"so i just removed all my makeup"
*_HAS CLEAR SKIN_*
Even clearer than with makeup on >
I WISH WE ALL HAVE CLEAR SKIN
also I think i saw u on fb-
4,100th like😼😼😼😼
I would only put blush, bronzer and maaybe concealer under eyes on such skin. Not counting eyebrow/eyes/lips makeup.
imagine oily folks going out with this glowy skin and coming back with oil-dripping face lol haha
I have oily skin and i swear i already fell a huge pimple pumping under my skin just by looking at her glass skin 😂😂
I tried glowy makeup once, I have the oiliest skin you can imagine. It lasted 2 hours, I had to remove it because it felt weird, like having your foundation floating on your skin instead of sinking in
Thats how I feel when I watch matte skin tutorials. I feel like if my dry ass ever tried this type of make up I would go home with cracks and dead flesh coming outta my face
Ikr at the end of my school day my friends always say my skin looks oily
Face oils actually help regulate your oil production on your face. Have a look into different products with vitamin c and maybe let each product sit for 10-15 mins before applying foundation, I.e moisturiser 10min, then add sunscreen etc. I found that worked for my oily skin
am I the only one who wanted to move her hair out of her face in the beginning?
Me too tbh
i think it looks good tho 🙃
Nah fam
katelyn fernandez nah not me
@IAMKARENO That's sexy as hell I love when hair is in face like that, especially guys in general
if your broke:
*vaseline*
💀 seriously
Vaseline makes hair
douaa douaa I don’t think that’s correct
Not if you have acne. It will make it 10x worse
*you’re 😛
The third ingredient in that belif hydrating toner is denatured alcohol. So I’m not so sure that it’s going to give you a lot of moisture
Fanny Mae some alcohols can be moisturizing!
Autumn Haller yes..some alcohols like fatty alcohols..not denatured alcohol- the worst of them all
@@CourtayMichele
i used a product - a toner - with alcohol denat. for almost a whole ass year. guess what. my skin always broke out, was always red after using it - then i read about it on some website, read some more on a couple of others, checked the toner-bottle..
guess what again. the toner's second biggest ingredient was _alcohol denat._ i was so mad honestly, as i have skin that's quite acne prone. this was said to be specifically for my skin type, but it only _kind of_ worked at the start. a couple of websites said that long-term use could cause side-effects such as:
_sensitive skin_
_oilier skin_
_more acne-prone skin_
_more acne_
and just worsening skin-health and barrier overall.
now i'm on a strict skin diet, only using water in the morning, then just a moisturizer, and cleansing at night with a moisturizer as a follow up. it's helping a lot, but i'll wait 28 days before i'll conclude anything, as that's how long it takes for the skin to turn over and get all new :>
@@whyhihigh let me know how it goes

as of right now, I’m waiting for a yesstyle order to arrive. I’m trying not to pick at my skin, because I’m waiting for the COSRX pimple patches.
My forehead’s tiny bumps enlarged sometime ago but has kinda deflated- idk. I got two pimples on there tho, but idc about those :>
My chin and jaw + the skin under the jaw, at the top of the throat have been the biggest pimple-prone pets of my face.
Cheeks too, but the big wounds and redness has gone down so much! I go outside without anything to cover it up, trying to feel confident with bare skin + visible pimples. It’s quite hard, but I’m also visiting a doctor here tomorrow.
Either they have something for me, can answer a couple of questions, or they’ll send me off to a dermatologist. The thing I’m the most curious about is what I’m allergic to, and what my tiny bumps are.
*_fungal acne or closed comedones?_*
I think I have both tbh, just at different parts of my face, but I want to know for sure before i buy new products.
Right now I want to stick to a basic skincare routine, so when the new products arrive, I’ll have these two routines:
Morning: Just water to wash face, follow up with a moisturizer & a sunscreen
Night: Oil cleanse, normal cleanse, pimple patches (as I’ve heard they should be applied onto bare skin), moisturizer or rice overnight hydrating
mask.
did anyone else go through the frames at 1:45 and just have a laugh HDAKLJSHLOL
UNDERRATED COMMENT! XD
OMG, thank you for this comment
1:46 LMAO
Omg HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
LmAOOOOoooo yEssss
step 1 : have oily skin
done.
taya nah ,oily skin looks greasy while glowy skin looks hydrated ,and there is a huge difference
Step 1: go for a run - sweat
Can't relate
My skin is dryer than my humor
taya ikr just mattefy certain areas and u be done 👀
Kick Blow
Ummm they’re talking about real life.
also PSA to people sensitive with very fragrant skincare, the innisfree serum is very fragrant that it almost gave me a headache
thanks for the tip!
People with sensitive skin should also avoid that belif toner since the third ingredient is denatured alcohol.
@@bums009 alcohol denat is horrible for your skin!!
Yes finally someone said this 👍
Instead get the "Centella buffet serum fragrance free" one it is so worth it and does the same
omg I am not patient enough for 7 layers of just toner before all the other layers :O
3 layers is enough!
One layer is enough 😂
Well it's the trick of this look. Just try and release the result
A lot of people had bad reactions. I don’t recommended if you have acne
Victoria xo some ppl go in with 20 7 is better then that or do 3 cuz I’ve seen others do that
Obtaining glass skin is not easy... took me a year to get to that stage, but it’s WORTH IT! omg the pain I tell you
I'm sorry but if your toner works correctly you don't have to apply it 7 times. It's just a huge waste of product.
Plus it doesn't need to be pH balancing as recent cleansers are normally pH friendly
None of you buy the products she use in this video so (🤐)
it's the 7skin method! besides nobody said you had to do it that many times. is it *your* video?
I agree but you should still apply a thick layer
enola gay they just want to sell more product; I love Karen and other creators, but honestly it’s getting to be all about the money, and they’ve begun spouting of beauty/skincare propaganda that’s based on selling stuff and not actual skin health. I want creators back not influencers who just sell projects :(
she is using it correctly.Toner balances your skins pH so applying it after products makes them work better and sink in deeper.
For those who are insecure about themselves and especially their faces.
You are unique.
There's only one YOU in this world, and that alone makes you beautiful.
Yes I know, now you might say: that doesn't change the fact that I have acne! Or: it doesn't matter what you say, I still feel ugly!
Yes, I understand that perfectly well.
I've been insecure about my own face for years and years too, just like you.
But do you wanna know how I started liking myself a bit more?
Everyday I stood in front of my mirror and searched for at least one thing that I truly love/like about my face.
I like my long lashes!
They are so long that I don't even need mascara.
I like the shape and the colour of my eyes.
I like my teeth when they are freshly brushed!
I like my whole face when it glows after I used a sheet mask.
You can't do that and it's still not helping you? Then how about spoiling and taking care of your skin everyday?
When you look at yourself with despising thoughts in your mind everyday, it will get stuck in your head. Sometimes toxic thoughts are far more difficult to remove than pimples.
But if you think "today I'm gonna do something good for myself", your thinking pattern will slowly start to change.
Use sheet masks, or any other kind of facial mask that doesn't dry out your skin.
Lovingly caress your face when you apply creams and moisturizers!
Smile at your own reflection.
Try goofy faces to make yourself laugh.
I promise you, it will change the way you think about yourself!
Of course you will still have bad days from time to time, I still have them too.
But most of the time I can look at myself whithout disgust/sadness/disappointment.
As cheesy as it may sound, but:
You are beautiful.
You are unique.
You are handsome.
You are pretty.
You are wort being loved and respected.
You are gorgeous.
You are cute.
You are YOU.
Feel hugged from me and have a great day, stay healthy and don't forget to smile!
💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Thank you hunny that means a lot! ✨
Same to you^^
oily skin ppl started the glass skin trend 😹
thank god
So I just tried the 7 layer toner! And let me tell you!!! My skin has literally NEVER felt smoother and softer! Even after the 3rd layer I noticed a HUGE difference! I’m doing this every night before bed now! Thanks so much for the tip! Glad I found your channel! 😘😘😘
What kind of toner do you use? 😊
Please do an updated video once a year! I’ve been on the hunt for about a year now on what products and what makeup to use to creat glass skin. I literally bought everything in this video praying it works! Wish me luck!! ❣️🧖🏽♀️
I LOVE your 女 earrings!!! I'm japanese so I always love seeing fashion items in Japanese😊
Thank you! This is actually from my brand umo and it’s in Chinese :) it means female!
IAMKARENO its also used in japanese & means female as well
@@iamkareno yes! Japanese uses chinese characters as well and it means female in Japanese as well! If I had my ears pierces I would definitely check them out but maybe I will buy some for a friend!
i want to buy them 💗
i love how gentle she is with her skin
*my face is always oily. . does that count?*
ARMY💜
winter vear me tooo☺️😗✌️
Epiphany moisturize
@@Oo-so2jk That doesn't change it at all. Sometimes that adds to the oiliness if you have that issue or do not drink enough water.
Starri X if you don’t moisture it isn’t doing you any favors despite skin type everyone should moisture
your skin looks amazing, you made this glass skin tutorial look so easy
It looks weird with the wet face and then applying blush on the Oily skin
I think the Korean complexion and skin tone has more to do with the glass skin effect than anything else. They have very healthy skin and a pale skin tone which when layered with moisturising products reflect light and give off a sheen. The same kind of thing would happen to anyone applying oil on their face but I feel since my skin is Tan it ends up making me look greasy. My cousin has fair skin with rosacea and on her again it just looks completely different. All in all, it is a vacuous trend and we should aim for healthy skin not glass skin.
But its work with tan skin also when i put oil it do the same thing so i dont think its all about the skin tone
But you have reason glass skin isnt very important healty skin are
Yes!! I saw your story, and I use toner and I apply it with your technique. I love it!
omg this is just what I need bc my skin is in a state
I could look like this by simply not powdering lmao
i really love you and your editing skills😩💖
wow, her voice is so soothing !!
you already had the glass skin look after using the aqua bomb 😭✨ karen you're glowinggg
Anyone from Hong Kong? Liberate Hong Hong, Revolution of our times!
free Hong Kong!
eyy hong konger ✌
I am !!!!!!!!!!! FIGHT FOR FREEDOM STAND WITH HONG KONG!!!!!!!
Karen is from Hong Kong as well✋🏼🥺
I hate that everything became violent
I love your glass skin skincare routine. I’ve been looking for a perfect replacement of my current skincare line and I think I’m good to try all this. Thanks for sharing.
your style is everythinggg!! I take so much inspiration from your looks keep doing you! 🥰🥰
Thank you!
that glow recipe bouncy cleanser is no joke :o
this look is gorgeous!
holy moly i need everything in this video 😭 i recently started to try out the 10 step k skincare routine and it’s great but this takes it to a whole new level i-
Fancy seeing you here! I'm a big fan of your channel. (Also just a word of warning if you have sensitive skin, the belif toner she used has denatured alcohol as the third ingredient and the innisfree serum is really heavy on the fragrance).
that looks GLOSSY AF! I really want to try it
I love this makeup look! i'm so over the heavy contouring and baking and over done eyes! this makes you look more naturally beautiful!
I’ve rewatched this video a bunch of times 😂 I don’t know why but it feels super therapeutic
Tom Neeley same I watched this 10 times already
I just saw this and my skin is crazy some days it's fine and some days its it's rough I thought it would be impossible, until I tried this my skin is hydrated and glowy.
Your aesthetic is amazinggg
woah! your face looks more visibly glowing after cleansing
lovely 💗✨
Your skin is gorgeous
karen, pronouncing her social media handle: i am karen o
still me, anyways: iamka-ree-no 🙂🙂
Exactly what I was looking for!
SENSITIVE SKIN PEOPLE!!!!!
a lot of these products contain fragrance and drying types of alcohols so theres many other glass skin types (and cruelty free options too!!!)
That blush trick!
So pretty 💜
Came here to learn how to use the farsali liquid glass but you’ve actually taught me how to use so many of my products properly 😂 Brilliant 🙌🏼
W0W!!🙀It’s Glass!!💎
Looks Great!🥳
u r literally ethereal wowza
Wow! Perfect!!!
That belif toner and Innisfree serum has alcohol in it and it’s the 2nd to 3rd ingredient. .so it’s gonna dry u out rather than moisturize over time. Read ur ingredients first. Idk why she would promote this when it going to be bad for u over time. And seeing how her products are full I doubt she used them on a regular.
I didn't realise it was a sponsored video until I looked at the description. Whenever beauty gurus insert an extra voiceover providing positive information on the product, it just sounds as if they forgot to do it but were required to do so, so they had to throw it in there. That's when I get suspicious and check the description loool.
crusty bobusty when she started praising it like omg what a crock ....every dermatologist will say alcohol is not good for ur skin. and it like the 2nd ingredient in toner and serum she is using. No way she uses that everyday. Plus everything she is FULL!! Lies.
I AGREE
sadly that's what happens when people with naturally nice skin promote products...
my sensitive, acne-prone with rosacea skin can't relate AT ALL, lol. that's why everyone should educate themselves on ingredients/composition(at least the basics) and not blindly believe anyone just because their skin looks good!
Rebecca Marcengill all about making that money.
dewy, glowy, glossy.. love love love!
Gorgeous!!!
wth ur skin is perfect
MISSED U AND I LOVE U 🥺🥺
I’m so thankful for this! Thank you!!!
please please do more skincare routines, those are my fave videos from you ^w^
I LOVE THIS N YOU SOSOSOS MUCH!
You look so good without makeup
i love ur editing
Serums in general don't draw moisture from the air but one's with
humectants do like HA. It depends what is in the serum.
i loooove this look! how much toner do you use each time? im gonna give the layering a try!!
Please do a fashion lookbook i miss it sm :((
OKAY QUEEN
So pretty
DAMN I WISH I didn’t have hyperpigmentation 🥺
U should use Kojic acid soap it gets rid of hyperpigmentation I been using it for 2 weeks and I can see a difference
Use revolution pro dark spot serum with quinoa night peel serum and it will clear it right up
Where did you get it from? I use serum but it can be too harsh.
this is my favorite video on youtube. thank you :)
Beautifully done !🥰👍
My oily skin with all these steps.
Also my oily skin at the morning- HELLLOOOO BREAK OUT 😂
i love your earrings!!
Wow you look stunning! Taking notes 👏👏👏🔥💖
This is kind of useless for everyone that doesn't have flawless skin.. Like.. i need to use foundation and concealer 🙃
wow your skin has improved a lot. Very pretty 😭🙏💕💕💕💕💕 I want to try this look but my skin isn't the best and I work in a very sweaty environment due to dancing for hours. I don't think it'll handle this well ;-;
Your skin is already beautiful and radiant, even before the products...no fair! lol
Am I the only one who thinks she looks more beautiful without the makeup?
Wtf you look so beautiful I need to try that toner and serum for sure
Just a word of warning if you have dry skin or sensitive skin, that toner has denatured alcohol as the third ingredient and the serum is heavily fragranced. Also this was a sponsored video just so you know lol.
Amazing
wow your skin is ecellent
how can you be that perfect , that makes me so jealous but impressed at the same time 😬🥺
I’m curious what font you used in your video haha I really like it. Also loved the video
❤️❤️👌🏼
I wish i had those skills! Love u karen! :)

You are gorgeous 🥰🥰
these earrings are so cute!! where are they from??
what camera did you use to film this? It looks incredible!!
where are your earrings from? they are so cute!
Early people where u at?!
Hey girls if you want real good advice you should watch dermatologists like dr Dray and dr Kevin Lim, and even skincare by Hyram. So many of these products don't actually help your skin, don't rely on "influencers" for advice but do your own research :) I can't imagine the costs of such a routine and there's not even awesome ingredients in most of these products.
Definitely check the ingredient lists and if you see (denatured) alcohol, fragnance, or essential oils don't buy for sure :)
so dewy 😍
