But one of the best tip is fitness do regularly fitness exercise because your fitness and awareness is always help for this, otherwise champion v time per Marshal Art moves use Nahi Kar pate hain. vidyut u r my fav actr nd a real hero....loved the vidio ..during the session u frequently spoke ke grls tumko chillana nahi he..u need to fight..bt i think ki fight is must to protect ourselves.. bt fr a grl her voice is the most powerful weapon..while fighting she should not remain silnt..she should shout as loud as she can cz at a certain point a grl's stamena will go dwn nd its natural ki she cant overcome the stamena or power of boy..so if she shouts ther is a probability of getting help frm smnody ..nd d secnd benift is if she shouts it might hpnd ki attckr panic ho jaye nd u can take chnce to run away
