Boss I have been still looking for suggestion, what if I don't do calorie deficiet in diet but increase the cardio, will it reduce fat loss
won't be very efficient. let's say you eat 2 eggs a day so you need to walk for more than an hour just to burn those calories. So skipping those 2 eggs would be much more efficient instead of adding 1 more hr of cardio

You decide whether you can stick to basic or flavoured and you decide whether you can eat sweet peanut butter every time in your fitness journey or not cause it tastes good in beginning but when you bound the taste you'll try to avoid sweet flavour. pro tip is if you make other dish from chocolate flavour pb it will taste too sweet to consume so you decide what you want.
