I am not some professional but I do go to the gym and I do know the answer to your question,
The Number of sets and reps depends on your goal, it's different for everyone.
But do 3 sets of every exercise and reps should be in between 8-12.
For the exercises just search up RUclips because the exercises depend on your desired goal.
