U gotta point but there a many people who hold out hope to get to the dream project and never get the capital to do it. Letting go is hard and if the buyer pays 2 Gs then its worth 2 Gs.
@@cd2920 early 90s i Gould of bought 77-79 trans amz for $1500. Not just the oldsmobile 400s either but pontiac 400s, I come to find one of em was hi output pontiac 400s years later. Never pulled the trigger and regret it
