    Well done! Yumm! Hey Dave, why don’t you guys encourage people to cook their rice and legumes early in the week and freeze/ fridge portions? So much healthier than buying pre-packed! Although, you guys do a fabulous job on fresh healthy foods and cooking! Love your style!

    Great recipes, but what's really epic is your commitment to cook good realistic vegetarian food while being northerners ( I understand it- it defrosts the soul!) Thank you for that!

    What's the difference between a poké bowl and a buddha bowl?

    • @debbiemcnorton2722
      @debbiemcnorton2722 5 лет назад +1

      Veronique poke is actually the Hawaiian word for raw fish chunks.

    • @RabbitFoodFitness
      @RabbitFoodFitness 5 лет назад

      Yeah. A buddah bowl is where you can throw just about anything together with a sauce, but a poke bowl is almost like a sushi bowl. Usually it has raw fish in it, rice and veggies that you would put into a roll of sushi.

      maybe this is an odd advice but you could meet with AAs in your area. even if you are not an alcoholic, i think they could give you great tipps on stopping altogether.
