Let me summarise : cycling + skipping + running + resistance training+ yoga + dancing + martial arts + calisthenics .. do everything but don't push more than limit , just make a routine and perform every alternate day or the other.
Cycling, skipping, running and dancing are all different forms of cardio. You can do one of them or mix them up. Resistance can be provided to the muscles in different ways as well. You can use bands, weights, bodyweight to provide resistance to your muscles which will force them to grow. As far as the intensity and frequency is concerned, you should listen to your body. When I say body, I mean your body and not your emotions or your weak mind.
Vidyut is the hottest man in India who has grown his body structure without any steroids.... His forms of exercise are so so great... follow him, make him your guru.... you will see the change for sure...
It's called being active very consistently for a very long period of time. That's his job description. He is a phenomenal action hero and has the desire to become a better martial artist and he doesn't wanna stop ever... That's what you gotta do. And if you wanna get that body only, then do 500 push up burpees a day (build up to it if you can't do it) and add in other lifting sessions...
