so heartbreaking. 💔💔💔
it never ceases to amaze me just how much of a musical genius john williams
To those who dont know. Order 66 is the order to kill any rouge jedi. In this case all the jedi were seen as rouge. There were many more orders, one was to even kill the chancellor. I dont believe the clone were aware, they only acted when they heard the phrase "order 66"
PS - ki adi mundi had the saddest death.
Fun fact: there was an order 67, in the chance that Vader went rogue. Vader found out via an officer, and.. We'll... Yeah
+Tekin Askerov Wow....what a surprise....
Drayden Hill that is simply not true. The orders didnt even exist when darth vader was kicking about because 66 was already executed and they wouldn't have one order dedicated to killing one person. 67 was actually an order for the jedi to have a diplomatic relationship with the sith
the force is strong with this sound track
Whenever I listen to this, it sends chills down my spine.
I love the part of this music where Anakin says "YOU TURNED HER AGAINST ME!!!"
I choke up bad.
George Lucas: execute order 66.
George Lucasas second in command: it'll be done sir.
Disney commander: We've GOT LUCUS FIGHERS COMING IN!!
Leader of Disney: ITS A TRAP!! (This music starts playing)
The blue harambe cube Lucas has a clone army of himself vs Disney characters.
My mom didn't sign the permission slip for me to go on this feelstrip
John Williams is the greatest movie score maker EVER.
I think this piece should have gotten more recognition, like in Star Wars Battlefront 2, I think it should have been included in the music.
The Jedis could have probably held off for a while longer... It was the "wtf is happening?!" Feeling that got to them as their own were firing at them ='( and they couldn't concentrate and died... Shiiiieeeettttt
because it was unexpected, and because of the skill and number of clone troopers
elelia booce which is kinda ironic considering the storm troopers can't shoot something even if it was right in front of them
trickster3696
No a Clone Rebellion Started during the Storm Trooper Development, so they stopped Cloning and Recruited Humans....Who knew we Suck in the Future?
Which is Sadder The Jedi Purge of Order 66 or The EU Purge of Disney?
I think what is Sadder that Hitler didn't Follow his Dreams ;3
EU Purge because that eradicates some of the most badass characters...
Tristen Gonzales At this point Ahsoka, Ventress, & Barriss MIGHT be the Canonical Replacements of Mara Jade, Starkiller, & Kyle Katarn.
Wuts EU mean
SupremeRuler17 Expanded Universe
This song makes cry
Ki-Aid’s reaction breaks my heart.
when you realize your phone is on 2% on a road trip
People think that an over abundance of light can snub out all the dark completely.
They're wrong.
Darkness can be born from thinking that one can do no wrong, that one is better at being pure than others. Even if it's not the kind of darkness you're accustomed to fearing, it's still there. That's why it's important to recognize it, see it for what it is and control it, or it will destroy you from the inside out until nothing of your former self remains.
Incredible. You can hear the story in the music. Best part, but also the saddest. I cried. Great soundtrack!
Saddest track from the entirety of John Williams composure of either Star Wars Trilogy. One of the greatest Star Wars soundtracks in general. Easily one of the most powerful soundtracks of all time.
RIP Carrie fisher aka Princess Leia
guys remember this i know its hard but always remember: the force will not exist without both light and dark
I like the minute of silence at the end. Feels like a tribute to all the victims of order 66.
R.I.P. Plo Koon
Rip Carrie Fisher... may the force be with you princess..
when test come to hunt all your Friend ... and you are the only surviver .... you are smart
The Jedi were weak. long live the Sith
"It takes strenght to resist the Dark Side, only the weak Imbrace it"
-Obi-Wan Kenobi
Frosty Crusty well done !
Jokes on you because the sith are GONEEE

If you strike me down, I will become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.
Till last Jedi
John Williams never ceases to amaze me
"sniff"
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
manly tears were shed, my friends
Imagine if in episode 9 we see all the force ghosts of these jedi return it would feel so good working together to defeat the dark side for good
1 word: Balance. Either have a balance of light and dark or have no force at all.
Mabey if all the force siths fought all the force jedi
Still the most powerful scene in the saga...
seriously one of the very best themes you can listen in whole star wars..
Woke up last night around 12 and had this damn song stuck in my head for some reason
Fliqpy : EXECUTE ORDER 66...
one of the clone trooper pilot : It will be done my lord!
clonetrooper pilot shoots to cuddles' starfighter's engine
Cuddles Dies from starfighter explosion
This played in my head whenever i found out Disney bought Star Wars...
This vid + Rainy Mood = The best SW vid ever
get all the goosebumps
one of my favorite things from order 66 was some of the troopers perspective on it.the ones that had second thoughts and some that couldnt even do it. Some didnt do it, right? I cant remember right
The movies lead you to believe they all do but the expanded universe says a few commanders didn't follow
Most did but a few didnt
You can certainly see Cody briefly hesitate
I liked when the 501st in Battlefront 2 told their perspectives, the narrator had thoughts about it
Captain rex didnt do it, I think after the clone wars episode were a acr trooper discoverd his chip and removed it, captain rex also removed his (rex didnt believe the arc trooper but when he was killex I think rex did start to believe it) watch the episode its good
When you step on a Lego.
Bob Iger: "Commander Roth, the time has come for Disney. Execute Order 66."
**Order 66: Destruction of all LucasArts employees and property**
Joe Roth: "It will be done, my lord."
Romans OneSixteen the time has come for cartoon Network to start over. execute order 66. it will be done my lord.
Order 66 is where the movie actually gets good
I agree, although i thought it got better when Obi Wan confronts Grievous
Albert Mendoza The chase was pretty cool, but I dont think the scenes thats its in between are that good
Yeah that's what i meant the battle with grievous makes the rest bearable lol
the entire movie is good
cough cough cough HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
The music thats played when that emo in class shoots up the school.
Troy Kay Jesus Christ little too dark there
lmao
Rainbow Phanatic never too dark for the dark side
_pumps shotgun_
Troy Kay FUCKING DONE!
LOOOOL!
the music has that sadness and pain that want u 2 cry i love it
As a history buff every time I think of World War 1 this soundtrack pops in my head I think it's because of the effect on the world and it's destruction
I am a history buff as well! This song plays in my mind when I think of the events of the Holocaust.
The time has come
Execute order 66
I cry every time at 1:01
And at 3:30
😧😧😧😧😧😧
