@@veraskitchen9081 thanks for your response, today June 7 I tried the cake, I tried it with tapioca starch. It looks so beautiful when I flipped it, except for some of the pineapple coming off, but I put them back on. I haven't cut and taste it as yet as it is for supper. However, I'll update you on the outcome. Thanks much for sharing these wonderful recipes as I'm very eager in trying them. Keep up the good work!!!
Blessed day Vera, I'm currently updating you on the outcome of the cake. Today is June 11. It taste delicious, I had to bake 2 more on Sunday June 9. I gave one to a friend because he tasted the first one and fell in love with it and requested me to bake one for him, which I did on Sunday. I'm really loving this one. The children enjoyed it as well. By the way, I used the tapioca flour instead of the cornstarch. I did not have access to cornstarch, so I used what I had. Thanks once again for your beautiful videos.❤ Have a wonderful and fabulous day!!!

I never tried with tapioca starch and that can make a difference. I can guaranty the succes of the recipe only with the ingredients I have tried.
