Mogale City residents concerned about lack of basic services

Residents of Mogale City, west of Johannesburg, say service delivery has broken down. Last week, the mayor was expected to take part in a radio programme about the Integrated Development Plan but that was cancelled. Newzroom Afrika's Nqobile Madlala has more.
