    One point is noticable
    2.2 is the max you can go
    Min is 1.5 ,1.8
    If anyone can't afford for 2.2 gram protein like me you can build muscles with 1.8 or 1.5 too
    Dont push your mind to complete 2.2 g/p per day

    Informative video but I disagree with few things
    1: training each muscle 2 times per week (2-3 strength workouts enough to build muscle if you are getting stronger)
    2: eating 2.2 g of protein per kg of body weight this is too much 1.6-1.7 g is more than enough
